We are loving Abyss. In the midst of 3 Korean shows and this is definitely my favorite.

Park Bo Young and Ahn Hyo Seop are excellent together and I think she is so pretty. And cute. Very. Cute.

Words for focus. Energy follows awareness. Positive, generative thoughts are my shield.

This. I believe this 1000%. I believe in the inherent wisdom and intelligence of all people. I believe in our ability to self-organize. I believe we are a capable of breaking out of the current paradigm and create a world that reflects the balanced example nature provides.
