random acts of expressing love. affectionately calling you insults. laughing at each other’s mistakes. him stealing tender glances at you when you’re not looking. randomly clinging to you for attention/affection. a lot of inside sarcastic jokes only the both of you understand. him always checking his phone to see if you’ve contacted him. playfully flips you off when you don’t call him by his endearing nickname. making you promise you’d always hold his hand wherever you go. matching jewelry. playing childish games, with him boasting he’ll win for sure. him unconsciously whipped and smitten — dumbly smiling whenever someone mentions your name.

being told, “you tell him to do it! he only listens to you,” very often. stealing your phone to put a picture of himself as your lock-screen. constantly makes sure he knows where you are and that he can find you. puts himself before you when crossing the street with his arm wrapped protectively around you. not having to explain things because the both of you understands clearly what’s going on. low-key sizing up and asserting dominance over other guys who try to hit/flirt on you. doing and drying your hair every morning no matter how sleepy or occupied he is. dragging each other to places, yet the other secretly loves where the one takes them. lots of secret whispering.

looking at you with a dazed lovestruck smile whenever you make his heart race. celebrating random anniversaries of your relationship. soft pecks on the shoulder. spoiling you and buying you whatever you want, but having to beg information from your friends to know what you want. hyping each other up. giving each other funny faces to make each other laugh. playing with your hair, sometimes ruffling it up just to annoy you. swatting his arm playfully. him making un of your laugh. taking embarrassing and funny photos of each other for blackmail use and competition purposes with who got a better picture later on.

staying up late in the morning being barely able to think: just laughing, murmuring, pecking, spooning, and rolling around the bed — telling it’s other to sleep but the both of you are too happy to do so. him telling you the future he’s imagined with you. a lot of pinky promises. the both of you wanting to be around each other so much that you make up excuses to spend more time together. designating a special day where the both of you would take couple pictures around the city. him instinctively biting his lip and glancing at you when someone tries to flirt with you. long surprise-back hugs. bantering and teasing that ends to tickle fights and squeals.

having a whole rack of his clothes on your closet. him often grabbing your waist for you to sit on his lap and hug you close. lots and lots of hugs. laying in the couch in comfortable silence, enjoying each other’s company while you’re on your own phones while he’d still let you know that his attention is on you by drawing circles on your legs he shifted to his lap. sending funny videos and pictures to make each other’s day better. a lot of “i saw this and it reminded me of you so i got it for you”. does simple gentleman-like gestures: opening doors for you, ‘ladies first’, accompanying you wherever you go, insisting to carry the shopping bags without complaining. face-time calls that eventually last for hours.

already acting like a married couple. “i love you”s before leaving. giving you different kinds of flowers almost every day. convincing him to get to do skin care with you. watching and binging Netflix series together, swearing that the other won’t watch ahead when one is busy doing something else. going grocery shopping together, probably breaking down a stand. watching the stars, pointing to one and claiming it the both of yours. him being extremely supportive and protective, watching over you. ordering a lot of takeout food. him waking up early to cook you breakfast while you sit on the counter admiring him, he teases you as he jokingly points the knife at you and swashes it around. wearing promise rings. him buying you a cute stuffed toy and naming it your ship name.
