Aether

His sister is already missing. What do you think he would feel if you ask something like that?

The fear in him is real. It seems endless, all this looking around for his sister. Adding you going missing into the mix, it was like torture. Like an endless spiral down into an endless hole.

“Aether? It’s just a hypothetical question, you don’t have to think about it too mu–” you were really just blurting out thoughts and nonsense.

He pulls you in for a hug, one arm tight around your waist and the other behind your head. “Please don’t” he whispers. “I don’t have anything else,”

He’ll become a shell of himself if you disappear. He’d look for you, but he’ll shed tears every night.

Omg I'm so excited to ask this one-> ok so can you write/headcanon the Brothers and Undatables in a situation where MC can't swim and the brothers + undatables don't know it until one of the squad (Solomon's voodoo) picks MC up and throws them into a pool/fountain on the deep end as a joke? And MC drowns?

It got a bit long so I'll do it in two parts! I hope that's okay? Also I hope I can do it justice :3

It was a summer afternoon in Devildom. Diavolo had invited the whole gang upto his castle. Solomon had recently told him about pool parties and he was excited to try it out.

Everyone came in, already having the time of their lives splish splashing in the water, or going ham on Barbatos and Luke's snacks.

You were there, dipping your feet in water, enjoying the cool feeling between your toes. Everyone kept inviting you in the water, you tried to put them off by saying "Maybe later!"

You could have just said you couldn't swim. But that was too embarassing to admit, so you just shook your head and splashed water at them instead.

Mammon and Asmo were splashing water on you, so you didn't see the Little D's sneak up and hoist you up from behind. Before you knew it, you were sent flying headfirst into the water. Maybe you should have told them, you thought.

Maybe that would be better than the endless blue, the distinct lack of air and burn in your lungs as you tried hard to swim to the surface and lost all energy.

(Part 1: The Brothers)

Lucifer

"MC enough playing around. Come Bach up now." Got tensed when you didn't Immediately float up to the surface.

"MC?" He dived in to check on you. His eyes grew wide when you saw struggling, flapping your hands and feet aimlessly.

"MC HOLD ON!" The panic in his voice was muffled by the water. You felt your body being held and pulled up to the surface.

"MC? MC can you hear me?! MC!" You felt someone shaking you, their hands warm on your arms. And then your lips turned warm.

You'd recognise that kiss anywhere. It was more urgent this time, as Lucifer tried his best to get air into you.

"Luci... fer.." You choke out before coughing violently and spitting the pool water everywhere.

"You're okay..." He lets out the biggest sigh of relief. He holds you tight in his arms and takes you inside to dry you off. "I thought I lost you again..."

"Whoever is responsible for this," The suppressed rage in his voice sounded deadly, "will pay for it."

Mammon

"Oi human! Are ya sulking down there?!" Mammon joked as he dived downwards to bring you up.

"They got ya pretty good huh-" He stopped dead in his tracks when he saw the state you were in. Your eyes closed and your limbs horribly limp.

"MC! MC WHAT HAPPENED?!" Mammon grabbed you and pulled you up instantly. Even in your dazed state, you could feel the pounding of his heart and the cracking of his voice.

"MC not again please not again I'm sorry I'm sorry please wake up..." He was crying now. His tears and hands were warm on your skin as pushed at your chest cluelessly.

"THEY'RE NOT WAKING UP! LUCIFER SATAN DIAVOLO SIMEON SOMEONE HELP PLEASE!" He was frantic and clamping his mouth on yours now, gasping more than blowing air.

You coughed and sputtered eventually. "Mammon... you...are exceptionally bad at CPR." Mammon hid his face in your shoulder and hugged you like there's no tomorrow.

You laugh and try to tell him you're okay but all he does is hold you and cry. "I'm the worst protector...I'm so sorry MC.."

Leviathan

"Welcome to my turf, MC!" Levi laughed as he waited for you to float back up. But you weren't. Are you stuck on something? He sees air bubbles on the surface.

He dives down and swims towards you swiftly. "MC OH NO! WAIT MC IM COMING!" He darts to towards you and gets you out the fastest.

He starts to tear up and panic cause this is just like that sad anime "Lost my Best Friend in the Deep". Embarassment be damned, he can't let you go.

He urgently called for his brothers for help and fumbled with you held tightly in his arms. He pushed on your chest and watched the water sputter out.

"MC?? You're okay now, right??! MC!!?" The urgency in Levi's voice caught you off guard. You open your eyes to see him teary eyed and sniffling.

"I'm okay Levi..." You say, your hand reaching to hold his face. He breaks down at your touch.

Pressing his face harder into your hand and crying. He's so glad you're okay. "I thought I lost my best friend...don't worry MC, I'll teach you how to swim!"

Satan

"MC, you do know how to swim right?" Satan called out to you, right after the splash. There was something about the way you fell that made him feel uneasy.

When you didn't float back up, he immediately dunked himself downwards, only to see his suspicions were right.

"MC! It's okay it's okay I've got you!" Satan's arm wrapped around you as he pressed a warm kiss on you under water. The flames in your lungs died down a little.

He rushes you upto the surface and lays down gently, tilting your head at the optimal angle.

His mouth is on you again. Urgently breathing life back into you. He also had spells ready in case this usual way didn't work.

"Satan...? You...thank you.." You said tired as you leaned into him, wrapping your arms around him weakly after vehemently coughing.

He lets out a sigh of relief and bumps his lips against your head softly, cradling you in his arms. "Why wouldn't you say that you couldn't swim? Don't do this to me ever again, MC, you're all I have..."

Asmodeus

"MC darling, no need to be embarrassed, you looked so cute when you fell like that! Come up now!" Asmo giggled as he watched the water, waiting for you to come back up.

He gets panicky when you're still not up yet. Swims down as he quickly as he can calling out your name. "OH NO! MC WHAT'S GOING ON?! MC!"

He reaches for your hands and starts tugging you towards him. Why are your eyes closed like this? Why have you gone limp?!

He pulls you up to the surface, frantically calling out to Satan and Solomon for help, all the while bouncing you in his arms like a baby as a attempt to gain conciousness.

He's full on sobbing as he Solomon gives you CPR. The moment you cough and sputter, he pounces on you, his head pressed against your cold chest, now rising and falling normally.

"Asmo... don't cry...I'm okay.." You say weakly smiling and trying to hug him back, running your hands in his hair.

He holds you close and presses kisses on your whole face."MC! You gave me such a fright! Don't do that again please, MC! I can't bear the though of you gone again!"

Beelzebub

"Ah I'm so sorry I couldn't catch you MC" Beel even had his arms outstretched so he could catch you before you fell, but he missed.

He's fastest to get to you after Levi. "MC? Are you okay down there- MC?! Why are you being like that?!" He gets frantic and scoops your limp body in his arms.

This is his worst nightmare. He urgently gets to the surface panicking inside. "MC..please wake up.." He calls out sadly, as he gently lays you down.

You're barely breathing. He knows what he has to do. But you're so fragile compared to him he doesn't want to hurt you.

He tries as gently as possible to push against your chest to regulate your breathing again.

"Beel..Beel..." You cough out his name as you reach up to hold his face in your hands. He stops immediately and engulfs you in a hug.

He doesn't say a word. He doesn't need to. His teary eyes and tight grip as he lifts you up and takes you inside the house to feed you, says everything you need to know.

Belphegor

"MC you're so easy to sneak upon hehe. Come here and lie with me." He was just snoozing at the edge, smiling down at where you just fell.

What's taking you so long to come back up?He impatiently dived downwards to find you. And he was horrified by what he saw. "MC?!Damnit MC, why didn't you call for me!?"

He hoists you into his arms and tries giving you a kiss of air like he'd seen in Levi's shows. Still unsure of what to do, he just hurries you up to the surface.

"They were struggling to swim. Something's wrong. Fix them please. Fix them fast." He said, calling out to his brothers. He held your hand shakily and lay next to you, as Beel gave you CPR. His grip tightened once you started coughing.

"Belphie... I'm okay..." You squeezed his hand as tight as you could. He hid head in your shoulder before picking you up in his arms.

He wrapped you up in a towel and tried to make you fall asleep in his arms. "That was a horrible feeling. I don't want to feel that again." He mutters to himself while holding you closer.

out of all the brothers, he probably relates to you the most since he’s no stranger to overworking himself to the point where he forgets to take care of his basic needs

but that doesn’t mean Lucifer won’t do anything about it, of course

he’ll call you out on it super quickly, just pointing out all the things you haven’t been doing and how you’re harming yourself 

it may seem like Lucifer’s over-exaggerating but he knows very well how things like that should be addressed as early as possible to avoid worse-case scenarios 

when he learns that it’s because you simply can’t remember to eat or sleep, he’ll take it upon himself to remind you 

sets a bunch of alarms on his D.D.D. solely for you lololol

it doesn’t matter where he is or what he’s doing, if it’s time to call you to tell you to eat lunch, he’ll do it 

sometimes it may get a little overwhelming but you know he just wants the best for you so you subconsciously begin getting better at caring for yourself so Lucifer doesn’t have to worry all the time

MAMMON

honestly he’s astounded 

you forget to eat??? to sleep??? what in the world 

it honestly scares him quite a bit but he plays it off as annoyance (though it’s very obvious his harsh words are just a facade)

he’ll call you stupid for becoming dehydrated before leaving to buy you several bottles of water; he’ll tell you you’re a dummy when you don’t even realise you’re hungry whilst he starts ordering a bunch of food for you over the phone 

to everyone’s surprise, Mammon never asks you to return him any of the money he’s spent on things for you 

“Just eat more, that’s how you should pay me back,” is what he usually says when you try to give him some Grimm

as if he wasn’t already clingy enough, when your dismissal towards your health gets super bad, Mammon will practically follow you everywhere, reminding you to eat, sleep, take a shower 

it really does frighten him how bad your health can get so he tries his best to keep you alive and healthy, even if it means sacrificing his own time and money

LEVIATHAN

dude he’s a big ol’ hypocrite if he calls you out on your problems with taking care of yourself 

every time Levi’s about to point out how loud your stomach is growling, he’ll realise his own tummy’s pretty empty, too 

so he never brings it up verbally 

instead, HE will be the one to pull YOU out of his room in search for food, HE’S the one who turns off the PC and declares it’s time for bed 

he might suffer severe withdrawal symptoms from not gaming as much as usual but, honestly, if keeping you alive means throwing away all his games and figurines, he’d do it in a heartbeat 

Levi scares himself with how much he realises he’ll do for you, sometimes he’ll force himself to leave you be and make you take care of yourself since you’re obviously capable of doing so 

but then he sees you forgetting to eat for the entire day and it lowkey makes him want to cry 

SATAN

his first reaction is, of course, anger 

somewhat at you for being to oblivious but mostly it’s directed at him for taking so long to realise what’s up 

but Satan won’t want to coddle you like the rest of his brothers are more inclined to do so he’ll never straight up just bring food to you when you might be hungry, instead he makes an effort to simply ask you every time he sees you

have you eaten? when was the last time you drank water? did you shower today? how much sleep did you get? 

more often than not, you provide less than favourable replies to which he’ll just go D: and sigh deeply, prompting you into doing what you were supposed to do like three hours ago aka go to the kitchen and make yourself dinner 

as much as he insists he isn’t one to coddle, Satan does sometimes follow you just to make sure you get enough food to eat and that you’re returning to your room at reasonable times at night 

he also starts using this as an excuse to invite you to sleepover in his room 

of course his main focus is to ensure you’re sleeping but,,,, Satan also really likes hugging you at night okay don’t laugh at him 

ASMODEUS

starts rambling about all the things that could happen to your skin if you don’t drink enough water or sleep enough 

he’ll go on and on, only stopping abruptly when you ask, “are my looks all you care about?” 

Asmodeus legit dies a little when he hears you say that because no!! of course not!! he wants you to be healthy and happy 

it’s just… that’s his way of looking at things 

every time he sees you looking pale and exhausted, it makes him sad beyond compare 

if you don’t even look alright, how much worse do you actually feel on the inside, even if you don’t know it?

Asmodeus will do the complete opposite of Satan, he will coddle you until the end of time

he’ll not only bring you food but he’ll feed you, too, he’ll also bring you lots of fruits and some supplements for extra measure 

every night he’ll spend up to an hour just cupping your face in his hands, rubbing his thumbs over your skin while he stares at you intensely, ensuring that you always look at least a little bit healthier than the night before 

BEELZEBUB

he picks up on your habit super quickly, his initial suspicion arising from the fact that you never seem to eat the snacks he so willingly shares with you 

Beel will ask you really bluntly about what’s up 

while he’s surprised at your odd reason as to why you do such a poor job of caring for yourself, he doesn’t let it show on his face 

instead, he just starts doing things like leaving snacks and drinks in your room every time he comes over, inviting himself over to sleep with you overnight so that he can keep you anchored to your bed beside him, sniffing you a lot to make sure you’ve showered lol 

it’s all very lowkey but it’s clear he puts a lot of effort into doing everything 

while Beel’s worried, he quite likes having to take care of you 

of course, he’d prefer if you did it yourself normally but it’s still a nice feeling, y’know? being needed in such an innocuous way 

BELPHEGOR

like Beel, he notices your weird habit super quickly, mainly because he’s woken up on numerous occasions to you not being beside him in bed anymore, only for him to find you in the library or something reading at 3am 

he’s very straightforward with his approach to helping you be better at this self-care thing 

more often than not he’ll just come up to you with a plate of food and just say, “eat.” before curling up on the nearest comfortable surface to sleep while you do what he told you to 

when you need to shower, Belphie’ll say, “you’re stinky. Go bathe.” even if you’re not stinky :( 

as for sleeping, ooooooo boi 

he will drape himself over you like a blanket until you’re fully out before getting into a more comfortable position 

Belphegor will legit keep himself awake until he knows for sure you’re deep in slumber before drifting off himself 

when you point out how sleep deprived he seems, he’ll just say, “well, sleep earlier and I will, too.” 

while his brothers are just ??? waht? 

you know what he means so eventually you just start cuddling him in bed before he can pancake on top of you 

“I’ll sleep, I promise. You sleep, too, okay?” 

he will shed a tear, he is so touched

Lucifer

It’s a funny story actually; He had decided to take you out to the human world for a random date.

His romantic side was flaring up and he just felt like taking you somewhere nice and treating you the way you deserved to be treated.

He bought you a beautiful bouquet of flowers, he took you to a nice restaurant, and it was overall a nice date.

You were both standing by a stoplight waiting for the little red man to turn green so that you’d be able to cross the street.

Take note: Lucifer didn’t like to publicly show you affection. The most you were getting out of him were the bouquets.

(You asked him to let you hold his hand at a particularly bustling street corner, he put his hands on your shoulders and steered you through the tiny stream of people you passed.)

While you waited patiently to cross, a little boy walked over as he tugged on his guardian’s arm.

She seemed to be his mother and she looked… quite tired.

He had on small overalls and a bright yellow t-shirt. His feet were clad in a pair of dark blue sneakers and he looked absolutely adorable. His hair was a mess of light brown on his head and he had one front tooth missing.

(He made you question if you had baby fever-)

You see, Lucifer refused to don his “human” outfit that day; He said something about not wanting to blend in and look as “basic” as measly humans.

Well, the little boy was absolutely fascinated with his giant black coat. He looked like one of those villains you’d see in mafia movies with his red and black fitted suit… and for a child, he was the coolest person on the block.

“Hey mister! You look cool!”

Lucifer, too engrossed in his conversation with you, didn’t look down at the tiny child.

And the kid did not like that.

He harrumphs and glances over at you; You looked nice! He glances down and spots the flowers in your arms.

Oh, so that’s why…

Lucifer had started pleading his case about why factory tours were the best way to spend vacation days to you; You were adamant on going to one of Diavolo’s many private beaches- you were not spending 5 consecutive days dying in your sweat in thick, insulated PPEs.

You heard a tiny voice say something but at your first glance at your surroundings, you didn’t really see anyone so you brushed it off… That was until you felt someone tug at your shirt.

Oh my goodness… It was an adorable child! (That looked eerily similar to a minion!)

“Oh! Hi there, little one!” You immediately handed the flowers over to Lucifer as you knelt down to the kid’s eye level. Your lover immediately eyes the small human that looked up at him in awe; What did this little twerp- kid want?

“Is he your husband? He has a really cool coat!” He exclaims as he obnoxiously points at Lucifer. You glance up at the ravenette innocently and grin, “Yes he is and yes, I know he looks super cool! He looks good in it, no?” The Avatar of Pride buries his face in his hands to hide the bright blush on his face. He… No! Seeing you with a kid and then! He- You- Kid-

He clears his throat and pretends that he isn’t as red as a ruby; He’s quick to put on his suave facade, “You’d look better in it though, love.” He states.

You shove him playfully and he, pink cheeks and all, had the audacity to smirk and wink at you.

The little boy giggles and runs his hands on Lucifer’s quilted coat before his mother tut-tuts and beckons him back over just as the little red man turns green. Perhaps you’d look into having kids in the future…

“He’s quite the adorable kid. He reminds me of Mammon when he was younger. Anyways, my darling spouse, where do you want to go next?”

“Lucifer! You can’t just go around saying stuff like that!”

“You told that little boy that I’m your husband, no? I’m inclined to think that this is your way of asking for my hand in marriage.”

“In your dreams, Morningstar.”

Mammon:

Mammon loves the idea of spending the rest of forever with you but he would rather die ten times over than admit that to you.

He had a modeling gig in the human world that paid quite well so he had decided to take you with him so that you two could celebrate once the shoot was done.

It was your standard photoshoot; a few make up artists were fawning over your boyfriend’s good looks, you were given your designated swivel chair and a few snacks to keep you busy for the next two or three hours-

Life was good :)

One of the assistant photographers had brought her kid along to the shoot; She was an important asset to the team so the head photographer let it slide.

You were ecstatic about it though; you had someone to talk to (kids are really entertaining- they cry and laugh at anything and everything.) and it was really a win-win situation because the more you kept the kid busy, the more focused her mother was going to be!

The photographer’s daughter, Aya, was about 7 years old and she was the sweetest little thing- She wore her hair in pigtails and had on an adorable white beret and she wore a fluffy white sweater and a black skirt and-

You were so close to bringing her home to the Devildom; Quite frankly, you believed you’d be a great parent!

She brought along a pair of dolls and she had asked you to play pretend with her- she’d be one doll and you’d be the other.

You, of course, played along- You weren’t told that your handsome model boyfriend was taking a break.

You and Aya had taken over the small resting area near the back of the break room. You had built a makeshift cubby from the thin blankets and pillows you were given and you were fully in the role that the child had given you; You were being quite the Hollywood star.

Funny thing is, she named the doll she was holding after you and the doll you held was named Mammon. (She named it after him because he said that he’d be really sad if she named the doll anything else- )

The scenario went like this; You were Mammon, the star model of the industry and you were in love with MC (you). The doll version of you was also a model and you two fell in love during one of the shoots.

You were so busy making little Aya laugh with B-Grade (PG rated) jokes that you didn’t notice Mammon walk over to watch you two play. You had your back towards him, you were sitting at the opening of the cubby and Aya didn’t feel like paying attention to him.

Aya stared at the two dolls then looked at you; You noticed the way she kept hesitating but you knew she had wanted to ask you a question.

“What’s up, Aya? ‘Ya need anything?" You asked, hands stopping mid-movement. She tilted her head to the side, “ I want you the dolls to get married soon. Are you and Uncle Mammon married?” she asked rather innocently.

You hummed and thought about it for a moment; It wasn’t like Mammon would hear your reply anyways- “Yep! We’re married. You can make the dolls get married but that happens after they adopt the dog!” you say.

You weren’t aware that the literal Avatar of Greed was malfunctioning in his chair and if Aya looked close enough, she’d have seen smoke coming out of his ears from the fuse he just blew from cuteness overload.

He wasn’t able to keep his mouth shut though; He couldn’t hold back the lovesick chuckle. You immediately whipped around, your cheeks a light pink, and you chucked a throw pillow at his face. Hard.

“Mammon. How long have you been watching us?” Your voice was deadly low- He better start running but… He wanted to try something.

“Well, honey, I heard ya mention our marriage to Aya!”

Mammon had to be escorted around by 4 bodyguards and Lucifer had to personally see to it that you didn’t accidentally kill your boyfriend.

Aya managed to officiate the marriage of the dolls, though.

Leviathan:

So there was this beautiful lake- It stretched far as the eye can see and it was absolutely marvelous.

The seas in the Devildom shined iridescent and this one was no different but it was special in a way that it was known as a place where demons take their lovers for dates or where families would go to spend time together.

In short, it’s a hot spot for people who are in love.

Levi had wanted to bring you for the longest time but a part of him believed that you wouldn't want to be seen in public with him (He literally couldn’t be more wrong.)

After a bit of pep talk from Asmo (the fifth born threatened to take you there himself), he had asked you out and… you said yes! Hurrah!

Then again, you two had been going on romantic dates for a while now… You would’ve agreed to go with him regardless of where he was taking you-

You two were having a great time together, quite frankly. Levi knew a few of the larger creatures that lived in the lake and you befriended them. (There was a specific Akuma Piranha that you were fond of and Levi almost took it home with the both of you)

While you sat on one of the benches by the lake, you noticed a family walking and playing around.

There was a small demon child who seemed to be no older than 6 years old and they were staring at you.

Maybe your reputation precedes you here in the Devildom?

You stare back for a moment and before you could say anything about it, Levi shyly takes your hand to bring you to a small pop-up ice-cream parlor.

They had the wackiest flavors– What on Earth would Dragon’s Breath flavored ice cream taste like?

Neither of you notice the tiny demon trailing after you.

You were marveling at the vibrant colors of the different tubs on display. Levi was standing a little to the side, eyes soft as he watched you silently as you babbled on about how you wished that there were flavors as fun in the human world. The funkiest flavors you’d heard of were like… probably salted caramel or bubblegum. You gawked as you saw one that supposedly tasted like unicorn milk when you felt a poke at your lower thigh. What? Looking down, you’re greeted by the same wide red eyes you were staring into a few minutes ago. A tiny demon child with light blonde hair and the prettiest ruby eyes looked up at you with a toothy grin, “You’re pretty.” They say bluntly. You couldn’t help but snort, “Why– that’s so nice of you to say.” You say in the middle of your giggle fit. The child glances at you then at Levi’s tall frame. “You’re supposed to say that they're pretty.” They say, pointing at Levi’s quickly blushing face. You burst out into louder laughter. The little demon tilts their head at your lover, “You’re their husband… You should learn to compliment them more.” With that, the kid literally walks away, back to their parents like nothing happened. “Yeah, Levi. Say that I’m pretty.” You bat your eyelashes playfully at the third born, who looks away and screams “moe!” to himself.

I have a crack request! Can I have headcannons of The Brothers and Dateables reacting to MC being launched from the summoning circle and she just flat out faceplants painfully in front of everyone? MC’s not even moving cuz the landing knocked her out and everyone thinks the human’s broken. After she’s tended to she’s just like “So, I’ve been summoned by demons for a year experience for the sake of bonding the three realms? Okay 😶 👍🏾” and she just handles everything with stride, not even phased by demonic shit

Summary: How the Obey Me! Characters would react to MC face planting painfully when summoned and then having a very lax attitude towards the whole being brought to hell thing

- When MC face planted on the floor he just stood there stunned for a moment, silent and shocked that the exchange program could go so terribly wrong so soon

- He brings them to the nurses office and sits beside them until they wake up

- After explaining the situation he expects them to be horrified, angry, sad, etc. 

- What he wasn’t expecting was a shrug followed by a casual “ok” from the human

- He is once again stunned into silence and begins to question if they hit their head too hard 

- When he has them repeat the situation back to him just to double check they understood they were surrounded by demons that wanted to eat them for the next year they seemed to understand fully which shocks him

- He is a little scared that their lax attitude towards demons will get them killed and/or hurt, but he is also happy that they won’t need much care taking when it comes to getting used to the Devildom

- He may not have been in the student council room for the incident, but when he does show up the human is in the bed in the nurses office being told what happened and how they hit their head

- Mammon howls with laughter and is pointing and laughing about the funny arrival of the human

- When he informs MC he is the second strongest of all the seven demon lords they just shrug and are like “whatever”

- He nags them about how they shouldn’t be so relaxed and they need to be scared at all times to stay safe

- MC: “Whatever happens happens i guess *shrug*” 

- Mammon: “that ain’t hOW YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO RESPOND”

- He also wasn’t in the student council room for the summoning

- But when MC walks in with a bandage around their head he has to ask Mammon what happened (because interacting with a human normie would be too annoying)

- Snorts and snickers when he hears about what happened

- Is very confused as to why they were trsuting his brothers so easily so he asks them and they just respond with a shrug

- “shit happen, y’know?” “stupid normie, you’re gonna get eaten on your first day”

- Snickers as Lucifer’s face turns to one of panic watching the human hit the ground and fall unconscious

- He doesn’t really care about the program at first so he just heads up to his room and reads until dinner

- He runs into MC on the way to dinner and asks them if they’re okay so far

- They say “Yea, its no big deal, just another stupid college” and he feels his eye twitch

- he can tell right then and there that he is going to have a handful taking care of this human

- “OMG GUYS BEFORE THEY FELL I SAW THEIR FACE THEY’RE SUPER CUUUUTE~~”

- Brings lots of healing ointments to the human to ‘preserve their pretty face’ and he is shocked at their nonchalant attitude every time he comes to see them in their room

- so one day he asks about it and they just shrug

- “honey you’re going to get hurt with that attitude! Be more cautious :(”

- Worried about the cute hooman

- he winced sympathetically when they landed but just as quickly forgot because he was hungry and went to go find food

- He sees them with their head wrapped and asks how they feel and they give a thumbs up 

- His stomach growls, shaking everything in the kitchen and the human doesn’t even so much as flinch

- He is shocked but just smiles, glad someone won’t judge his sin and tell him to stop eating so much

-After the incident he and MC were chilling out together and he noticed a scare on their forehead

- That’s how he ended up on the floor laughing after hearing about the human’s brutal arrival

- Beelzebub chimes in mentioning how he thought they’d hit their head too hard because of how calm they were

- “Yea I guess you were right- i should have been more cautious about demons. I mean just look at what Belph-” he puts a hand over their mouth not wanting to relive incident

- Glad that MC is still chill about their entire situation

- He gasps and runs over to the human apologizing frantically

- Feels guilty and is convinced his dream of uniting the realms is ruined

- But then when they wake up he introduces himself and explains why they are in the Devildom

- Lets out a relieved sigh when they give a nonchalant ‘ok’ and is glad to watch them quickly settle in

- He keeps a close eye on them though, because he is worried their lax attitude is going to get them eaten 

- He was the one who made the portal so he immediately pales

- Quickly shakes it off and brings MC to the nurse’s office though and tends to their wounds

- he watches as the human responds to Diavolo’s explanation with a simple “ok” and is sort of shocked, but he just lets it slide and tries to convince himself it was the head injury that caused them not to react as they should have

- When he notices their lax attitude towards Demons did not falter after a few weeks he grows worried and joins Diavolo is practically stalking them to be sure no harm would come to the exchange program

- Snickers like an asshole when he hears about how it happened

- Will make fun of them for it for the entire year

- He is used to being around witches and sorcerers that are afraid of demons- so seeing a mere human be more relaxed around them than even the strongest of magic users was shocking

- Lowkey casts a spell on them to protect them if a demon does try to attack

- He pouts and asks MC how they got the scar on their forehead

- He gets a sad look in his eyes as the human described their unprepared arrival to the student council room

- He notices the human is very relaxed around demons and goes to Lucifer and Diavolo many times to see if there is anything they can do to protect them better

- His paternal instincts kick in and he watches them like a hawk

- gasps and rants about how the demons must’ve done that on purpose

- still pouts whenever he sees the scar though

- He will often yell at MC for being too relaxed against such dangerous creatures and how they need to be cautious in a place like this

- Watching them interact so kindly with demons was odd though and he wondered how a human could do it but he couldn’t bring himself to even look a demon in the eye
