what inspired your username? is it a pokémon reference or am i conflating two things together?

I wanna say it was a Pokémon inspired thing but in all honesty I just couldn’t think of a tumblr name for this account :’) so I wanted something snappy haha

your body is stunning 😍 what is your workout routine like?

Ah thanks so much! I workout from home ever since covid hit, bought some dumbells and an exercise mat, and follow this guy on YouTube called Fraiser Wilson! He’s amazing, does really nice 20 minute workouts for all the areas of the body. He also has a wuicn warm up and cool down which is super important too

I plan to go to an actual gym soon to get into lifting heavier weights, but honestly a lot of my results have come from consistency, not lifting really crazy numbers, just exercising often
