Hey, it's human to struggle when life deals you bad cards. It's not on you. Shit happens, it doesn't mean it's your fault and it's more than understandable that you're tired and feeling down. Life can be tough, it doesn't mean you don't have inner worth.

Look, I've been going through a lot mentally wise this year and your polls and enthusiasm really cheered me up. You sound like a great person, actually. We could use a lot more people like you

It's common not to have your life put together and everything figured out in your 20s, don't guilt-trip yourself over it. You're trying and that's already a lot. Hang in there, progress is not always linear but it does get better at times

Don't feel bad about asking for help. You wouldn't be the first and the people you never see asking for help may have family support / other ressources you may not have access to and you're not putting a knife under anyone's throat
