i don’t remember the last time i felt worth anything without a boy telling me i was. i wonder if i’ll ever be able to think for myself. i want to decompose

here are some pictures of beautiful leaves. i’d like to draw them one day

i’ve been trying to post stuff on my art account on instagram and i’m not necessarily expecting anyone to see, but i try to max out the hashtags and i realized after posting this one with none that nothing changes. the four irls i let follow that account are the only ones who like my posts no matter what. and while i appreciate it, it’s difficult to feel like even my best stuff holds any value if it’s impossible to reach anybody but those who feel a sense of loyalty towards me that implies the need to like whatever dumb shit i post.

i’m so worried about my friends. i’m getting so much worse and therapy isn’t working at all anymore. all of my friends are getting worse too. i stop myself from panic attacks sometimes just because i know i’ll have no one to go to, and i can’t risk the consequences of spiraling. i’m scared for all of them and i’m scared for myself. i just want my art to be good at least

The study, led by researchers at Imperial College London and published this week in Nature Communications, finds that large gains in conservation are possible by focusing on areas home to exceptional biodiversity and species with high levels of evolutionary distinctiveness and global endangerment.
