Nope, not canon. None of the Egg Eaters have offspring lore wise, not even the oldest (Rannoch). I just like to use them sometimes in gameplay

Seeing your egg eater stuff made me want to have my own egg eater. So I have one now.

Obsidian won’t eat the eggs of his fellow clan members, but he has stolen eggs from other clans. He’s lucky his clan hasn’t found out about the egg eating yet.
