I’ve been reading up on banescale lore, and decided to make an animation of ‘Born in Fire and Flame’ ( written by Aequorin)

if any of my dragons became egg eaters these four would be the most likely. In order from left to right top to bottom

Spite: a scientist by nature and empathetic to none it would be pure curiosity that gets the better of her. To continue to eat them though depends on a variety of factors

Hayes: Ecologist, Entomologist and Herpetologist he sees the subjects of his studies do it all the time. As long as it isnt his own clan or element he would be willing to stomach one in order to survive

Fraud would do it because he wants to. Impulse and desire. He would gladly make a habit out of it

Maktaba wouldnt really eat the eggs willingly but test the effects of healing magic and serums mixed with the eggs elemental powers or yolk. Being a surgeon of great cruelty and efficiency she isnt irked or disgusted by the thought of cannibalism to further one’s survival or well being

This is awesome! I can see Khoga nerding out with Spite and Hayes. Having a whole team of Scientists would really help boost research, AND offer peer review of course!

I feel like Via would be drawn to Maktaba, mostly due to his fancy hat, but also because of her quest to find a cure for her scale problem. Having a healer around, no matter how cruel, is a bit of a relief if their goal contains medicine and well-being…at least somewhere in there anyways.

Matthias would think Fraud is mega Sus…There’s only room for one dangerous, impulsive, self-sufficient drake and that’s HIS JOB.

Hey it's me again! I was reading your your dragons' bios, and first of all: Oh my god they are amazing! It really inspired me to start writing the bio of my own dragons too. And I have a little question, about editing bios .I really wanna spice up mine similarly too. How or where do you find those very fancy seperation lines that are like flight element themed?

Heya! I lovelovelove your work and the egg eaters, and I was considering doing some art, but I needed to know, how do they generally eat the eggs? Do they munch it directly, shell and all, open them and drink, swallow them whole? Or do they usually use it in cooking?

Hiyo & thank you! I believe it depends on the type of egg, but I always imagined that they would either just drink the insides(if they were in a hurry) or cook them in some way. I hadn't thought of them eating the shells before, but that actually might be cool to see. After all, I feed my birds eggshells in their diet( as recommended by the vet) to help boost their calcium, why wouldn't dragons be able to eat that too?

The more creative the better. For example, the cooking of nature eggs in an oven like one does pumpkin seeds. The shells look so peel-able, and kind of like a plump seed. Another idea is using arcane eggs in baking pastry desserts. Desserts seem pretty whimsical which is perfect for Arcane eggs.

It's fun to imagine new ways to cook them( but also a bit morbid lol). So you can honestly just go wild!
