Key word being fetch, they will turn into a dog-like beast to retrieve things. I suppose he's technically a werewolf but can transform on command

I imagine he has a black suit with a white undershirt that turns to black fur and a white underbelly. With his eyes being the only constant thing, neither human nor wolf
