Workin’on my fic again today!!

I’m hoping to get at least 5K more done today, including proofreading/corrections, My apologies for taking so long, but since this is my first BTS fanfic, I want it to be perfect…I want it to be on par with the fanfic I’ve been writing for other fandoms for the past 4 years, y’know?…but I’ll be damned if the plot bunnies won’t keep creeping up on me and changing things along the way!! Either way, this might take me a while to get this done and posted, but you can be sure that when I do, it will be my best work!!

As for my sister, she is LIGHT YEARS past me in terms of her story progress and she’s got so many plot twists, it’ll put most K-drama’s to shame!!  I’m so proud of her, but damn, she’s probably sitting at 50 chapters easily. It will still be  while before hers is posted, because she wants me to beta and make the necessary revisions before it can be posted, but when it’s ready, it’ll be up on her blog which I will link here on mine.

Can’t lie though, I’m a little jealous, but I’ve been out of the fanfic writing game for a while now and I need to cut myself some slack, right? Right!!

Anyway, how bout some gif posts of our boys in the meantime?

Writing Celebration Weekend!!

So, my sister and I have both been hard at work on our BTS fanfics and I want to celebrate this because not only is this my sister’s first attempt at writing EVER, but she’s currently working on creating TWO separate fics! I’m so proud of her!!

I, on the other hand, am no stranger to fanfic (see my main blog here) as I’ve been writing for Supernatural and Criminal Minds for about 4 years (see my Masterlist here, in case you’re on mobile). This is my first foray into the BTS genre of fanfic and my WIP is currently sitting at about 5 chapters/50K words.

(I’d have been done sooner, but yesterday I found a plot hole the size of Jupiter and that’s one of my BIGGEST pet peeves when I’m writing. I’m a stickler for details.)

Anyway, to celebrate, I’m going to set a queue to post some lovely things about our boys today AND during my breaks from writing, I’m going to work on setting up my fic rec tag for all the amazing writers I’ve found and followed so far! Sound good? Great!
