You looked up at your father as he walked you through the halls of the palace, you’d been travelling to Joseon all week in the back of a horse-drawn carriage and you’d finally arrived and were being escorted to the palace. You had no idea what was happening no one would explain anything to you since you were nothing but a peasants daughter, 

“Dad where are we going-” You were cut off by a slap across the cheek and you held your face in silence staring forward at the sliding doors that lead to the throne room. You heard muffled voices and shuffling before the doors slid open, you bowed down to the emperor and your father did the same. You’d heard stories about him and you knew not to get on the wrong side of him or he would kill you, he wouldn’t even hesitate. You were pulled roughly into the throne room and thrown down onto the floor in front of the emperor, your knees burning from the fabric of your hanbok grazing them.

It’s kinda short- sorry! But here we go anyway~

You knew Yoongi was protective- overprotective, actually. You knew that he felt the need to do everything for you, and to protect you from insignificant troubles. You had know Yoongi for quite a while, and he had always been a little protective, but once you started dating, it just got worse. One night, you had found out just how far he’d go to keep you safe. It was when he had seen someone shouting at you, that you finally realised just how protective he was. Sure, yelling back at the male hadn’t been that odd of a reaction, but when he started choking him, then you felt the need to step in. Yoongi hadn’t been very pleased that you had stopped him, but he had listened to you, apologising half-heartedly.

Ever since then, Yoongi had made it clear exactly what bothered him and what was acceptable. What bothered him was when you went out to meet people without letting him know, or when he wouldn’t be with you when you went somewhere. He was paranoid about something happening to you while you were gone, and was doing everything he could to prevent that possibility. The acceptable things were when he could go with you somewhere- but even then he didn’t like it too much. He’d rather you just stayed at home with him instead. You could do something safer- like watching tv, or playing a game, maybe cooking- but you wouldn’t be handling any of the dangerous equipment. God forbid he ever caught you preparing something with a knife, or the stove- even the oven. He had to do everything that he viewed as potentially dangerous. If he didn’t, then he’d be distraught. He’d beat himself up over it, and would stress over how he had almost allowed you to get hurt, and what could’ve happened if you did.

You never liked seeing him in that state of despair, so you did try to do as he said and avoid the dangerous things. However, you had to admit you did kind of enjoy seeing him get so worked up about you going out somewhere. When that happened, he displayed strong possessiveness- it was one of the only times he would be dominant with you, too, and you couldn’t deny it excited you in a way. Normally, he was incredibly submissive- and while you didn’t hate him doting over you, it was always nice to have a surprise. Plus, when he got angry at you- a rare occasion- it always reminded you of how much he’d do for you, and how much he cared. It was comforting, in a way.

And that was why you were stood by the door, shoes and jacket on as you waited by the entrance. Yoongi would be home soon, and when you heard his car, that’s when you’d leave. You knew he’d spot you-in fact, it was what you were hoping for. You couldn’t help yourself. You did always enjoy teasing him. So, when you heard the familiar hum of tires against the concrete of your driveway, you swung the door open, acting oblivious as you strolled down the pathway from your door.

Almost immediately, the car screeched to a halt, and Yoongi hurriedly made his way out of it, leaving the door open in haste. You continued walking, still pretending to be oblivious as you hummed to yourself cheerfully. Before your foot had even got off your driveway, your vision was suddenly full of Yoongi’s face glaring at you. His hands moved to hold your shoulders, and he slowly began backing you up until you were back inside. There, he closed the door, locking it quickly and pocketing the key. His face was flushed- you guessed it was because he had got out of his car in such a rush to reach you.

“What were you doing?” Came his first question, as his hands pulled you towards the kitchen, where he sat you down at the table, the hands on your shoulders still preventing any movement.

“I…” You looked around, quickly coming up with a lie, “We were out of milk, so I was going to buy some. I wanted to cook something for you…”

You thought for a second that he wouldn’t be as harsh knowing that it was for him, but you were mistaken. Yoongi’s fingers dug into your shoulders, but not painfully, never painfully. “I thought you knew by now that you shouldn’t go out alone.” He sighed, still holding onto his glare. However, from one look at his eyes, you could see the panic swarming in his head.

“I know…but it was going to be a surprise!” You défende yourself.

Yoongi scowled, “Finding out that you got hurt wouldn’t have been a very good surprise. Besides, you should know not to cook anything either.” He cocked a brow at you, “So? You still want to go out, even after being reminded of the rules?”

You bit your lip, trying to hold back the blush you could feel creeping in. “Well, yeah! I had plans for-”

You cut yourself off as Yoongi sat himself down in your lap, his legs wrapped around your hips. Now you couldn’t hold back that blush. Yoongi stared at you, holding eye contact for a few moments before his lips curled up into a smirk. He leaned closer, burying his face in your neck. Shivers of pleasure ran up your spine as you felt his lips press against your skin, sucking and peppering kisses here and there.

When he had finally finished with his onslaught of kisses against your neck, he tilted your chin to face him. With one hand tracing your jawline, and the other now planted on your thigh, he leaned to whisper in your ear, “You’re a liar.” His fingers trailed to stroke down your cheek. “If you think you could get away with playing with me like this, you’re wrong. Now, tell me what you thought this silly little act could accomplish, huh?”

You blushed furiously as you realised he had figured out you were lying. He was just too clever sometimes. However, you were unable to form a coherent response to his questions. Your mind was still too clouded.

Yoongi hummed in amusement, the hand on your thigh trailing upwards ever so slowly, and you couldn’t help yourself as a small moan left your lips. He lifted his head, his dark eyes boring into yours with a sense of dominance that almost had you moaning just from the sight.

“Oh, I get it now,” He grinned at you, beginning to trail kisses down your neck again. When he reached your collarbone, he continued, adding small bites in between the kisses. “You like it when I’m angry, don’t you, baby?” He pressed himself closer against you, as if to prove his point. “My baby, ahh, you should’ve told me before…” He sighed, shaking his head in disapproval. For a moment, you thought he was going to stop, and so you whined in protest. “Don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere. I’m going to give you everything you want. You’d like that, wouldn’t you? I’m the only one who can do this to you. The only one who can see you like this, understand? You’re mine. All mine.” He shot you a grin, with a glint in his eyes that had you whimpering. And, just before his lips pressed against yours, he muttered out, “I’m the one in charge tonight.”
