Like it seems fun but like what would I do with it?

I have at least one friend who is willing to do it with me, but we (me mostly) don't have any ideas. Both of us were thinking maybe disease but of what? Idk just a thought.

"Yes?"

"Why did Papa leave?"

A woman sighed

"Come here child."

A child enters the room and runs into the women's arms. They hide in the arms as the woman began to speak.

"Its amusing, how memories could turn into some bad dreams. Though in hindsight things become obvious."

The woman took a breath, but before she could speak again the child asked,

"But Mama what does this have to do with Papa?"

The woman was silent

"Mama?"

"Child."

"Yes?"

"Mistakes will get but you have to know that it's alright."

"Okay Mama."

"And you may think that you're loved, if you only ever felt pain."

"And that's alright?"

"No, it's not."

"Then what is?"

"Leaving."

"Like Papa did?"

"Like I did. In the end it's better for us."

"But, if you loving Papa was a mistake, then why did you love him to begin with?"

"The young fall in love with the wrong person at times."

The woman sighed again and muttered,

"I should have seen the signs"

"What?"

"It was nothing child.

In reality, I was foolish for falling for such a man, but I guess I was addicted to his love."

"Mama? Did Papa lie to you?"

"I never truly knew you father, but believe me I tried to. Your father's actions blindside me, it wasn't the man that vowed 'till death do us apart'.

People will say that it's better it love and then lose, then to never have loved at all. Though child trust me, that so called love they speak of isn't anything but pain. Pain hidden in beauty."

"I trust you Mama."

"Good, if you consider this a story then take this as the moral, love isn't to hide pain."

"I love you Mama."

"I love you too."

Okay but does anyone else think that Odysseus was full on planning on letting Eurylochus get snatched by Scylla?

My thought process is that right after Eurylochus tells Odysseus that he opened the bag, Odysseus tells him to light 6 torches. Right? So wouldn't you expect Eurylochus to hold one of the touches and therefore getting pick off the ship by Scylla since she seemed to only grab the ones with the touches?

So, I've started PJO and am currently on The Titans Curse.
