' And Yet Here Was; Quietly WATCHING As The Newest Batch Of Gym Challengers Would Flood In. It Was That

˚ʚ ☾ ɞ˚ㅤ˗ˏˋㅤㅤWHY was he so nervous ? He was a GYM LEADER after all; one of the eight that stood in the trainers' way of getting to the Champion cup ! Even if he lost ( which was just a thing that happened sometimes when one was a Pokemon trainer ), he was still pretty strong; he'd like to think.
˚ʚ ☾ ɞ˚ㅤ˗ˏˋㅤㅤThe truth was; the BATTLES weren't even the scariest part. It was actually talking to the trainers and interacting with them.

˚ʚ ☾ ɞ˚ㅤ˗ˏˋㅤㅤMaybe he should have ACTUALLY said ' Hello ' to the woman like a normal person. With the anxiety still gripping at him though; he continued to just stay quiet as she would begin to check in.

It was her first time abroad! Her first time travelling away from Hoenn to see other regions and experience new sights, new pokemon. The culture here wasn't that different from her own, but it was very much a new experience for her.

Stepping out of the plane that brought her here, she stretched and rubbed her eyes. Jet lag...
Nanami wished she could've just flown here on Altaria, but that would've been too much for her poor pokemon. Too far a distance. Well, she was coming to witness the start of the gym challenge in Motostoke, so she heaved her bag up on her shoulder to head to the nearest hotel. Checking in was priority, then head over there.

Technically, neither she nor any of the other Stellaron Hunters had broken any of Penacony's laws yetㅤ—ㅤso there really was no reason for alarm at the very moment. For now, the woman was JUST ANOTHER guest of the Sweet Dream and he would definitely treat her as such.
˚ʚ ☾ ɞ˚ㅤ˗ˏˋㅤㅤWhen the woman calls out to the child however; THAT was when he would shoot her a look of CONFUSION. It was an everyday occurrence for guests to request the workers of the Reverie for assistance. Yet somehow, it seemed as if this woman wanted HIS help specifically.

˚ʚ ☾ ɞ˚ㅤ˗ˏˋㅤㅤ❛ㅤCertainly, Miss ! I'd be GLAD to help you and your friend !ㅤ❜
˚ʚ ☾ ɞ˚ㅤ˗ˏˋㅤㅤThe boy speaks; giving the woman a FRIENDLY smile. Surely, nothing would come of this ! It would just be ANOTHER DAY on the job !

@indeliblepromise ♥'d for a starter For Misha
"Don't worry about me, okay~?" The way she speaks directly to him, her presence differing from the norm. Calm and collected, something she uses to imply comfort. The kid caught her eye quickly, perhaps too quickly. As if she were here to serve a purpose. As luck would have it, that's precisely why she's here. She doesn't approach him, but he was in-fact the one she was looking for.

Rosy pink hues make contact and she places her hands upon her hips, one quickly draping downward and relaxing limp at her side now. "I think you're exactly who I came here looking for, relax. I'm not here for anything bad."
True as it was that the Stellaron Hunters were an omen, foretelling some tragedy everywhere they went. Whether others knew that or not, Kafka certainly did. Things were certainly going to ramp up in Penacony. Not quite yet, but she needed to be here in this moment and no other. "Say, kiddo. Can I ask you for a few teensy favors?" She chuckled softly. "They're for a very dear friend of mine, I think you'll be meeting them soon."

When the man began to speak and retell the stories of his grand adventures; it was OBVIOUS that he had the bellboy's full attention. His violet hues were solely focused on the man as he leaned forwards; eagerly taking in every single little detail.
˚ʚ ☾ ɞ˚ㅤ˗ˏˋㅤㅤNever ever had he heard of these ' BLEEDING BULLS ' before ! None of the other guests had mentioned such a dangerous group of people at all ! Then again, not many people would be willing to throw themselves into harm's way and to stand up for the good of the people. He was definitely LUCKY to be able to hear a tale such as this !

˚ʚ ☾ ɞ˚ㅤ˗ˏˋㅤㅤ❛ㅤWhat happened NEXT ? I mean, I suppose you won since you're here to tell the taleㅤ—ㅤbut what happened NEXT ?ㅤ❜
@badrcputation

— "Listen real close then, kiddo." He gives Misha a pat on the head and takes a seat nearby in the lounge. "I got a tale for ya that'll blow yer mind."
"There was this dangerous outlaw gang, by the name of The Bleeding Bulls. Most vicious bandits the planet has ever seen. I was just passin' by a quaint li'l town when they attacked." As he talks, Boothill slaps his hands on his knees. "These forkers never spared a single soul if they tried to stand in their way. Pew pew," he gestures with finger guns, "bullets were flyin', folks were runnin' for their lives, and guess what this old cowboy did?" He points at himself with a thumb, a proud toothy grin sitting on his face.

"I did what any other fearless son of a gun would do, and I challenged their leader to a duel."

Truly, all of it almost seemed completely outlandish ! She should have called the rest of the guards right in that very moment ! But surely, this man wouldn't have been that much of a FOOL. Getting more names involved would require far more verificationㅤ—ㅤand if even one person disproved any of his claims, it would have established him as UNTRUSTWORTHY even further.
˚ʚ ☾ ɞ˚ㅤ˗ˏˋㅤㅤShe's heard of WILDFIRE at least. She didn't know much about the organizationㅤ—ㅤbut LADY BRONYA had spoken positively about the group after her experiences in the Underground. ˚ʚ ☾ ɞ˚ㅤ˗ˏˋㅤㅤAzure hues blink upon the offer the man gave her. All of those duties that he had spoken of WOULD benefit the Silvermane Guards. Yet, most of them were already covered by the Silvermane Guards themselves. Except . . .

A few hasty nods, he understands that out of anyone involved with what occurred prior to the loss of Cocolia, he's the least likely to be believed for doing anything worthwhile for all of Belobog. However, one could argue that he's helped out the Underworld plenty... ❝ That's fine by me. Even the grassroots group down below... Wildfire ? They'd be able to put a word or two in for me. ❞ The name likely means nothing but if one were to venture into an explanation of their place in society down there, they'd be heroes too. It's a little wrong for him to take advantage of such status, but he did in fact lend them a hand... For a price.

Hugging his arms to his chest, he tilts his head in thought. Conman hadn't thought this far ahead, but he should've expected that an encounter with this intelligence officer would've meant she'd be meticulous in her line of questioning. ❝ Well, I'm sure every guard is used to seeing me && automatically assuming I'm up to no good... That's why we're chatting right now, isn't it ? ❞ Brief pause, emeralds dart to the ground, sweeping as he looks for anything to grasp. ❝ I could uh... Clean some weapons, shine some boots... Maybe even deliver some rations to the guards that are stationed out further. It's too cold for most, but I wouldn't mind. ❞
