He hears your voice anywhere and it’s like a dog. He pokes his head up and looks around like “S/O?? Was that you?? Baby??? Are you here??” It’s the cutest thing.

He’ll sing with you! But only the really chill or lovey songs, he’s not a fan of super loud or fast paced music.

He wants to dance to your singing, but he can’t dance. So he just kinda sways side to side or taps his foot.

If any of your fans are being creepy to you he knows how to hide in plain sight so you can go out without being disturbed. That’s the one good thing he learned by running from people.

He will ask you to sing to him while he falls asleep, it’s adorable.

He’s just trying to keep up his reputation. He doesn’t want to be seen with someone who has an “easy” job, especially one as emotional and lovey dovey as singing.

(I’m going to add a bit of specifics because I really like this idea) When he finds out that you do vintage/ jazzy type covers of popular songs he’s so fuckin impressed.

He hates pop music but he loves old jazz and the stuff you’d hear in an old casino.

So he definitely goes undercover to hear you live. He’d hate being caught at a musical performance but he just had to hear you again.

When you start dating, he goes to every one of your performances without hesitation, as himself. He doesn’t care anymore what they think, and he also wants to be there in case someone starts being creepy.

You don’t even get the usual hate celebrities get for dating someone because what are they gonna do? You’re dating one of the most powerful men in Japan.

Korekiyo:

Immediately interested in you. Do you write your own music? What’s it about? Is there a deeper meaning to your songs? Cultural significance? Why do so many people like your music?

He’ll teach you about old songs and their meanings, and he will sing them to you.

He listens to all your music to figure out the themes of the song, hidden meanings, and your personality.

You’ve known him for about three months but he knows your personality and beliefs to a t.

He sings your songs to himself when nobody’s around.

When he starts dating you, he’s just fascinated by you. You can make a song out of anything. He wants to watch your whole process.

If you kick him out, he’ll understand, but he’ll probably figure out another way to observe your process.

He just really wants to know! How do your songs go from just a thought, to an entire song? How much do you have to rewrite or start something over?

He goes to all your performances.

Also has a fascination with your voice. The lyrics of your songs are important, sure, but your voice is the most important part. He wants to understand how even just humming something can make people feel emotion.
