And he only did it to tease you. He couldn’t be more happy for you that you got such a big role. Especially one you’d strived for. But that didn’t stop him from making jokes how you two couldn’t be together anymore and that now there was a rivalry between you two.

But listen to The Winter Soldier’s theme! It’s cold and electric and has a yearning feeling and omg it is so good. It resembles a siren going off and a factory conveyor belt line except then it’s not and it is chaotic and the ending goddamn if I’ve never seen a song get a character so right before. Somebody do meta on it because damn the six minutes of pure bucky angst is too much for me.
