Sirius Black who is besties with Crookshanks and Buckbeak and pretty much any other magical creature he comes across. Harry walks in on him more than once having long philosophical conversations with Buckbeak, or gossiping with Crookshanks (Crookshanks brings him the dirt on all their neighbors), or chatting with the post owl. Harry can't throw stones, though, since he's made friends with all the snakes in the garden.
