💌 ┊ little reminder before we begin: the 3d is only a reflection of your inner world. imagine it like a mirror; it only reflects what you give it and if you give it a reason to show you something. that’s why the 3d is malleable and can be changed to our liking. our dominant thoughts create our reality and that reality must be shown in the 3d, always.

also, remember that you’re god and that you’re capable of doing whatever you want. anything in the world can be possible if you assume it is possible.

🕯 ┊first way is to literally just create your desired reality and live in it. how? with visualising. whenever you can/want, visualise yourself already living in your desired life, even if you can’t have vivid scenarios of what you want, vaguely imagine scenes in your head. i recommend you do this when you have free time and before you go to sleep, that way your subconscious is more active and gets info faster and transforms it into reality in your 3d immediately.

🕯 ┊second way is to avoid looking in places where you could see your your old self/surroundings. “but halo, sometimes i need to look in the mirror/pockets, how do i ignore that then?” you don’t have to avoid the mirror, looking into your wallet etc. 24/7 and whenever you get a glimpse of yourself in the mirror for example, affirm in your head that you look exactly how you want. i’m going to also put this in the following perspective: why would a master manifestor constantly check the 3d if they already know that they have their desires? if you take a look inside the mind of a master manifestor, you’ll notice that they don’t care about the 3d and only focus on their 4d, why? because regardless of everything, they know that their desires are theirs.

🕯 ┊third way is to think from the end. literally think about how you would live and feel with all your desires. think about how your emotions, feelings and self esteem would boost up and make you feel happy and comfortable with yourself. how would you act with all your desires? how would you feel with all your desires? embody that state and think from it. you don’t have to act as if in the 3d too, just in the 4d. because remember that the 3d is only a reflection, it all starts within the 4d, therefore the outer world shouldn’t even be considered.

REAL TALK TIME

lately i’ve been seeing on my tumblr dash lots of people arguing about what’s right and what’s not when it comes to manifesting your desired life. i’ve seen people talking about how “reprogramming your subconscious is useless”, “working on your sc is the only way to go” etc. but let me tell you that all of this is not true, but at the same time it is. why? well because we decide how the fuck we’re going to manifest.

i feel like this is a very debatable topic, but there’s only one way i’m going to put this: you choose what you feel you need to do. now this may be confusing to some of you, but i’m going to briefly explain what i mean:

if you prefer working on your self concept and believe that it’s the most powerful way to manifest, then you’ll only need your self concept and you’ll manifest instantly with it. if you prefer reprogramming your subconscious, then that’ll do for you. if you prefer to persist, then you’re going to successfully manifest thanks to it. it’s you who decides!

i feel like some blogs shouldn’t say what’s right and what’s wrong to do, we’re all here to help you and give you our personal advice because of our personal experiences. note how i’ve highlighted the word “personal”? that is because we’re singular and independent human beings. we’re not all the same, so ofc our journeys will all be different and unique.

do not feel like you’re doing something wrong and you have to change your entire mindset and way to assume just because a loa blog said that for them x method worked faster and other methods didn’t. like no baby, it’s all up to you to decide. don’t stress yourself over “how” “when” “but” “if”… put yourself on the freaking pedestal and do whatever the hell you want. this is your journey.

this is obviously a post that i made based on my usual summer routine & this is all my personal advice! now less chit chat and let’s get started!

#01– it girl summer life (guide to live your best summer and be everyone’s summer crush)

♡ the signature of an it girl has always been having confidence and standing out in the crowd. so this summer, i want you to practice self love & having lots confidence! how to do it? it’s really simple; you get in front of a mirror and tell yourself that you are that bitch. because deep down you are, you just have to believe in it. so do me a favour and start complimenting yourself, give yourself love, spoil yourself. give yourself the credit that it deserves!!

♡ the second step is what i believe to be the most freeing thing ever. having fun! literally just being careless and having fun is so good from time to time and this summer, you absolutely deserve to let yourself go a bit. go on trips, meet up with new people, go to dance clubs, party, stay awake all night just to wait for the sunrise, rent a cute little vacation house with your friends… there’s so many things you can do! live life to the fullest while being safe!

#03– pack your bags, it’s time to travel! (summer essentials + rec. products)

ah one of my favourite things to do: packing my summer bag. packing my summer bag always makes me euphoric and super excited because it’s when i realize that i’m preparing to live my summer dream! it’s so fun to pick all the essentials and neatly put them in your suitcase. you can either do this with a help of a friend while listening to music and vibing, but always remember to get everything you need! double check before it’s time to travel <3

-sunscreen, of course ;) it’s a must, you have to apply it everyday on your whole body! especially if you get sunburnt easily, sunscreen is your best friend. my fav sunscreens:

“eucerin” oil control 50+ (for oily skin)

“biossance” squalane + zinc sheer mineral sunscreen spf 30 (for dry skin + rosacea friendly)

“cerave” hydrating mineral sunscreen spf 50 (for sensitive skin)

-bathing suits/two pieces ofc lol. shein has really cute ones and they’re affordable, but if you don’t shop there bc of fast fashion (good job btw) i recommend going to a local thrift store or stalls near the place where you’re staying. opt for bright coloured bikinis, one pieces that make you shine!

-sundresses and floral dresses! there’s so many beautiful colors that they come up with and my personal favs are light blue, red, yellow, lilac and light green. they’re super comfortable and make you look like a fairy princess ˘͈ᵕ˘͈

-mini skirts and long flowy skirts. short jean skirts and long cotton skirts to be precise! the mini skirts are good if you vibe with the city and the party life, meanwhile the long skirts will make you feel like you’re living your perfect cottage life. sneak some of those in your suitcase, trust me.

-crop/tank tops. a must of course. again, opt for brighter colours or neutral and simple colours like white, beige etc.

-lots of hair ties, headbands, head bows etc for accessorising

-cover ups. i recommend knitted ones, they’re super cute and stylish.

-books!! my book recs are:

you’re absolutely gorgeous darling, don’t ever ever ever feel insecure about yourself. i’m 100% sure that this summer you’re going to spend the best time of your life, you deserve it! after a whole year of stress, school and work, you’re finally free to do whatever you want and that’s totally fine. don’t ever think that you’re not worthy of a break, it is needed. go out there and shine for me. go out there and show the whole world how beautiful and confident and precious you are. you’re going to be a heart-robber this summer, i’m sure everyone will have their eyes on you! go out there and show them what you’re made of. your soul is kind and pure, you have the right to fulfill your desires and enjoy life! i love you <3

i am so beautiful, kind and worthy of love

i am living my best life and i’m worthy of it

this summer i’m going to be the ultimate it girl

i am brave, unique, strong and independent

i am so happy that i’m living my desired life

#05– my own advice

like i always say, have fun, be free, let go of bad habits, thoughts and live life to the fullest. you deserve it. what i like to do each summer, is writing a bullet journal where i keep track of all the amazing experiences that i make and i love to attach polaroids to it as well; it reminds me of how i spent the best time of my life and it’s a reminder that next year is going to be the same, if not better!

so this summer promise me to have fun, try new stuff, invent, create and always be careful! make sure you have everything under control while being the life of the party. xoxo, halo 💌

Ok I just wanna make sure bc I kinda feel lost. I've been trying to shift for a little under a year, but I've seen posts saying it's fake and it's Maladaptive Daydreaming Disorder. Is it really real? Like, I don't want to go into it and end up not achieving it because of my own doubts. And the info on it is so conflicting so I'm not sure what to do...

hey man! i havent shifted yet either, and im NO expert on psychology nor do i suffer from md, but based on what i've seen and based on what i know, shifting is real. and it is NOT md. i get where your doubts are coming from tho, i used to have those doubts too like ohh, what if it's not real what if all my effort is just worthless but at the end of the day i just come to my senses. i remember all the shifting stories that are out there. and i believe that shifting is a real thing. not to mention how it's been around for a bit i hope that fact helps too

also when ppl shift, reportedly, the version of them that's still in the reality they came from have different behaviors from ppl that md and are still in the real world (i hope that sentence made sense goddammit lmao). like the person you leave behind when you shift would be literally you, and do things that arent out of the ordinary of what you would typically be doing.

you've also said that the info is conflicting and yeah, i get that man. but in the end though, it's all based on what YOU believe. whatever you assume to be true will be true. so if you think shifting isnt real then u probably wont shift (key word PROBABLY cuz some ppl have accidentally shifted).

my further advice to u is to look into what motivates you, and stuff that would further push your beliefs that shifting is real. dont look at stuff that says that shifting "isnt real." the shifting subreddit's a good place to find things that'll push ur beliefs. i find the success stories rly motivating. try to find shifting stories in general. i feel like this would help with the doubt things too. (be careful tho THERE ARE LIARS OUT THERE so make sure yk how to spot one). dont worry too much about it bro, you will shift someday ✨✨

Rem’s Void Challenge

Preface:

idk about you but i think the void state is so fucking cool and i’d love to enter it at least once in my life, but in an effort to not become obsessed with it i eventually just stopped attempting it cuz i dont feel the need to. so hopefully this challenge can provide a happy medium!

The Challenge:

Step 1: Create a method of getting into the void

Make sure this method is pretty simple. An example would be put on alpha waves, count backwards from 100 to 0, repeat “i am in the void” five times, and then boom, you’re in the void.

Step 2: Do your method

Step 3: Enter the void

The second you have completed your method, you are in the void. Point blank. As you lay (or sit) there, you are in the void. Visualize that you are in the void. Think as if you are in the void. Do not acknowledge the fact that you are not in the void. You can even list your desires if you want in order to make it feel real. 

One of two things will happen here. You will either enter the void, or you won’t. Either is fine. If you enter the void, congratulations! If so, this is your last step. If not, do not acknowledge it. You can either fall asleep now (if you did this at bedtime) or just get up and go on with your day. Do not start your method over.

Step 4: Mental Diet

 For the rest of the night/day, whenever you think of it, do not acknowledge your “failure.” Affirm that you got into the void. You’re going to start a mental diet. Whenever you think of the void, you’re going to think about how awesome your new method is and how it got you into the void on your first try and how excited you are to go again tonight because you had such an awesome experience!

Step 5: Repeat steps 2-4

Do not edit your method at all. Do the exact same method every time. In order to not obsess over it, I would only do it once a day. Keep your mental diet up. No complaining that it didn’t work, no questioning if tonight will be the night you succeed or not. If you want, you can even pretend that you manifested that you get into the void every time you do your method while you were in the void.

Do this until you enter the void state. If you want to skip a day or two of attempts that’s fine, but keep on your mental diet.

Conclusion:

The idea behind this challenge is that by creating a simple void method and maintaining a mental diet, it will help you to create an assumption that getting into the void is easy and simple. By stopping after you do your method, it creates a belief that you fully expect that method to work every time. Also, as you aren’t spending a long time trying each day/night, it helps you not become obsessed with the void.
