Your (His) Obsession
Pairing: Kim Dokja x fem reader [yandere]
Genre: twisted romance
TW: obsessive behaviour, yandere content, obsessive thoughts, violent, stalking, killing, possessive behavior

You bit your lower lips and cursed slowly. Your arms were wrapped around your shivering figure. Your hair stuck to your skin, and the never-ending drops from the sky were making you feel relieved that no one would be able to see you cry.
In a world you found no one on your side, in a world you wish someone you could lean onto, but you were unblessed.
You were just a human who latches onto other people like a parasite; that is what your friends and family always told you.
What's the point of having someone blood-related when they can discard you after you offer them a helping hand?
Are you too naive to believe their sweet promise and everything because you are desperate for human warmth?
Starting from this moment, you choose to close your heart to anyone you have known, anyone that has been using you.
The rain stopped so suddenly, making you raise your head to see the sky, but your gaze was met with a dark blue.
"Are you okay, miss? You shouldn't stand in the rain like this."
Your eyes met with the man. His starry eyes captivated you, absorbing you into the sparkling beauty.
"Miss?"
"Ah, I'm... I'm fine."
You looked away from him and stepped aside, but he moved forward to shield you from the rain again.
"You don't need to..."
"It's fine. My house is not that far. Use this umbrella to go home."
"No, Iâ"
He slowly grabbed your hand and put it around the umbrella.
"Get home safe, [Name]-ssi."
He quickly ran away to where you assumed to be the way to his house.
"That...Kim Dokja."
You uttered the name of the man that is working alongside you in the same department. The both of you are not talking that much; you only talk when it's down to business.
Your grip on the umbrella tightened.Never have you thought that this simple gesture could warm your heart.
Never you thought this simple admiration could turn into something else.
Your obsession with him began from that moment.
ĂĂĂĂĂ
You have a dream of a man who would do anything to see the ending. You have a dream that his companions were grieving his sacrifice. You have a dream of a man that deserves the whole world.
The man of your dream, you wish he was real.
Once you laid your eyes upon his figure the next day in the office, you knew that your prayer had been answered.
"Why are you doing this?! Who are you?!"
"If you lay even a finger on him, I'll make sure you received your wife's head on your doorstep the next day."
The man gasped and chocked after being kicked by you. With your high heels on, you stomped on his stomach and pressed hard, making him scream before you kicked his face.
"Do you understand?"
"Wh.. what are you talking about? I.. I don't understand sob."
You let out a sigh before brushing your hair back. Lowering your body to grab his hair harshly by your gloved hand.
"Kim Dokja."
The man gulped after meeting with your emotionless eyes.
"Don't mess with him or your family will die."
"Ack!"
You pulled his hair harshly while enjoying his crying mess.
"Understand?"
"Yes! Yes! Please don't touch my family."
You let his hair go before standing up again. The next action of you pressing your shoe on his hand was making a loud scream escape his throat.
Crack!
"Ahhhhh!!!"
You kicked his face again and rested your feet on his head.
"Good. I'll be watching you from now on. Next time, I'll not stop at only your hand, Gunwoo-ssi."
Again, you kicked his head, and he fainted. You let out a huff before stomping out from that alley.
The anger in you turned into satisfaction once you had finished your business with that piece of trash. You smirked.
It has been like that since the umbrella incident. You would never forgive anyone who dared to mess with your love. The next day, you heard a rumor about Manager Gunwoo being attacked in an alley. By maintaining your expression, you creased your forehead.
"That is horrible. Did the police find the culprit?"
You asked your coworker.
"Unfortunately, there is no CCTV in that area. They tried to question Manager Gunwoo, but he would keep quiet and scream away."
"Poor him. He must be traumatized."
A satisfaction bubbled inside your heart.
"It has been occurring too much recently. Hey, [Name], make sure to not walk alone at night, okay?"
You smiled and patted her shoulder reassuringly.
"I'll remember that."
You have no remorse for your action. All because of him.
"Coffee again, [Name]-ssi?"
You flinched and turned around to see the man of your dreams. You fidgeted with your fingers before nodding shyly.
"Um yes."
He smiled and stepped beside you.
"Um, would you want a cup?"
"Hm? It's fine; I can manage by myself."
"I insist."
Kim Dokja looked at you and he just nodded. Pouring another cup is not that difficult, but you wished to stay much longer by his side.
"Here."
"Thank you, [Name]-ssi. You are so kind."
Hearing his comment, you can't help but lowering your gaze from meeting his.
"I'm not that kind as what you thought."
"Nonsense. I'm sure that anyone who has you as their partner would be very lucky."
You caught his gaze on you, and your face heated up.
"No."
You whispered.
"It is the opposite."
You have come this far for him, and never would you stop this feeling from continuing to blossom.
ĂĂĂĂĂ
"Spare us, please."
You looked down at the people with a mocking smile.
"You guys are annoying."
Never you thought the world you have dreamed of becoming true.
Pierce!
The gurgling sound of the man was satisfying in your ears. He choked on his own blood after you stabbed his throat.
[You have achieved the âFirst Killâ achievement!]
[100 coins have been earned as additional compensation.]
You smiled, and your eyes swirled with craziness.
"I can't waste my time here. I need to find my Dokja."
And so you killed anyone that dared to challenge you, anyone that dared to be your obstacle. Using the coins to make you much stronger.
"He is in the next cabin. How do I open this door?"
You have followed him into this train. Kind of a routine for you to make sure he safely arrived home. But, due to many people, you couldn't fit in the same cabin and stuck in another.
Ignoring all the blue screens in front of you, you find a way to get out. You can't let anything happen to Dokja; if not, you wouldn't be able to control yourself.
However, once you managed to come out of your cabin and ran towards the broken bridge, you used your skill to easily jump through it. That is nothing terrifying compared to what you just saw.
"Kim Dokja!!"
You shouted his name, and a second later, the unfamiliar man let Kim Dokja fall from the bridge.
Running at a fast pace towards the man in the black coat, and pushed him away to grab onto Kim Dokja, but you are too late. Kim Dokja's eyes widened upon seeing your figure, and his vision was completely dark after being eaten by the monster.
"No, no, no, no, no, no, no!"
You were about to jump to save him, but your arm was being grabbed from behind. If your glare could kill, the man should be dead ten times now.
"You dareâ! I'll kill you!"
Yoo Joonghyuk frowned, and he used his Sage's Eye to read your information while dodging your attacks on him.
Seeing that you could be a valuable asset for him, he made a decision to calm you down by knocking you off.
ĂĂĂĂĂ
Your hatred towards the man named Yoo Joonghyuk never died down, even after you reunited with Kim Dokja.
If given a chance, you wanted to stab him while he was sleeping, but Dokja seemed to need the man as his companion, and that makes you so upset.
"[Name]-ssi, I hope you understand. I know you're angry, but he is valuable for this world."
He put his hands on your shoulders and lean closer, making your mind short circuit and butterflies in your stomach start to dance.
"Thank you for worrying about me. I'm glad I have you by my side."
Never have you thought that you could be this close with the man in your dream. He made you sway with each of his words without much effort because you could even sell your soul to the devil for him.
You would never let anyone hurt him anymore. You would do anything for him from now on. No one will be able to take him from you.
If ever he died, you will die along with him because.
He is... your obsession.

Kim Dokja has lived a life full of bruises and whispers of people. He has come across as not being dependent on anyone anymore since he was 'abandoned' by his own mother, leaving him to deal with the world alone.
Anyone close to him? He has never thought of that possibility happening. He has been alone in school, alone in a house he can't call home, alone even in the outside world.
Of course, who wanted to be alone forever? Kim Dokja wanted to have someone to reach for him, to extend their hand so he could grab onto it like a lifeline. But he never stumbled across someone who was willing to do that.
Until he met you.
"Are you okay?"
He stopped his movement of collecting the papers that had been scattered on the floor after someone bumped into him. The person never apologized and gave him an annoyed look instead, then left him to clean up the mess.
Kim Dokja never thought that someone would come to help him because everyone never glimpsed his way.
Moreover, you, whom he knew as someone who was working in the same department as him.
"Ah, yes! I could manage on my own."
"It's okay."
You didn't complain while helping him, handing him the stack of papers back. His fingers brushed against yours, and that little contact managed to send a jolt throughout his body.
"Be careful next time, Kim Dokja-ssi."
You smiled and left him staring at your spot like an idiot.
"She remembers my name."
Dup.
He turned around so fast to see you leaving the company, maybe to grab lunch because now is the time for it.
Since that moment, you have been bugging his mind.
A subtle glance was thrown at you while you were working. A frequent greeting you'd give him when you two bumped into each other.
"[Name]-ssi remembers me."
You helped him even though it is not much, but he remembered everything that relates to you.
Never thought he would meet you outside of the office because it is so rareâno, never he met you outside of the office, and that makes him so excited to greet you.
However, he never thought you would be standing in the rain alone. Your body was drenched by the rain, and he could see your body shivering.
Who did this to you?He questioned, and he felt upset.
Thus, he made his move to give you his umbrella. Your eyes met with him, and oh, at that time he wished the time would stop so that he could admire your sparkling gaze that was looking at him. Your eyes showed the sadness, and there were hints of tears that made him angry.
"Are you okay, miss? You shouldn't stand in the rain like this."
You replied to him. Ah, your voice still sounded beautiful. How come you still look so dazzling under the rain and after crying?
When you refused his umbrella, he took your hand in his and handed you the umbrella itself.
Your hand was smooth and cold. He wished he could grip onto it forever. He wished this hand could run through his hair and his face so tenderly.
He wished you would touch him, and that thought always makes him excited.
He left you after he gave you the umbrella, but without your knowing, he watched over you so that you could go back home safely.
"Ah, so, this is her house."
He stared at your house from the shadow, noting in his head to remember it forever and jolting down in his note. Because, he would need to come here more often after this.
He needed to make sure you were safe from harm after all.
ĂĂĂĂĂ
Kim Dokja is a coward.
He can't approach you just to have a casual conversation.
So, he just watched you from afar.
Because of that, he knew one of your biggest secrets.
Oh, you didn't notice, but that action of yours is not scaring him at all.
"Ahhhh!!"
He heard the sound of the scream and flinched, putting his hand on his chest to calm down his heart. Once he heard your footsteps, he hid himself somewhere unseen and, seeing you, walked away unnoticed.
Kim Dokja never thought you would do so far for him.
Now he knew, why did the people who always make his life hard at work no longer messing with him.
Dup. Dap. Dup. Dap.
"I think... I'm falling hard."
The more he wanted you around him, the more he wanted to see you every day, and the more he wanted to converse with you.
There is an urge to keep you close, an urge to make you his own.
Click!
He entered his house after taking off his shoes. The exhaustion he felt at work today vanished instantly once he entered his room. He strolled towards the wall to touch it.
Several pieces of photos have been stuck to it. Every angle, every place, and every time he saw you, he couldn't help but snap for a picture, capturing your beauty and staring at it every day.
"I hope we can talk again tomorrow."
Kim Dokja is a coward.
He wanted you to become his so much, but there is a whisper in the back of his mind saying he was not worthy yet to have you.
Not like he would give permission to anyone to pursue you.
You have your own way to deal with those who wronged him.
Kim Dokja smirked. He also has his own way to deal with your pursuer.
Even after his favorite novel becomes a reality.
"Kim Dokja!!!"
His eyes widened after seeing you before he was swallowed by the monster after being thrown by the protagonist.
'Ah, [Name] is alive. I will need to calm her down after I get out from here.'
Can't let you kill the protagonist, isn't it?
"I'm fine. I'm fine. Sorry because I make you worry, [Name]-ssi."
He didn't let this opportunity go away just like that. Securing your body against his and feeling every curve of you, he tightened the hug with the pretense to calm you down.
"Don't... leave me."
He hid his smile and pushed your head further into his chest. His voice laced with excitement, but he managed to cover it up.
"Of course. I'll never leave you alone."
Kim Dokja can't wait to make you officially his. He can't wait to worship you.
If ever he noticed your anger directed at anyone who wronged him, he would let it be because he feels protected by you.
He knew you were crazy for him.
"Hey, Kim Dokja. Don't you think [Name] is kind of obsessed with you?"
Han Sooyoung jabbed his side, giving a subtle glance at you so that you wouldn't notice she was talking about you.
"Obsessed with me?"
He eyed the shorter woman with a raised eyebrow.
"You must be blind if you didn't see."
The writer rolled her eyes before she flinched hard. Cold creep down her spine when she could feel your gaze on her. She gulped.
"Sh*t! She's scary. Make sure to be careful around her."
And she walked away.
Kim Dokja raised his hand to cover his lower face, hiding a smile that crept in.
You? Obsess with him?
Of course, that's true. But he should be careful around you?
No, no, he feels so safe around you.Maybe the others should be careful when they are around you.
Because once they land their eyes wrongly on you.
His obsession can't let it slide.
He turned around and met your gaze. Both of you are smiling, but who knows what is on your mind?
Kim Dokja chuckled slowly when he could feel your embarrassment when he was staring too much. His legs make a move to go near you.
'[Name] is so cute.'
His eyes narrowed down.
'Should I lock her up to keep her safe?'
That is something he should consider. He is sure you wouldn't object to it.
Hm, no, no.
Maybe he should put a tracker on you instead.

Hey guys, and welcome to part one of the long-awaited crossover series between Solo Leveling and Omniscient Readerâs Viewpoint! I do apologize for the wait, as you may have known, this is the time of the year when my work schedule is about to get extremely busy. I will do my best to update as often as I can, though I might leave this blog periodically to focus on my physical and mental health.
Special thanks to my collaborator @circeyoru and my beta @the-archer-goddess for helping me trudge through two difficult drafts that required a lot of revisions and research. The resources I used were from the manhwa and light novels of both series plus the wikis, so Iâll be citing them here.
With that being said, sit back, relax, and letâs see what will be broadcasting on todayâs Star Stream~!

If thereâs a downside to being a reader, itâs being self-aware that your existence will not have an impact on the events which will unfold inside the novel you were stuck in. Nothing you do will change anything except maybe unintentionally cause more problems for the other characters as a mob. For instance, Woo Jin-chul speaking to you over the phone on Sunday afternoon in a clipped, icy tone that broached no argument or bullshit.Â
âEffective immediately, you are hereby suspended from Hunter activities until further notice. Youâve caused a lot of trouble for us at the Association. Do I make myself clear, Hunter [Last Name]?â
Woo Jin-chul was written to be a serious character who followed everything by the book. But he still couldâve just said youâre fired and hung up. Oh well, itâs not like it matters anymore. Youâve already emailed him a nice, formal resignation letter that heâll probably read on Monday or whenever he gets into the office.Â
What the Chief Inspector of the Surveillance Team from now on shouldnât be any concern for you. It was time to move on and start over in a city that isnât Seoul or else youâll have an unknown penalty from the Side Character System.Â
Youâve just sealed the last box up in tape, any trace of your existence is gone; neatly removed, a blank canvas for the family of three who purchased your condo to fill with their possessions, create new memories and so on. Damned shame though. You really liked this place. You wanted to stay within walking distance of a family-owned bookstore slash coffee shop but this is part of the scenario you had to follow.Â
Why does a Hunter like you have a system like the protagonist of Solo Leveling, Sung Jin-Woo? Maybe itâs because you are a reader, an outlier to this fictional world, that you are equipped with a system to ensure your survival in this place. And as someone who has read this 200 chaptered novel from cover to cover, the Side Character System has given you two objectives to complete until this story ends: help the protagonist move forward in tandem with the plot, and prevent any deviation from said story structure. The latter includes not getting closer to Sung Jin-Woo beyond a side character who saw his tenacity and quick thinking as variables that are much more valuable than rankings, armor, and weapons.
It was also nice to just pay 50 gold coins for the survival fee rather than the full 100 gold coins when he participated in your daily stamina quests with you, when he could. After all, the whole reason he became a Hunter was to provide for his family. His little sister Jinha is in high school and wants to be a doctor. His mother, Park Kyung-Hye, succumbed to the Eternal Sleeping disease and fell into a coma. Despite the astronomical hospital bills, Jin-Woo risked his life countless times to pay them and ensure she was in good care.
Solo Leveling. Its characters, magic system, the mysteries behind the spawning gates and the magical beasts that emerge from them, you love it all. You cherished these people even when you knew they would not spare an iota of attention on someone as insignificant as a side character like yourself. They saved you in ways they couldnât understand and you did not want them to know.
So, you began to help them in small ways.
Discreetly paying the hospital bills for Jin-Woo, almost all of it yet just enough for the Weakest Hunter of All Mankind to pay the remainder and still have enough to buy fried chicken for dinner. Introducing Cha Hae-in to a weapons specialist when she entered the industry after being evaluated as an S-Rank Hunter. Help Baek Yoonho avoid the paparazzi when he was discreetly out in public. Join in on Sung Jin-Wooâs dungeon raids and teach [ or at least tried to, damned plot!] him how to use his surroundings to his advantage and craft potions without going broke on ingredients. You know, the small things that could be done by utilizing the advantages of an A-Rank Hunter who is known as The Laziest Hunter of All Mankind.
Bastards.
Just because you were dressed in a black buttoned down blouse and slacks and the white Infinite Dimension Coat doesnât mean you arenât prepared to move out when the Association needs you or thereâs a job listing that requires your skill sets! Thereâs a practical use for your special grade item, and itâs to store stuff in your pocket as long as the items are not bigger than your body! You use it mainly for mana and essence crystals! Furthermore, you never leave home without Unbreakable Faith strapped to your side or in your Inventory. You worked too damned hard to acquire this item too after the shitty scenario you had to go through! And comfortable shoes were a must if youâre gonna be trekking for long periods of time in a dungeon! Good, expensive shoes that look like ordinary sneakers!
Oh, the media mocks you for being on your phone when they decide to take a picture of you and post it online? Screw them! This is the best way to read webnovels, and you have been working your ass off to complete the scenarios that the system has given you! Youâre allowed to have a little downtime before youâre back on the clock again, damn it! Having the Bookmark, Omniscient Readerâs Viewpoint, and Fourth Wall are extremely difficult skills to maintain since you canât level up like Sung Jin-Woo! The Demon King of Salvation and Lone Messiah skills too! Unless you meet certain requirements, theyâre useless! Itâs always a good idea to check and double-check what you could or couldnât do before making a move on the enemy.Â
Which is probably why you had died during the red gate incident. Yes, you died. You got stabbed in the abdomen by an Ice Slayer who thought they would be helping Baruka win against the protagonist by being a sneaky asshole, and you did it because that was what the scenario told you to do. Get inside the red gate, protect Sung Jin-Woo and the other White Tiger Guild members for the whole three days and you would get rewarded. The icing on the cake is that you had to lie and tell the protagonist that you were here inside the red gate because Woo Jin-chun told you that the S-Rank Hunter Hwang Dongsoo flew in from America to get even after he got word about what happened to his little brother in the last C-Rank dungeon he was in with Jinho, and your job was to do damage control in case anything happened.Â
Shitty system.Â
Anyway, Bookmark. In laymanâs terms, Bookmark is a skill that allows you to copy the abilities of characters you have a deep understanding of. The deeper your understanding of the character, the more powerful the skill will be upon recreation. If your understanding of the character is low, then only part of the characterâs skill is activated and the power is halved. If you wanted to use âbookmarkâ another character, the slot had to be emptied before inserting a new one, appearing behind you as a hologram of a book flipping through the pages until it landed on the skill you wanted to activate. Oh, and it can only be activated for a limited time. Currently, you can do it for ten minutes. The max is thirty, but you still had a long way to go before you could even reach that point. And of course, of all the characters who had an ability to take down Ice Slayers, Choi Jongin had been the one you selected. Choi Jongin is the Huntersâ fire-wielding guildmaster who got thirty seconds of screen-time in the novel at the most. You were pretty sure it increased to fifty seconds during the Jeju Raid arc. Including Baek Yoonho, he was desperate to recruit Sung Jin-Woo after hearing about the extent of his abilities. Â
But back to the Bookmark skill slot. You used it, and because of your lack of understanding Choi Jongchin, your reproduced fire magic was only strong enough to knock down Ice Slayers, not incinerate them. You saw the Ice Slayer try to get one up on Sung Jin-Woo and you died.Â
If youâre being completely honest, it didnât feel like you were dying as you were cradled in Sung Jin-wooâs arms and seeing black spots in your vision. Death wasâŠlike sleeping really, or logging out of a game for a moment and then logging back in. When you came to consciousness, having activated the Lone Messiah skill with just enough karma points you had collected and the blood of an eight-headed dragon you killed in an A-Rank dungeon, no one was there when you woke up except for a screaming nurse who just happened to be in the room at the time to check on your vitals. That was when a familiar blue screen popped up in front of you, commencing the start of the next scenario with a timer and the requirements to complete it.Â
[Scenario â Beast Rearing
Category: Sub
Difficulty: E
Clear Conditions: Leave Seoul and keep the existence of the dokkaebi Biyoo a secret from civilians and Hunters.Â
Time Limit: 21 days
Compensation: 500 coins. Expansion of shop items in relation to raising the dokkaebi Biyoo, including the availability of consumable monster corpses and mana crystals for a discounted price.Â
 Failure: ???]Â
âBa-baht?â
The tiny squeak and the sudden weight on your shoulder paused you mid-rant. You glanced to the side and smiled softly, raising a finger to rub the tiny horn on your fluffy companionâs head. âSorry, Biyoo. I was just thinking about something. Donât worry about it.â You reassured the dokkaebi. If the system wasnât telling you to get out of town, then Biyoo is another reason.
She had just hatched out of her egg when you found her in a dungeon. Her species were powerful for a C-Rank dungeon, mischievous and possessed immense magical power. You didnât know why, but you couldn't force yourself to kill this baby after the strike squad wiped out her entire family to get to the boss. She imprinted on you too as her mother, and newborn dokkaebi would not last a day on their own without someone to look after them.
So if anyone found out that you have been hiding and raising a magical beast without the Associationâs knowledge, there would be a lot of trouble. She was still a tiny thing, a puff of soft white fur and tiny arms with pink paws.
Combined with a curiosity of everything around her and a cuddle-bug? How could you not love her?Â
You turned to look around again at the empty space, sadness gnawing in your bones. Youâve done what you could. Thereâs nothing else here in Seoul for you. Oh. Right. What about Unbreakable Faith? Where did you put your sword? Back in the inventory? Or is it by the master bedroom? No, that wasnât it. You donât remember it being there. Ah, right. You gave it to Sung Jin-woo when his own blade broke, back when he was still an E-Rank Hunter and you were keeping an eye on him as per the requirements of the systemâs scenarios. Weapons were not cheap, and even if it cost someone millions of won, thereâs no guarantee that itâll hold up in a dungeon based on quality and ranking. When his blades kept breaking, you decided to loan him your sword and never asked it back nor accepted the return, even after all the trouble you went through to get it. Besides, heâs the protagonist. Heâll get more use out of Unbreakable Faith than you will, or trade it or can lend it to his shadow soldiers to boost their aggro skills. Whatever will help him in the end. Your new blade is Persephoneâs Wrath. Weird name, but the stats were solid and worth it after spending so many coins on it in the systemâs shop.Â
By now, Jin-Woo should be with his mother and sister, enjoying some family time with them before the tragedy of Jeju Island will happen. Afterwards, he will be recognized by the world as an extremely powerful S-Rank Hunter despite the criticism aimed at him or the Associationâs incompetence as to why this powerful Hunter hadnât been added to the raid roster. He deserves it. That will probably be the last time heâll get any peace and quiet or feel like a normal person before he is dragged into the war between the Monarchs and the Rulers. After all, heâs Ashbornâs vessel.Â
Ping. The scenarioâs screen appeared in front of you again. On the bottom was a single sentence and the sound of a timer ticking in your ear. Countdown to the conclusion of the scenario: 00:03:59:45
Ha. No time to be reminiscent. You needed to get on the road, and fast. At least the safe house wasnât too far of a drive. After ushering Biyoo to go inside your coat pocket and promising her to give her a treat if she was a good girl, you walked out of the condo with the last box in your hands.Â
Ha, why couldnât you disappear after that car hit you in the intersection instead of being resurrected with a system? That would have been easier than following these bizarre scenarios and paying a goddamned survival fee every day.
Letâs meet again, Sung Jin-Woo. You thought, smiling sadly as you inserted the key into the ignition of your vehicle and kept driving, never looking back and thinking about what to do next now that youâre officially retired from hunting.Â

yandere!duke with wicked stepmother!reader imagine
warnings: mentioned child abuse, fem!reader, arranged marriage, implied obsessive behavior.
Imagine being reincarnated not as the heroine of the dark romance novel that you fell asleep reading, but the male leadâs villainous stepmother. Although it would be many years before you would marry his father, and your family would get out their mountain of debt from this arranged marriage. You swore to not take out your anger on the poor child as you laid in your crib.
Just because the duke still held a candle for his first wife and the mother of the male lead, his son did not deserve such cruel treatment from a woman who would never receive any affection from her husband. Arranged marriages rarely result in mutual happiness, but there is always the possibility of creating a respectful partnership between each other.Â
So that is what you will do.Â
You became ambitious in your studies and etiquette lessons, making connections with other young ladies of high society as your own reputation grew. Instead of becoming known for being a spiteful and superficial noblewoman, invitations to soirees, tea parties, and banquets arrived at your household every other day.
The Mad Dog of Macaluso became The Blossoming Flower of High Society. Despite the marriage proposals your household had received, none of the gentlemen in the Umbra Empire were as rich as Giovanni Lombardo, the grand duke and the male leadâs father.Â
So, the marriage still happened; but you were not bothered by your new husbandâs declaration on your wedding night that he would never have a child with you, citing that he found you unpleasant and nothing at all like his deceased wife as his tall frame towering over yours, his gray orbs glaring down at you with icy disdain. You stared at him for a moment before you smiled.
âNo one can ever replace a loved one, and it is a relief to know that you do not care for me romantically, Your Grace. This is a situation that is beneficial only to my house, and the Emperor had forced you to select me because he was tired of hearing everyone talking about how his most trusted aide has refused to remarry since his wifeâs passing three years ago during childbirth. Your son is your heir, so there is no need to have another child. If you would permit me, I would like to get to know him more. If you do not believe me, you can assign a servant to watch me interact with him and the rest of the staff. Is that acceptable?â
The baffled expression on the dukeâs face at your words had been worth all the hard work you have placed into being a better side character that wouldnât be killed in the novelâs third chapter. You would not disappoint him.Â
You would prove to be a valuable partner and protect the male lead until it was time for you to leave the stage.Â
Three years passed. You performed your duties as the duchess, overseeing the household and organizing any functions that were to be hosted in the duchy. When you werenât doing paperwork in your private office or speaking to the head butler on how to improve the workplace and other matters, you spent time with the male lead.Â
Alessandro was a sweet little darling, possessing his fatherâs shiny platinum silver tresses and his motherâs bright blue eyes that sparkled in delight when you praised him for doing so well in his studies with a big hug or a kiss on the cheek. He was precocious for a six-year-old, though he still could not understand why his Papa didnât like Mama. Mama being you, even when you have had to gently correct him more than once that you are his stepmother, not his birth mother.Â
âSome day when you are older, you will understand.â You said, resting your chin on top of his head as you carefully adjusted your grip around his middle. He liked to sit in your lap under the gardenâs pagoda during tea time, and you saw no issue with it. âPapa may not like me, but we love you. That will never change, and we only want the best for you.â You ran a hand through his hair, tucking a stray strand behind his ear.Â
In the original work, he became obsessed with the female lead because he did not receive any love from his father and was abused by his stepmother. Her gentle demeanor, her kindness and loveliness triggered his desire to have her all to himself. He had even commissioned the construction of a human-sized golden cage so that he could keep the female lead by his side forever.Â
Alessandro pouted. âBut I donât want to wait that long! Canât you tell me now?â
You chuckled. âGood things come to those who wait, my dear. Believe it or not, being a grown-up can be hard in this big, scary world.â
âThatâs impossible! Papa is super cool and can do so many things!â
âYes, he is quite something, isnât he? Now drink some tea or it will get cold.âÂ
What you did not realize at the time was that the duke had returned home early from work and went to search for you. The head maid had told him where you were, though the duke had not expected Alessandro to be with you in the garden. He heard what you said about him, and how you have come to accept that you will never be loved by him and it was not his sonâs fault. How affectionate you were with him, smiling and ruffling his hair while reminding him to pay attention to his arithmetic tutor because it was important for him to understand numbers because they were just as important as knowing all colors in a rainbow or which fork to use for salads.Â
You had kept your promise to him.Â
You did not demand his affections, prioritizing the duchy and his sonâs wellbeing. You did not take any paramours nor spent more than the allowance you were given to shop for dresses and other accessories in the capital. You attended tea parties, and did not bring shame to his family name. You were a perfect wife. You were worthy.
Would you object to him spending time with his son as you do? Would you allow him to get close, to spoil you with gifts? Would you even consider the idea of giving Alessandro a younger sibling? Itâs been too long, and he does have needs.Â
Happy Mother's Day, guys~! :)

"I know you think you could run. Scared to believe I'm the one?"

Yandere! Sung Jinwoo Ă Female Reader
Students Au ||
In which, Sung Jinwoo's head over heels for you. But, is that all there is to this?
"hmm, my love? Is there a problem?" Jinwoo asked in his voice that's basked in sweetness.
"no, nothing..." (Name) avoided his gaze. Truth to be told, things are getting annoying since a friend of hers keeps making a joke about her insecurities in front of her group friends.
"are you sure? You know, darling.. you could always tell me everything. I'm going to listen. I promise. We'll resolve your problems together. Alright?" Jinwoo walked over to you and held your chin. Tilting it so you're looking right at his eyes. Where you could not afford to lie.
"Well... A friend of mine..." (Name) felt comfortable enough. How could she refuse such a great offer? That's why, she started to tell him what actually happened.
Jinwoo listened, and then after a while, he wrapped his arms around your waist, letting you feel his warmth for comfort.
"don't worry, just continue to learn and listen to your teacher and ignore her. Okay?" Jinwoo kissed you all over your face and you giggled at the feeling. Nodding along with his every word.
And then, the disaster started. This is all where it started.
âąâą~âąâą
As always, your boyfriend, Jinwoo, always takes you to your own class before going to his.
Just before you got to the door of your class, he kissed you on your cheeks that surprised you. He just chuckled at you and waved his hands before going off to his own class.
You smiled at the sight. How lucky are you to have him?
But your smile quickly dropped. When you enter your class, the murmurs of your classmates can be easily heard.
"do you know? (Friend's name) was found to be murdered in her room! The culprit wrote in the wall of her room with her own blood!"
"what? What did the culprit write?"
"honestly, maybe karma got her. She's been bullying and backstabbing people left and right... But isn't this a bit..."
"the culprit wrote, 'she had learned her lesson.' The police think that the culprit is one of the people she bullied or backstabbed before."
Just as those words were said, all of them look at (name).
"huh? What? Don't tell me you thought I'm the one who killed her? Yes, I am annoyed by her actions. But I do not have enough reason to actually kill her." (Name) sweat dropped at their stares.
The others immediately look away. Some muttered sorry and some were still suspicious.
Throughout the whole class, there has been a tense atmosphere. As if all her classmates really thought that (name) is the killer.
She just shrugged it off. She knows she's innocent so she will never be nervous. Then, her class ends. Lunch break. She goes to the school's cafeteria while thinking.
(friend's name)'s death was quite... Suspicious. Specially those words written on her wall. People would definitely think that it was a revenge type of murder scene.
However, what if that's not the case? Maybe the killer was like a friend of hers and actually did that to hide from the police's suspects?
"argh! It's making my head hurt..." (Name) scratched her head lightly.
"what's making your head hurt, sweetheart?" Jinwoo appeared behind her and she jumped away.
"HEH?! Why do you have to appear like that?! You scared me!" (Name) glared at him jokingly and Jinwoo laughed.
"sorry. I didn't know you drink so much coffee today that you're easily getting scared." Jinwoo joked.
"funny guy." (Name) Playfully rolled her eyes at him, and they both ended up chuckling at their own antics.
Jinwoo took their lunch in the cafeteria while (name) waited quietly at a table near the window.
People kinda... distance themselves from her. Not only her, but to those who are bullied by her ex-friend.
Right now, her so-called circle of friends had decided to not interact with each other for a few weeks. Just to be safe.
'safe from what?!' (name) angrily thought. She didn't notice that she furrowed her eyebrows when the pointy finger of a certain someone touched them.
"you'll end up with wrinkles if you continue to look like that."
"but I will love you even if your look has changed anyways." Jinwoo smiled softly at her. Yet she can't ignore the glint in his eyes. As if there's a hidden secret on those deep gray eyes of his...
"even if I'm a cockroach?" (Name) Decided to joke to ease the atmosphere lightly.
"I'm honestly concerned."
"I was just joking!"
âąâą~âąâą
School's finished and your boyfriend decided to stay the night at yours.
You were on top of your boyfriend, your back in his chest as he hugged you while both of you were laying down on your bed.
He fell asleep, or you'd like to think he did.
As you scrolled to your tumblr, a guy from your class messages you.
Since you felt quite bored, you replied to him. He was asking if she had a book for a certain subject since he lost his.
Quite a reason, but she shrugged and replied she does, but can't get it as of the moment. They chat and chat, it even reaches a point where they just keep being sarcastically dramatic.
Due to this, (name) couldn't help but giggle at their chats that it wakes a certain someone from behind.
(name) didn't feel the stare she was given by her boyfriend. She couldn't feel how annoyed he is.
Jinwoo's here by her side but she chose to joke around with a mere human? How dare that guy even talk to you?
Due to this, another mission has been set on Jinwoo's mind as he looks at your conversation with the guy from your class.
The time went fast enough.
And another murmur entered your ears as you entered the class.
You're not quite sure, but you felt your boyfriend leaving your apartment in the middle of the night. But you'd like to think of it as just a distant dream.
âąâą~âąâą
Somehow, even if your circle of friends 'decided' to not talk for a while, you still found yourself at a friend's house.
The agenda for this is ridiculously... "Find the killer and revenge on her/him/them!"
Yes. The agenda is exactly like that. It's quite questionable since all of you are still students, what can you guys do? but they're still your friend. How could you refuse to meet with them when they're nothing but kind to you? Or are they?
But you didn't know, this whole gathering will be a disaster. A nightmare. You thought that this was all a gathering to get revenge and things. But your friend actually bought a beer and wine.
Someone slipped up. All the reason for a certain gray-eyed guy to show up is because someone slipped up.
"well, to be honest, what (friend's name) has been saying about (name) is quite true. (Name), don't lie to us. You killed her, right?" Due to their drunk state, they couldn't help but talk and talk.
"no. It's kind of cool. (Name)... Don't you think you look really hot right now?" The one who spoke so licked their lips.
"forget about her! Look atâ" her drunk friends keep talking about dirty things as if it's normal. She shivered at the sight. This is not how she saw her friends before.
They're definitely not like thisâ
A crash sound was heard, and it all started again.
In the coldness of the night, you stood frozen as you saw your friends being massacred by... Shadows? They're like the shadows. They move so fast, yet when your friends try to hurt them, they fall and just resurrect like they're dead themselves.
And in the middle of all of this, a familiar face emerged from the shadows. (Name) Gulped nervously.
"J-Jinwoo? Are you... The one who did this all? Don't tell me... You're the one who killed (friend's name) and (the guy's name) as well?!"
"Cruel and terrible people have always surrounded you.. they're always on your side and you're so gentle to push them away. That's why... Is it so bad that I want to take revenge on them for you, my love?" Jinwoo looked at your eyes directly, and started to walk towards you, as you walked backwards. The shadow monster from earlier goes to his shadow itself.
You stared at him, completely scared by what your boyfriend is capable of.
"this is too much! Revenge is.. don't you think letting karma do its work is just more righteous?!"
"Baby, I'm the karma itself. I bloodied my hands so you wouldn't bloodied yours. I did all of this for love. My love for you is the reason why you and I are here right now." Jinwoo finally caught (name)'s hands. He caress it gently.
"forgive me. I did this for you. My love.." Jinwoo muttered, again with his sickly sweet voice.
"then, why did you kill (the guy's name) too?! He didn't do anything bad!"
"he did something bad. He dared to talk to you while you're in my presence."
"Sweetheart, you're mine. And only mine." And that time, in the lifeless air of the night, two hugged each other, one is worried for his love, and one is grinning behind her tears.
'don't worry. I'm all yours.' (Name) grinned when his eyes couldn't see her.
To keep her beloved Jinwoo, she must act like a saint.
All of it is working like a charm, and everything's going according to the plan.
'And just like how I'm all yours... You're also all mine, Sung Jinwoo.' (name) thought as she fake cried, while Jinwoo unknowingly comforted her.

CURSED CHILD.
ă tcf x child! reader ă
summary : the white star loved his child, he really does.

â OH, GOSH. I HATE MY LIFE. â
The red-haired child couldn't help but frown as she walked through the hallways of the orphanage. Everyone knew how famous the Sekka family is in the Paerun Kingdom. That's why when the son and the future duke of that family showed an interest in an orphan like her, the whole orphanage became happy.
The little redhead's reddish brown eyes held a glint of annoyance as she looked at her arms that were covered with the sleeves of her clothes. The fact that the young master of the Sekka dukedom is here to visit her again, made the staff of the orphanage buy an expensive-looking dress that'll surely cover her bruises and dress her up. "You better not mess up this time, (name)."
"Yes." The little girl blankly said as they stopped walking. (Name), the girl looked at the huge door in front of her with a stoic expression on her face. "You were lucky that Young Master Clopeh is fond of you."
Fond? Seems like he's obsessed to me.
She deadpanned, watching how the woman in front of her opened the door. Revealing a young man sitting in a wheelchair, elegantly sipping on his tea. Rei could only sigh as she saw how the woman who was supposed to be her caretaker blushed at the sight. And she only blushed even more when Clopeh tucked his white hair behind his ear as his brilliant green eyes met (name)'s reddish-brown ones. (Name) wanted to curse and run away when she saw how Clopeh's face brightened when he saw her.
"(Name)!"
Rei's lips curved onto a bright smile as she walked towards Clopeh while internally telling herself that violence was never an answer. "Hello, sir!" Acting like a child was something that Rei was used to so this was a piece of cake for her. Clopeh smiled fondly as he ruffled (Name)'s hair before looking at the woman behind her, signalling her to leave. And the woman gladly obeyed.
And seeing that her caretaker left. (Name) found herself wishing that the Arm would appear before her and slash her body into two so she could just move on to her next life and make sure to avoid the people who were similar to the guy in front of her. The calm and noble-like aura that Clopeh was radiating earlier completely disappeared. He clasped his hands together and started reciting some kind of prayer before looking at the little redhead with a blush on his face.
This lunatic. (Name) sweatdrop.
The most handsome bachelor in the Paerun Kingdom? A noble knight? The future head of the Sekka household? No. In (name)'s eyes, Clopeh Sekka was a certified lunatic who for some reason started to treat her like some kind of God.
"I brought your favourite cookie with me, (Name)-nim."
Ah fuck, I hate my life.
I'm so excited that more people started taking cale request!!!â§\(>o<)ïŸâ§
Anyway hiii! Can I have an enemy to lovers with cale henituse and fem.reader idk something cliche like a dance scene or one gets protective of the other or maybe a cute "oh shit I'm actually in love moment"
Sorry I'm bursting with ideas rn.~

Love's Dance
Part 1 (You are here) | Part 2 (coming soon!)
đđđđ đČđđđđ: 2,729
Authors note: You ask, and I shall deliver. PS. why did you give me such a good idea? like, I'm at 5k word for the overall thing, and I am not even done yet... (send help)

The streets of Roan Kingdom's Capital were bustling like usual. The vendors selling their goods, children running around carelessly, mothers screaming at them to not get dirty, and the usual underground activity Arm did.Â
I strolled through these streets, thinking of nothing and relaxing âtil I get another mission.Â
âThat reminds meâŠArm has been quiet as of late. SighâŠthey are up to no goodâŠâ I spoke to no one in particular, walking back to the Quiet Isle lodge.Â
Quiet Isle is an inn in an area a little off the center of the Capital. I stayed there for the past three weeks after finishing my last mission. The price to stay is cheap, while still being comfortable. It has comfortable rooms, a clear view, free breakfast, and most importantly, it wasnât noisy at all! Bonus points for the innkeepers, as they have been nothing but sweethearts. Â
All-in-all, a good Inn if youâre looking to get your coins worth.Â
I went through the innâs doors, a sweet aroma of lavender hitting my nostrils as I neared the front desk. Â
The Innkeepers were an old couple, and the misses genuinely enjoyed the smell of lavender. That is why, as you walk through the inn, youâll be met with an influx of light purples from the flowers.Â
Reaching the desk, I was greeted by a senior woman whose smile could cure all kinds of child injuries.Â
âOh! Why if it is the youth Iâm all too familiar with!â The old granny said, delighted to see me.Â
âGreetings, Granny Fes,â I vowed curtly with a small smile. âHave there been any new guests at the inn?â I asked as she extended her hand to give me a piece of candy.Â
Receiving the small candy, I offered a small âthank you.â She said a quick âYouâre welcome!â before responding to my question. âYes, yes! I welcomed a few new guests shortly after you left this morning for a stroll!â she excitedly told me.Â
âTwo of the five I welcomed are a couple expecting a child! Isn't that exciting? Ouu, to be young againâŠâÂ
âOh, please. I say you are still quite young!â I say to get her head out of that cloud.Â
âFufufu, you are too kind [Name].â Granny Fes pinched my cheek as she got a bit flustered. âI believe one day youâll meet a handsome young man that is suited just for you.â She added.Â
I blushed a little, âOh no, I donât think that will happenâŠâ I pause for a second. âDo you really think Iâll get lucky enough to have that...?â I asked, not believing I would get someone special to spend my days with.Â
âDonât give me that!â Granny Fes yelled, as if scolding one of her own. âYou are beautiful! Which man wouldn't dream of having a wife such as yourself!?âÂ
All I could do was smile in response. This is how I want things to always go. Living in a peaceful area, sharing memories with people I meet along the way, even starting a family. Arm is nowhere near that picture. And it will never be.Â
But alas. Good things always end.Â
âAh! That reminds me. [Name],â she called my name and handed me an envelope, âYou received mail from a young lad. He said it was urgent.â Â
Looking at the envelope as Granny Fes left to continue her job, I had an ominous feeling, yet I couldnât pinpoint what it was. Â
I turned it around only to see Armâs seal stamped on it. Arm only sends letters if it is an important mission, and based on the color of the seal, it is of utmost importance. Â
I am already not liking this I thought, refusing to open the letter. Maybe if I were to pretend its existence was nothing but a useless paper, it would disappear. But alas, I needed to open the envelope. With worry present in my face I opened it with the seal. Inside was a letter addressing Agent White Gold. Â
That code name. It is the thing I despised most in this world.Â
To Agent White Gold,Â
Play time is up, White Gold. You have been assigned a mission in the Henituse Territory. We have discovered the traces of the leader of the organization known as âTrue Arm.â Your mission is to go there and find out who the leader of the organization is, dead or alive. It is your choice which one you pick. Â
A carriage will come to pick you up at sunrise, so donât miss it. Â
Once you arrive at your destination one of our men will greet you and guide you to your resting location and hand you an envelope. Inside, you will find descriptions of the one we are looking for, alongside a list of individuals that we found to match the description of our target.Â
Remember, Agent, we are counting on your success.Â
Donât disappoint us,Â
ArmÂ
Dammit⊠The moment I receive some peace after working for them like a slaveâŠ! I angrily store the letter to shreds, as if it were them instead of the letter. All I wanted was to disappear from the eyes of those bastards. They took me from my home, changed me to fit in an identity they madeâŠthey just canât leave me alone, can they?Â
Â
I wanted to say no. To be able to run away to a far corner of the world so they would never be able to find me. But it is impossible. No one leaves. Rather, they die. Dying was the only way out.Â
Yet, I want to live.Â
I looked at Granny Fes as she talked with a few guests that were checking out. At that moment I knew that if I tried to escape, they would get everyone I was surrounded by. She doesn't deserve that. Neither does her husband, or her children and grandchildren.Â
It is best I comply.Â
âSighâŠOnce you're in, there is no escaping their graspâŠâ Â
The sky was tainted in hues of blues, purples, and oranges. The sun was rising from the nap it took, and fully ready to greet us.Â
A carriage arrived early at the Quiet Isle Inn. Inside stood Granny Fes and Gramps Liy right next to me. Their eyes expressed sadness when looking at me.Â
âWhy so sad?â I asked the couple.Â
âOh, itâs justâŠitâs just that weâre both sad youâre leaving so soon.â Granny Fes confessed. Her husband, a bit more stubborn, only scuffed. Granny Fes elbowed him hard with a smile still shooting at me, gaining a small scowl from Gramps Liy.Â
âAGHEM,â he raised one hand to fake a cough, âI guess you will be missed.âÂ
I laugh at his antics. Deep down he cares, he just has an unconventional way of expressing his feelings.Â
âIâll miss the two of you.â I looked at them with a small hinge of sadness but kept a smile to reassure them. I looked outside to see the coachman wave his hand signaling that he was ready for departure. âIt seems I must go,â I turned to them, âsee you later?âÂ
âYes, yes. Goodbye little lady.â Gramps Liy âshudâ me to the carriage as he and his wife stared at me opening the door of the carriage.Â
âFarewell, sweetheart. Make sure to take good care of yourself. And remember to look out for good lads while youâre traveling!â Granny Fes nagged me like I was about to never come back. Although, she was right about that. I donât think I will be able to come back if I want to protect them.Â
I laughed and said a small âI will!â as I climbed into the carriage. Closing the door the carriage started moving. I waved to the couple one last time before I could not see them anymore.Â
Sighting, I took out the map I packed. Looking at my destination, it was a few days from the capital. âThis is going to be a loong tripâŠâ I commented, making myself comfortable for the journey ahead.Â
I hope I get this mission done quickly, so I can get another vacation from Arm. I looked up at the ceiling. I meanâŠhow hard could it be to find this âleaderâ anyways?Â
âŠÂ
An old butler walks dutifully around the state halls. In hand, he holds a tray with a fancy tea set with a steel dome keeping the food inside warm; its aroma could be smelled by the passing housekeepers with wet laundry.Â
The butler knocked at a door, he did not have to wait long, as he got an immediate response from the person inside. Opening the door he says his greetings.Â
âGood morning, young master. I brought breakfast along with your favorite drink.â He says as he places down the tray on the table close to the window.Â
âAh, thank you, Ron.â A male voice thanked the butler.Â
âIt is my pleasure, young master Cale.â The butler, Ron, bowed.Â
The man, who is now identified as Cale, sat down on the table to enjoy his breakfast.Â
âYoung master, if I mayâŠâ Ron waited for permission to continue speaking.Â
â*Sight* Just spit it out.â Cale said in an uninterested voice. This is another one of his tangents. Drinking the lemonade that Ron made as he thinks of Ronâs earlier endeavors.Â
Ron smiled, âI have detected Arm activity within the city.âÂ
âPFFââ spilling all the lemonade on the cup, he looked at Ron with widened eyes.
What is Arm doing here?! They have more pressing issues to deal with! Like, figuring out who Real Arm is! Caleâs thought went haywire.
Â
Ron took his handkerchief out and gave it to Cale to use.Â
âWhat do you mean there is Arm activity in the city? Is it more bombs?â He asked while using the cloth given to him to clean the mess he made.Â
He shook his head, âno, at least not yet. I have seen them snoop around the city for information. It would seem we left them a small lead.âÂ
âNot goodâŠâÂ
âIf youâd prefer, young master, I could go rabbit hunting.âÂ
Looking at Ron with a drop of sweat evident in his forehead, he reluctantly answered. â...do whatever you want.â Â
âHehe. Then I will take my leave.â He bowed before leaving the room without making a sound.Â
Scary old man. He looked outside pouring more lemonade in his cup. Itâs not a good sign if Arm is here. I need to prepare in case they strike.Â
âŠÂ
âHey, wake up! Weâre almost there!âÂ
âWHAT? HUHâhuh?â I got up from my seat at lightning speed, looking around in a daze. As I scoot closer to the window, I see the giant walls looming overhead. On top of one of the towers built in the wall was a flag. It was the Henituseâs family crest imprinted on it. Â
Iâm already in the Henituse territory!Â
Getting closer at the entrance door of the city, the carriage stopped, as they had to do a check before letting anyone in.Â
âExecute me, mâlady. May I have your identification paper?â A soldier asked me.Â
Security check? When I traveled to other places, they didnât ask for my identification but the coachmanâs.Â
I handed him the paper without complaint, receiving it right after he checked that everything was good. The other soldiers gave him a thumbs up after checking the carriage and the coachman. Without further interruption they let us through, wishing us a happy stay.Â
âThat wasâŠsomething.âÂ
The coach man dropped me off at a tavern near the city square. Going upstairs to the second floor of the establishment, I sat down at a table near the edge of the balcony. Waiting for the man that was supposed to give me the information mentioned in the letter I looked out into the streets, I could see the liveliness of the people. Â
They were too lively in my opinion.Â
Hearing footsteps approaching my table I diverted my attention to them. I was greeted with a man wearing a hat with fancy clothing.Â
âHello, mâlady,â the man greeted by taking his hat off and vowing curtly.Â
Didnât know Arm also had rich allies. I thought, seeing the man's mannerisms.Â
âGood evening,â I vowed slightly, âare you the one mentioned in the letter?âÂ
âEager now, are we?â He sat down in front of me with a smug smile. He placed his hat down before taking out an envelope. He slid it across the table. As I grabbed it, I took out its content. Â
It was a list of suspects. They all had red hair and were male. And that was it. No underground activities, no records, nothing.Â
âThatâsâŠit?â Â
This is the only information they managed to findâŠseriously? I thought. Was someone able to sneak past Armâs noses? How is that even possible?Â
âUnfortunately, it is.âÂ
âHa...!â I laughed at the absurdity of the situation. I looked up at the man after reviewing the list of suspects. Â
âThis is the only description we managed to find,â the smile on his face dropped into a frown, âonly at the low cost of our scouts: a single spy was able to escape long enough to hide a piece of paper in a tree trunkâŠâ he said.Â
â....â I looked down at the list. Â
To be able to kill all of our scoutsâŠthis is no meek foe. Just thinking of how strong they are sends shivers down my spineâŠÂ Â
âI have arranged a small room at an Inn close by here. I have left some equipment at your disposal. The location is on one of the papers in the envelope.â The man stood up and put his hat on, adjusting his suit a little before looking at me. Â
âIf you need anything else, I left a card at your place with instructions as to how you can contact me. Remember Iâm at your service mâlady, Tata! ~âÂ
âI will keep that in mind.âÂ
Watching as he disappeared behind the doors of the second floor, I decided to order something to eat before heading to my fixed place.Â
âŠ
Â
ââŠa festival?â Cale looked at the flier given to him.Â
âThatâs right,â Count Deruth, Caleâs father, said nonchalantly, âthe festival will brighten the people's moods, as well as show that we are financially good.âÂ
PoliticsâŠ.Â
!Â
âWait, here it says the âHenituseâsâ are attendingâŠI donât have to attendâŠright?âÂ
Deruth raised an eyebrow in question. âYou donât have to go.âÂ
â...âÂ
I must go. *Sight* My well-deserved rest has been postponed once again⊠canât I catch a break for once?Â
âOn that note, I have reserved a spot on the city square where we will be presiding during the time,â he said as Cale gave him back the paper. Â
âYou donât have to talkâor better saidâyou donât have to even move. Just sitting there is enough.âÂ
Cale smiled at this I donât have to move? Seems perfect to me!Â
âIâll be attending in that case.âÂ
âThe festival will start in a few days. Be ready.âÂ
Cale exited his fatherâs study, walking back to his room.Â
I need to tell Ron about this. Itâll be no surprise if Arm takes advantage of the festival. There stands a man with black hair waiting outside Caleâs room for him to come.Â
â!âÂ
âYoung master Cale!â The man runs towards him with puppy-like energy.Â
âChoi Han, is there something you need?â Cale asked.Â
âI heard from Ron that there have been suspicious activities happening in the city. So, I came to ask for permission to investigate.â Hans explained.Â
Cale hummed. Strange. Usually, you would do these types of things without letting me know. Perhaps he thinks this is a bit dangerous and if he doesn't return, we know where to look?Â
âYou can do as you please, no need to ask for my permission.âÂ
âI seeâŠthank you young master,â Han vowed, âI will report back immediately once I find anything!â As he said that, he began to leave.Â
âOh, and, Choi Han?â Cale spoke before he could fully leave.Â
âYes, Cale?âÂ
âIf you find anything, make sure to report first. Donât go around making havoc, got it?â Cale instructed.Â
â...yesâ Han responded with a bit of thinking, knowing it was the best decision.Â
Letâs see what they have in store for us. Cale entered his room, heâll laze around until the festival actually begins. What a botherâŠÂ

a/n: HEED THE CONTENT WARNINGS !! I HAVE MADE SHIT SO FUCKING CLEAR !!! anyways, i've been working on this fic for months, and i'm so happy it's finally done ! this whole thing is dedicated to @princess-okkotsu for being nasty with me and lovely to me.

You had many reasons for moving in with your older brother for your last year of undergrad. You and Yuta hadnât lived together since he was 16 and you were 13, separated for reasons you still didnât understand. The only time heâd visited you and your parents after he moved out had been for your high school graduation. Youâd missed him a lot, but you kept in close contact online and over the phone, texting constantly and calling a few times a week with video calls sprinkled in. Despite the physical distance, your brother had become your best friend. When you told him you were planning to attend university in Tokyo, he was elated, talking about how he couldnât wait to show you around and how excited he was to see you more often. He had kept his word, taking you all around the city during your first few weeks in Tokyo, handing you a key to his apartment, and telling you you were welcome over any time, even if he wasnât home. He took you out to breakfast every Sunday morning and invited you over to watch movies every Wednesday evening. Your relationship thrived with the new proximity.Â
Moving in with your brother would allow you to connect as siblings in a way you missed out on growing up. Yuta also lived closer to campus than you did, meaning you wouldnât have to take the train. You liked your current roommates well enough, but they always had people over when you were studying and rarely cleaned their messes in the kitchen. Yuta was tidy and quiet. And finally, you were broke. Undergrad was expensive, the city was expensive, and grad school wouldnât be cheap either. Yuta was willing to let you move in rent-free, declining your offer to at least pay utilities.Â
âI donât need my baby sisterâs money,â heâd said with a smile and finality that shut down any argument you tried to conjure.
Youâd accepted the offer and moved in about a month ago. Living with Yuta was as easy as breathing. He was a courteous and generous roommate. He did his share of the chores and often offered to help you with your own. He brought you coffee and snacks while you studied. He carried the bags when the two of you went grocery shopping.Â
And he was fun. Almost every moment the two of you spent together was full of laughter. You and Yuta cooked dinner together every night you were both home, talking and joking about your days. You werenât sure what Yuta did for work; heâd always been vague, but you figured it had something to do with the government. But you enjoyed his stories about his coworkers and their antics. And Yuta seemed just as invested in your stories about your friends and daily life. He asked questions and remembered names and offered advice.
The only thing you didnât feel comfortable talking with your big brother about was your love life. Talking to Yuta about guys just felt like crossing an unspoken line. Itâs not like much was going on in that aspect of your life anyway; you were too busy with school to seek out new people. Once in a while, one of your friends would set you up on a date with someone. You didnât mind their meddling; you knew it came from a good place, and they were good judges of character. However, you had yet to hit it off with any of these match-ups. There just wasnât that spark. So when your friend told you sheâd met someone in her Econ class that would be perfect for you, you were a mix of skeptical and excited. After some persuading, you agreed to go out with Mr. Econ.Â
Now you stood in the entryway, checking yourself in the mirror a final time and looking through your purse to check that you had everything.Â
âOh, are you going somewhere? I thought we were watching a movie tonight?â You turned to see your brother putting dishes in the sink. Â
âOh, Yu, Iâm so sorry. I totally forgot. I have a date tonight, soââ
âA date?â Yuta turned to face you with a raised brow, crossing his arms over his broad chest.
âYeah, my friend set me up with a guy from her class. Weâre going for drinks.â
âYouâre meeting a man youâve never met for drinks? And you didnât think to tell me?â
âYuta, please donât pull the big brother act. Iâm an adââ
âItâs no act. I am your brother. Itâs my job to look out for you.â
âMy location is on. Iâll text you when I get there and am on my way home. Deal?â
âNo.â
âWhat do you mean no? Yuta, you canât juââ
âI require a hug before I let you leave,â he said simply as a boyish grin spread over his lips. You fought your own smile as you walked into his open arms. You sighed as you felt his strong arms squeeze you tight.
âBe safe. Call me if you need me to come get you, yeah?â Yuta whispered in your ear, swaying you a bit as he spoke.Â
âI will, I promise,â you said as you detangled yourself from his arms. You returned your focus to the mirror, straightening your top before grabbing your keys.Â
âWait. Do you need a condom?â
âW-what?â
âA condom. Let me go grab you oneââ
âNo!â
âWhat do you mean no? You canâtââ
âNoâI mean, I already have some. Yuta, never say that word again,â you said as fire burned in your cheeks and ears.
âCondom.â
âIâm leaving.â
âI love you,â he called when you opened the door.
âLove you too.â
You were back home in a little over an hour. You couldnât hold back your sigh as you reentered the apartment and removed your shoes. You didnât hear the TV in the living room; Yuta mustâve forgone watching the movie by himself and went to his room. You felt a pang of guilt at that. You shouldâve stayed home and watched a movie with your big brother instead of going out with an idiot business major who just wanted to fuck. You walked over to Yutaâs bedroom door and knocked.
âYu, just letting you know Iâm home,â you called out. You heard shuffling on the other side of the door, opening a few seconds later to reveal your shirtless brother. His brow was furrowed in concern as he looked down at you.Â
âYou said youâd text when you were on your way back. Itâs still early. Did something happen?â
âNo, he was just an ass. Iâm going to go take my make-up off. We can still watch that movie if you want.â
âWhatâd he do?â Yuta asked with a hardness in his voice that youâd never heard before. You turned to face him and were met with dark blue eyes boiling with fury. You were grateful to know that his rage wasnât directed at you; the look on his face was bone-chilling.Â
âNothing, we just had different definitions of the term âdate.ââÂ
âWhat does that mean?â
âHe just wanted to fuck. I didnât, so I left.â
âOh, thank God. I donât like the idea of you having sex,â he said with a relieved sigh.
âIâm a fucking adult, Yuta. I can have sex if I want to. Though lucky for you, sex sucks,â you said hotly, turning on your heel to leave. You loved him, but Yuta had a way of getting under your skin. Your retreat was halted by his hand grabbing yours. You turned to face him; a look of confusion splayed across his features again.Â
âNow, what do you mean by that?â
âYu, I really donât want to discuss my sex life with you. Iâd actually rather die.â
âHey, you canât just drop that tidbit and not elaborate,â he said, maintaining his firm grip on your hand.Â
âYutaâŠâ
âIâm not going to judge you. You can tell me about anything, you know that,â Yuta said with soft eyes. He tugged lightly on your hand, guiding you into his room. He gestured for you to sit on the bed while he sat in his desk chair. You sat down, suddenly finding Yutaâs spotless bedroom floor captivating.Â
âWhatâs so bad about sex?â he asked gently. You knew that if you looked at him, heâd be making those puppy dog eyes that always had you spilling your guts to him.Â
âMe. Iâm not good at it, so I donât like it.â
âNot good?â
âIâve neverâŠyâknow.â
âNever what?â
âIâve never finished, okay?â
âYouâve never cum before?â
âI do when Iâm by myself. I just canât with other people for some reason. Iâm fucking broken. Now, if youâll excuse me, Iâm gonna go die in a hole.â
âDo not be embarrassed,â Yuta said firmly as he stood and crossed the room to kneel before you. He took your chin in his hand and guided you to look him in the eye.
âYou are not broken. Thereâs nothing wrong with you. Itâs not your fault if youâve only been with partners who donât know how to satisfy you.âÂ
Something in Yutaâs reassuring tone forced the damn to break. Tears spilled from your eyes as you fought back the lump in your throat. A sob racked your body as Yuta joined you on the bed and wrapped you in his arms before he lifted you into his lap. He rubbed slow circles on your back as you cried and placed a kiss on your hair.Â
After a few minutes, your tears subsided enough for you to speak.
âIâm sorry, Yuta, this isnât your problem,â
âDonât be sorry, sweetie. Youâre hurting, and that is my problem.â
âThereâs nothing you can do about it, though.â
âWho said that?â
âWhat?â you asked, raising your head to look at your brother.Â
âI can help you.â
âHow?â
âI can make you cum.â Yuta said with the same smile and finality he had when he convinced you to move in with him.Â
âNo, you canât. Youâre my brother, Yuta.â
âAnd itâs my job as your brother to take care of you. Let me help you. Let me show you how sex is supposed to be.â
âItâs not right, Yu. We canât.â
âJust once. No one will know. I want you to know what itâs like to feel good. You deserve to feel good.â
â...Just once?â
âYeah, only tonight.â
âI trust you, Yuta,â you said, meeting his eyes of your own accord.Â
Yutaâs kiss was so gentle it almost brought tears back to your eyes. His lips slotted against yours with hesitance, like he expected that at any moment, you would bolt from his lap, out the door, and out of his life forever. But you knew you wouldnât. You couldnât deny how handsome your big brother was, how you adored his deep blue eyes and full lips, how enamored you were with his size, his large hands and broad shoulders. You couldnât deny how much you wanted him right now. You deepened the kiss, grazing your tongue over his lips, coaxing him to let you in. He opened up to you, allowing you to explore his mouth.
Yuta shifted you in his lap so that you were straddling him, large hands gripping your waist. You grinded down on him as you laced your fingers through his dark hair. You pulled gently, eliciting a soft moan from the man below you.
âFuck, I could kiss you all night, baby. You taste so good. But I gotta make you cum. Wanna taste you somewhere else,â Yuta whispered against your lips. You felt your core pulse at his words.
âTake this pretty dress off for me and lay down,â he ordered after giving your lips a final peck. You did as you were told, slowly unzipping your dress and letting it pool at your feet. You stepped out of the fabric and climbed back onto the bed, resting your head on the pillows.Â
Yuta joined you on the bed, settling at your feet. He took hold of both of your ankles and gently pulled them apart, spreading your legs. You could see the desire burning in his eyes as they made contact with the crotch of your panties. Your face heated as you imagined the growing wet spot forming there. Before you could close your legs out of embarrassment, Yuta moved forward to brush his fingers over your clothed cunt.Â
âYouâve been torturing me, baby, parading around in these cute little panties. Been haunting my dreams with them. Gonna let me take âem off, let me see your pretty pussy?â He asked, almost begging. You nodded your consent, and Yuta placed a kiss on your covered clit before pulling your damp panties off. He stifled a moan at the sight of strings of slick clinging to the fabric as he delicately removed the garment.
âBeautiful,â he whispered, breath fanning over your now-bared pussy. You watched as he tucked your panties in his pocket, and you felt your face warm even more at his actions. You gasped as you felt Yutaâs warm mouth wrap around your clit. He sucked gently before circling it with his tongue.
âYuuuutaaaa,â you moaned at the unfamiliar yet extremely pleasant sensation.Â
âHas anyone ever done this for you before baby?â he asked, voice thick with lust.
âN-no, no one,â you admitted, eager to feel his lips on you again.
âGood. Such a good girl, saving the first taste of this pussy for your big brother. So fucking sweet, baby,â he praised before diving back into your cunt. He lapped at your slit, collecting your slick on his tongue. You whined at the feeling and the lewd sounds his mouth on your pussy produced. His tongue moved back to your clit, swirling around it before latching his lips around it. His fingers found their way to your slit, sliding one inside as he continued to suck your clit. He moaned at the tightness of your heat around his finger. It was hard for him to believe that anyone or anything had breached your walls before this moment based on the vice grip they had around him.
He worked his finger in and out of your heat steadily as he continued to suck and lick at your clit, relishing in the sounds of your moans and whines. After a minute or so, Yuta slipped another finger inside you, smiling against your clit at the mewl you let out at the addition.Â
âShh, itâs okay, baby. Iâve gotta prep you for me, okay? Gotta get you ready so you feel good, alright?â He cooed from between your legs. You nodded in understanding, desire pooling at your core. You heard Yuta tsk from his position below you.Â
âNeed you to use your words, pretty girl. You gotta use your voice for me.â
âO-okay. Wanna feel good, please, donât stop!â
âThatâs my girl. Iâm gonna give you another finger, mâkay? Youâre doing so well, pretty,â Yuta encouraged as he added a third finger, mouth returning to your clit with vigor. He was now determined for you to cum, to show you everything that youâd been missing. Everything he could give you. He fucked his fingers into you at a steady but deliberate pace. His mouth latched onto your clit, suckling firmly, using your moans and whines as a guide to how to pleasure you, how to pull more sounds from you, how to fill your brain with thoughts of him, him, and nothing else.Â
âYuta, Yuta! Cumming!â you squealed out, toes curling and back arching off the bed at the sensation of your orgasm beginning to roll over you. Yuta doubled his efforts, rolling his tongue over your clit as his fingers picked up the pace. One deep thrust of his fingers led to you practically screaming as you squirted all over your big brotherâs face. Yuta couldnât help his beaming smile as he removed himself from between your thighs as you finally settled from your high.Â
âI am so sorry! I-Iâve never done that before. Please donât be mad!â You begged as you took in his damp lips and chin.Â
âMad? Baby, why would I be mad? That was so fucking hot. Wanna make you do it again. Come here, give me a kiss. Want you to taste yourself, yeah?â You obliged, rising from the bed to meet your brother halfway. Your lips slotted against his and you marveled at the taste of yourself. You opened up your mouth for Yutaâs tongue to explore, more of your flavor exploding on your tongue at the intrusion. After a moment of sloppy making out, he finally pulled back to smile at you.
âSee how good you taste? Such a perfect girl.â
âDid I do good, Yuu?â you ask almost innocently, and Yuta wonders if you planned this, planned to seduce him tonight, planned you make his darkest, filthiest dreams come true. There was no way you were this perfect, this pure and trusting all for him. But looking in your eyes he could see the sincerity, the self-doubt, the need for approval. It made his already hard cock throb with need.Â
You let out a yelp as Yuta practically tackled you to the bed, pinning you down with his legs on either side of yours and his arms forming a cage around your head. His face hovered over yours, an indiscernible look of intensity in his eyes.
âYou did perfect, sweetheart. Fuck, feel that baby? Thatâs what you do to me,â he said as his hips bucked against yours, grinding his bulge against your soaked core. You moaned as he continued to hump against you like a teenager, bringing your legs to wrap around his hips in an attempt to bring him closer. After several moments, he pulled away, untangling your legs from around his waist.Â
âThink youâre ready, sweetheart? Wanna give you my cock, want you to cum on it. Think you can?â
âWanna try, Yuu, need your cock so bad,â you confessed, longing for the feeling and heat of him against you again. You heard him swear as he reached for the waistband of his sweats, yanking them down with his boxers. He quickly pulled them off, abandoning them on the floor with your dress. You let out a gasp when you finally saw his bare cock. It was the biggest you had ever seen in person, and it was so pretty it made your mouth water.Â
âA-are you sure itâs gonna fit?â you asked hesitantly.
âWeâll make it, yeah? Youâre a big girl, you can take it,â he said reassuringly as he took his cock into his hand, stroking it slowly. You couldnât tear your eyes away from the motion, drool pooling in your mouth at the sight. Yuta approached you again, framing your body with his own.Â
âWhereâs that condom you were talking about?âÂ
âPurse.â
âThatâs too far,â he said resolutely, reaching over to his nightstand and opening the drawer. He pulled out a square of gold foil and brought it to his mouth before slamming the drawer closed. You watched as he ripped the packet open with his teeth, catching the rubber in his open palm. He spit the wrapper out, and you watched as it fluttered towards the floor. Yuta rocked back onto his heels, sheathing his cock in the condom before returning to cage your body with his.
âIâm gonna put it in now, okay?â he asked as he lined himself up with your slit.
âYeah, âm ready,â you said, feeling the head of his cock press against your opening.Â
Slowly, Yuta sank into your heat, moaning at the tightness that enveloped him. You whined along with him, the stretch of him burning beautifully as he filled you. Youâd never felt so full, so complete. After what felt like ages, he finally bottomed out inside you.Â
He remained still, giving you time to adjust to the fullness, but you soon grew impatient, rocking your hips down.
âYou can move Yuu, want you to.â
That was all the encouragement he needed to begin thrusting into you. Shallow at first, before pulling further out only to fuck into you even deeper. Yuta was perfect, fucking you deep and steady, using his free hand to toy with the nipple that wasnât in his mouth. You were quickly overstimulated by the feeling of his mouth, cock, and fingers. All you could do was whine combinations of your brotherâs name and curses as he fucked you into the mattress.Â
âYou take my cock so fucking well, baby. I was born for you, this dick was made just for you,â he growled against your chest, punctuating his point with a especially deep thrust.Â
âLove your cock, Yuta! Feels so good!â
âFuck yeah baby, ready to cum fâme?â
âYes, yes, wanna cum!â you proclaimed as you felt his hand move from your nipple to your clit. He began rubbing tight circles around the bud as his hips moved relentlessly against yours. He pulled his lips off your nipple with a pop, moving up to kiss your hungry lips.Â
âSuch a good girl for me, such a perfect little sister, letting your big brother fuck your tight little pussy. Gonna let me do it again yeah? Not gonna be satisfied after one time, are you?â He whispered against your lips.
âNo, want this all the time, feels so good Yuta! Never stop, âm so close, so close!â
âCome on, you can do it. Squirt all over your big brotherâs cock baby! Make a mess, make a fucking mess all over me!â he urged, rubbing your clit faster as his thrusts gained speed. His dirty mouth sent you over the edge, the tight band of pleasure in the pit of your tummy snapping. You gushed on Yutaâs cock with a shriek, eyes seeing white as you came. You could barely hear his chants of âGood girl!â as he chased his own high. His hips stuttered and jerked as you milked him, finally stilling as he released his load into the piece of latex that separated you two.Â
He lowered his damp forehead to rest against yours and the two of you caught your breath. After a few minutes, he pulled out and rolled from on top of you to lay beside you, wrapping you in his strong arms. You cuddled into them without a second thought, relishing in his warmth and protection. You both remained silent the whole time until you felt him take a deep breath.
âDo youâŠdo you regret what we just did?â Yuta asked in a small voice.
â...No. Not even a little bit.â
âThank god. We donât have to do it again, I just wanted to make sure thââ
âWhat if I want to?â
âHuh?â
âWhat if I want to do it again?â you asked, adjusting so that you could look into his eyes.
âThen youâre gonna have to stop going on dates with shitty men.â
âDone. Youâre the only man I need.â

User hamatoanne's fic plagiarism
Hello, Iâm the author of The Android, an AO3 Robot OC x Reader fic that was plagiarized by hamatoanne on Tumblr in her Aemond x Reader story, System Error. You can read my AO3 post for more info about the issue. As you can tell by the timestamps on AO3 and the screenshots of her now-deleted story, mine was posted months before hers. I didnât want to make this public, but it appears Anne has not learned her lesson and is grasping at straws to keep her readers in the dark. Sheâs been deleting her stories to hide evidence of her plagiarism. I think you deserve to know who your beloved writer gets her words from.
I donât know this fandom, but Iâve heard you guys can get pretty crazy. Control yourselves. The only one who needs to take responsibility is Anne. Donât send hate to her mutuals. Donât send hate to her followers. Donât stalk or harass or dox anyone. Read through this post and form your opinion.

First bunch of screenshots: A side-by-side comparison of her story (now deleted) and mine (still up and linked above). I took screenshots in advance in case something like this happened so Iâd have proof if I needed it. I decided to compare the first chapter of my fic with the first part of hers. I could do the whole thing, but Iâm a busy college student and I think just a quick skim of the pictures below is enough for people to see the extent of her plagiarism.Â
I have screenshots of her entire post, but I donât want to make this too long to scroll through and Tumblr posts cap at 30 pictures. Iâm assuming some of you have already read her story multiple times, so youâre familiar with the words. If you havenât, then I should warn you that the fic that she plagiarized is very not SFW. Iâll let you know where the not SFW content starts so you can skip it.Â
On the left is my story. On the right is what Anne posted (and took down).

Not SFW content starts here.Â

Not SFW content over.
Finally, I DMâed her. This was just before I posted to The Android on AO3 about the situation. To summarize, I wrote about how I would go about the situation and how hurt I was about a bigger creator stealing from me. I admit, I was too kind and too much of a pushover. I just wanted things to go quietly. She later replied with this and deleted her fic immediately.Â

âI was completely stupid for not giving your creditâ Why do they always play dumb? You copy that much and canât even think to put my name there? You credit the artist but not the person who basically wrote your whole story? The story that gave you over 3k notes, so much more clout than any of your other stories has earned you? Total BS.
âI had every intention of giving credit where it was dueâŠBut I forgotâ Right. Sure. Of course. If she felt guilty about plagiarizing, she would not be so shameless to accept praise like she did. I have examples of where she happily thanked people for complimenting "her workâ, but didnât want to bring other blogs into this, especially since they were none the wiser to her plagiarism. Ironically enough, someone even gifted her a badge for being a good writer the day she replied to my DM. She tagged that post â#a breath of fresh air on a horrible dayâ. I wonder why her day was horrible. Whoever gifted her that badge deserves their money back.
My thoughts when approaching her DMs were:
If she wants to keep up the story? Fine, just edit the post to say that it was heavily influenced by my story and leave a link to the original. I donât mind. The readers will see that, click my story, compare the two, and think, âHey, thatâs not just inspiration! She plagiarized!â and her downfall would start from there without me having to do anything.
If she ignored me and didnât fulfill that request, i would take matters into my own hands and expose her on her own post. Even more damaging.
In the end, she chose to delete the post entirely, getting rid of the evidence and her clout. I actually didnât expect this outcome since I thought sheâd like the clout too much, but I guess she decided this route would be the least damaging to her reputation. Everything was swept under the rug for now.Â
And like a fool, I said thanks and went on with my life. But I decided to keep track of her. Because while I was too cowardly to do anything, I knew there would always be someone in the crowd who would take action. And it seems like people did.Â
After reading the supportive comments from readers of my fic, I started to regret how lightly I handled it. I wanted to be mature even though I wanted her entire blog to fall and her reputation taken away. But I didnât want to be a âbad personâ. I wondered if I should keep pursuing the issue. I realized that my overly-people-pleasing behavior might lead her to continue her ways. I decided to speak out because others mightâve had their works taken by her and that my silence wasnât helping.Â
Next is her post, now deleted (I wonder why), about how sheâs been so sad and how sheâs going to be deleting her old stories and starting over. Iâm likely not the only one sheâs plagiarized from if sheâs deleting other stories. At the time, I only saw supportive replies and reblogs on it, but maybe she deleted it after people started calling her out? Idk.

Sheâs playing the victim game pretty hard. Acting as a kind underdog even though sheâs the big creator who stole from a nobody like me. I know I said on my AO3 update that people shouldnât send hate to her (and even censored her name after she deleted her story) but I guess Iâm a little happy that people sought to call her out on her shit. I wish I was as brave.Â
Later, a nice person (weâll call her Bob because she asked to remain anonymous) DMâed me directly with a kind message. After seeing this, I decided I should take action and expose all of this since Anne obviously hasnât learned and wants to keep it all hidden. Bob confirmed that Iâm not the only victim of Anneâs plagiarism either.
Bob asked that I not use screenshots of our DMâs so here is a transcription of the important parts:
âHey! I just found out that one of your fics had been plagiarized by someone in the HOTD community. First of all, I am tremendously sorry that happenedâŠâ
(For Bobâs privacy, I wonât explain her relation to Anne. Just know that Anne has refused to message her back).
âI definitely think you should make a blog post. with side by side comparison. I am still completely gobsmacked that she pilfered your entire story word for word and changed a few things. We found evidence that she had plagiarized multiple stories. Not just yours. We found out her mermaid!aemond fic was entirely stolen as well as a few others. She has quietly deleted them and hasn't spoken on them since.â
âWe surmised that she takes âunderratedâ fics from different fandoms and changes the name and that's it. It's almost like she believed that stealing from other fandoms was going to draw less attention than stealing directly from the HOTD fandom.â
So if you noticed that one of your favorite Aemond fics is gone, now you know why.
âBut benny, she still wrote her own sentences and just changed it around to fit aemond!â
Fanfiction is transformative. You know what the source material is and who created it. You know youâre not reading a copied and pasted text with maybe some words and sentences switched around. This wasnât fanfic. According to Google, plagiarism is defined as, âthe practice of taking someone else's work or ideas and passing them off as one's own.â (See what I did there? I credited Google. Is it so hard to give credit where credit is due?) She copied people's work, didn't give credit to the source material, and claimed it as her own. That's plagiarism.
I wouldnât have had a problem if she properly credited me and linked the original story. I wouldnât have had a problem if she didnât blatantly copy and paste the entire text and premise. I wouldnât even require getting permission to write a story based on my fic if she had satisfied those conditions.
Sheâs a 27-year-old grown-ass woman with enough free time to simp over some blond guy with an eyepatch. Iâm a 21-year-old college student who only posts fics during the summer and winter because thatâs when schoolâs on break. Iâm too busy writing lab reports and essays to be an active writer online. The fact that she can disrespect smaller writers so tremendously should not be acceptable. The fact that she also deceived her devoted readers and friends about her "works" is also unacceptable.
What can you do about this? To be honest, I donât know what to do. Iâve never had to deal with this before. I want to be a good person and say, âDonât send any hate to Anne, donât harass her. Just unfollow her and stop supporting her.â But that obviously hasnât taught her anything. Sheâll just make a half-assed apology, maybe go on hiatus, maybe disappear, and then pop up again under another name to steal from another creator. If you have any ideas on how to deal with this, please tell us.Â
She can try to block me or delete her posts, but the evidence is out and the damage is done. Anything she does to hide this mess will only make it worse for her. Iâd appreciate people bringing more awareness to this issue, especially if it can reach the eyes of others sheâs taken from.Â
Thanks for reading.
OMG YES! I beg someone to write this and tag me!!!
Yuu and reader but
But reader is forgettable.
Imagine Reader who arrived in Twisted Wonderland with Yuu, they got along very well together and with Grim, but Yuu and Grim end up abandoning Reader, creating their group of friends that we all know. Reader tries to approach them, become friends with them, but without success.
And then Reader finds himself alone, and everyone acts as if he doesn't exist. So much so that Reader questions his existence and becomes very quiet.
The ghosts realize this and spend time with Reader, and Reader considers them his only true friends. I'm pretty sure Reader would have tried to kill himself to become a ghost and join the ghosts gang but would have failed.
Reader would have stopped going to class, some teachers (Trein and Crewel) would have noticed and talked to him about it.
Reader walks around campus at all hours without anyone noticing him (he would have already been dancing in class and singing loudly and out of tune and no one would have noticed).
In the end, Reader is left alone for so long, talking to no one except the ghosts, that he forgets his name (the ghosts call him "Little Ghost").
And at book 5, he meets Chenya. And this is how it happens :
âWhat do you do alone ?â Chenya asked.
"Wait... Are you talking to me ?" Reader asked sitting in a tree, looking left and right before looking at Chenya.
"Yeah ? There's no one else around." the cat remarked amusedly.
"Oh- sorry I'm not used to people seeing me !" Reader said with a smile on his face, excited that someone alive was talking to him.
"Huh ? Why ?" Chenya asked, frowning in confusion.
âWell, people still act like Iâm not there, like I donât exist.â Reader explained. âExept ghosts, youâre the first to talk to me in months !â
âohâŠâ Chenya looked worried. âAnd whatâs your name ?â
"Oh I'm-huh..." Reader said before frowning.
âWell, hello âhuhâ, Iâm Chenya.â Chenya said trying to lighten the mood.
âNah, nah.. I donât remember my name.â Reader said sounding scared, his breathing quickening.
âhuh ?â
"What's my name? What's my name? Who am I? I forgot? I forgot..."
"Hey, calm down, you'll remember.." Chenya tried to calmly reassure.
"No- no ! You're not supposed to notice me or talk to me ! Go with more important people, people who remember their names, who they are !" (Reader having an existential crisis <3)
In the end, Chenya manages to calm Reader down, and he calls him "Little Ghost" (like ghosts) until they find his name.
After that, Chenya will talk about that as his friends at the RSA (like Neige), and they would do all for create a new identity at Reader and after that they will take him with them at the RSA (The RSA director was the one that have the idea of the new identity).
Sam friends of the other side won't stop crying about "The child that have forget his name", making Sam confused (they never answer at his questions about him).
And Trein would be the one finding out that Reader have left three days later.
If nobody write that, I will write it myself.

His Sultana
Yandere prince Karnan Barreton x Lion hybrid female reader

Authors note: just enjoy...
_________________________________________

He can't even tell how much he was amused after he saw you that day in the slave market in the auction... At first he just wanted to complete his mission to caught the child traffickers but then his eyes got pulled along to the omnious corner of the black market.
And as if the dealers understood after looking at him for the first glance that he was a big shot , they start to show him their most premium products..... And his legs stopped in front of your cage. He have many pet lioness's whom he adores soo much. But he never had seen a lioness hybrid before in his life...
Karnan was convinced ; youâre perfect for him. Youâre so pretty, curled up in the corner of your cage at the auction , looking at him with wide glossy eyes and practically trembling. But still trying to scare him off by giving your predatory eyes growling at him. But he knew you are too afraid and weak to even thought of attacking him..
Your ribs sticking out and you cheeks sunken. The dealer of the auction tried to guide Karnan to a different section of the shop , the section reserved especially for those with big pockets where beautiful glossy rare hybrids pranced and preened, but Karnan refuses to move from your more poorly maintained section, his eyes glued on you. You only snivel pathetically in response, tucking your puffed tail further between your legs.
He simply points at you, stating that he wants to buy you. Itâs a fight to get you out of your cage. You hiss and claw, and you even yowl threateningly before trying to sink your teeth into his arm when he was lovingly trying to pull you out of your cage.
Itâs a miracle that Karnan was able to manage to get you back to his palace. You dart off right when youâre released, slipping underneath his bed and refusing to come out. When you refuse to come out, Karnam tried to lure you out with treats and toys that his pet lioness's used to play with, but instead, you flinch at his hand coming near and press yourself further into the wall.
It's took you a few days when you only watched him interact with his pet lioness . You then started to let the lionesses come closer to you . And then he smiled when one day he found you cuddling with the lionesses sleeping in his bed. After that when he tried to touch you and you still used to flinch but now were able to let him touch you..
He found out you were not able to speak but still your expressions told him everything. He swooned at the moments when you used to purr when he used to scratch you ears and pet you.... And one thing after another he fall for you... 6th month after he bought you he took you under the moon light..
Filling you up again and again. Leaving you whimpering and moaning mess. For you , you were very happy finally your bad days ended .... But.... You become pregnant and you stomach started to show .. you were soooo happy !!! So delighted but .... Karnan..... For him you were a cheater..
Without second thought he blamed you ... That you where sleeping with someone other than him or how else you look 7 moth pregnant when he slept with you only a month ago???? How could you do this to him when he had done so much for you and brought you here gave you a place to live ... For him you where an ungreateful whore . But you said nothing.... you kept each and every abuse from him silent.
Until he did something he shouldnot have... He still remembers the day he locked you in a room for 2 days without water or food. Why??? You accidentally broke the vase in his room... Was that his favourite vase ?? No.... He was just angry and disgusted by you that you betrayed him... How dare you... Try to run around his palace and break things when you are carrying other man's child???
But the hell broke loose when he heard that ; when after 2 days the servants opened the gate they found out you had given birth and the child is dead..... And not to say... Your condition was critical.
After the doctor confirmed that you are fine and that after you will wake up you will be freaked out and would try to find your dead child ;as you carried the child for 3 and half months... Karnan was shocked.
After reading some books and talking to someone hybrid experts and mages He got to know that it was his own child whom he killed. His world got collapsed.... Lioness hybrids pregnancy lasts for only 3 and half months unlike the human females who carry the children for 9 months.... Then.... The child you were carrying was his right??? His head was in his hands ..
He heard you woke up and ran to somewhere... He knew where you had gone... His heavy legs hurridely carried him to the room you were locked into. His heart clenched painfully as he saw you crying in the corner slumped on the cold floor. He was so ashamed of himself that at first he was not able to get close...
But then as he tried to got closer to you and you started to growl at him... He tried to talk to you but you were not in the mood . And soon he was pushed out of the room by his own pet lionesses.. not to say that his pet lioness were send out after that. And You become lonely..
He started to notice how you have started to look tired. But whenever he uses to get closer to you , you would growl and your tail will hide behind your legs. He started to notice how you will not even look at the food or water he would brought for you... You would starve until one of the servants would serve you. But even after that you will barely eat.
As if you have lost your will to eat.
All the knights were searching the whole palace for you. And Karnan??? He was running around calling you like a mad man. You had ran away..... He was gripping his hair not knowing what to do. He should have had chained you... Collared you to the bed.... His older brother trying to knock some sences in him but he??? Karnan was reluctant to hear anything.
He will find you.... You are his life... His Sultana no way he is going to let you go...no.... He will find you...

He was searching for you in the nearby forests when it started to rain heavily.. he saw a cave near by and entered it... He can't tell you how delighted he was when he saw you laying there... He rushed towards your body...it was warm... You are having fever... But it's ok.... That now he is here...
You were laying on the cave ground sleeping sick. You lost your cub... your mate killed your cub.... you don't want to live anymore.... it was then , When you felt wet kisses on your face and body. A strong arm wrapped around you tightly . And then your nose got filled with his musk scent. You tried to sit up and growled at him weakly when he pulled you to his chest kissing you and crying.
And then everything become hazy carrying you into his strong arms he bought you back to the palace.... He was prepared this time .... With a click the collar snap locked on your throat.

You collapsed on the bed with a whimper, sweat and other fluids cover youâspit, your juices, and karnan's seed. Youâre a mess, his pathetic little lioness who proudly wore a collar of his name , a mark of being his wife....Â
Karnan can't help but licks his lips, leering at the rush of cum dribbling from your puffy folds, all over the wedding contract. Itâs quite hilarious that you don't even know that with your paw prints on the contract your are now chained to him.....
You lost you child because of him right??? You treated him as your mate and he failed you .... Then please let him compensate you... Let him make you pregnant again give you another child to forget the past... This time he will make sure to keep you both safe!!!
This time he will treat you as his wife... His queen ... His Sultana.

x : NOT JEALOUS ! :*+ïŸ
in which: alhaitham isn't jealous, he doesn't get jealous, so what is this suffocating feeling in his chest that only happens when you're talking to another man that isn't him?
warnings: 5.4k words, jealous!alhaitham x gn!reader who has loads of rizz, university!au, fluff with angst but happy ending, pining!alhaitham who doesn't realise that he loves you, kaveh is there, mention of cyno, ooc at some bits?, swearing, alhaitham is a little bit of an asshole at some parts sawry. he's bad with feelings.
a/n: inspired by @danijaci's jealous jealous boy comic with alhaitham! hi dani if you're reading this pls don't perceive me... hides... but i hope you all like it :,)

Alhaitham isnât jealous.Â
The uncomfortable feeling obstructing itself in his throat is just because heâs beginning to develop a sore throat- thatâs all. It is flu season after all, who knows what kind of bacteria are in the air? Ones capable of lathing an uncomfortable oil that burns inside his chest, the smog crowding its way into his heart, sickening him to his core as Alhaitham canât help but eavesdrop on the conversation happening beside him.
âIâm free friday,â a voice besides you confirms.
âOkay!â you cheer, sounding a little too happy for Alhaithamâs liking. After all, itâs 9 am, who has this much energy in the morning? âlets do Friday then!â
âSounds good, Iâll see you then. Bye Y/n.â
âBye, see you!â Alhaitham watches from the corner of his eye as you wave to the random stranger youâve decided to associate yourself with before finally taking the seat beside him with a sigh.Â
He doesnât say anything to you, feeling your eyes glance at him expectantly as he stares stubbornly at the lecture board instead of acknowledging you or the jumble of feelings clogging up his diaphragm.Â
âHello, you,â You lean over slightly, careful to not invade his personal space whilst waving at him, hoping to catch his attention. He glances at you, nodding in greeting before returning to his book, the pages and rows of words only fuelling his unease he suddenly felt. He doesnât even know where he left off, the bookâs events a blur in Alhaithamâs mind.
How bothersome. Whatâs happening to him?
âTalkative today, arenât you?â Your tone is playful despite his cold attitude and Alhaitham sneaks another look in your direction, noting the way your lips curve upwards. âSo, how are you?âÂ
âIâm fine,â he murmurs, inserting a bookmark between the pages before slamming it shut, an indicator that you could keep conversing with him.
âCool.â You tap your nails on the desks of the lecture hall. âOh, I finished my essay the other day.â
âThe one for your elective?â
You hum in agreement, âI hope I never get it back. Submitted it ten minutes before the due date.â
âYou know you wouldnât have been stressed over it if you just started it earlier-â
âI know, I know,â you huff, âspare your productivity lectures for another time, Iâll be needing them later in the semester.â The grey-haired shakes his head as you laugh, but his gaze returns to the front cover of his book as he solemnly thinks about the interaction you had with another man, right in front of him.Â
(What right did he have to see you smiling so earnestly like that?)
âWho was that?â Alhaitham coughs out, barely choking down his pride in time to make space for the question.
You murmur some guyâs name that he doesnât bother to remember. âHeâs a friend of mine in the same discussion group for this course and we decided to do the assignment together. He bumped into me on the way in so we were just planning when to meet to do the research.â
âOh.â Your answer doesnât calm the churning in Alhaithamâs gut. Not even one bit, in fact, it makes it worse.Â
But itâs not jealousy, Alhaitham doesnât get jealous because heâs above petty feelings of inadequacy. Heâs merely concerned for you, worried for your brainpower by the end of the project because your partner seems less-than-incompetent. If youâd picked someone like Alhaitham (or better yet, just picked Alhaitham), you wouldâve aced the class without even blinking an eye.Â
(The two of you are friends, so why didnât you pick him? Itâs literally been proven that the two of you are compatible working together since you were both executives of Sumeruâs Cultural Society, and amidst all of the activities the club has run, youâve collaborated many times to make each event run flawlessly. So why not him? Why would you pick another man over him?)
âYou know you could have picked me, I wouldnât mind working on the assignment with you,â he grumbles, words soft but very clear.
Alhaitham misses the way your eyes widen in shock as apologies scramble out of your mouth. âIâm sorry! I automatically assumed that you wanted to work on it by yourself. Next time Iâll ask you.âÂ
The lecture begins before he could say anything in return and like a robot, he sets his thoughts aside and begins listening, notes document up and cursor blinking at the ready.
A mundane two hours pass by, one powerpoint slide after powerpoint slide before the lecture is finally over, much to your pleasure. Alhaitham notices the way you eagerly jump out of your seat to stretch, grabbing your bag. On the other hand, your grey-haired accomplice takes his time in packing up, forcing you to wait for him.
âWould you like to get some coffee before the meeting?â You ask.
âSure, we can find a seat there and join it together,â he adds and you beam at him, expression bright and so enchanting that it makes him forget about all the perplexities he felt before the lecture.Â
The two of you make your way to one of the many campus cafĂ©s where you practically wrestled Alhaitham to stop him from paying for both your orders (losing in the end) before sitting at a booth, your laptop set up with a pair of Alhaithamâs earphones shared between you. The meeting begins to fill up with almost all committee members, even Kaveh, who resides in his room of his and Alhaithamâs shared flat. Upon noticing him, you go to text him, with the grey-haired peeking over your shoulder from time to time to see your conversation- not that he cares that much.
(Perhaps if Kaveh glanced up from his phone, then heâd see how close Alhaitham had gotten with you, breaching the distance that he prefers to keep around others. Heâd also notice the headphone sharing despite how he generally tends to keep them out of anyone elseâs hands.)
Youâre tasked with the role of taking notes for the meeting since Alhaitham, in your opinion, is not at all a reliable scribe. His notes tend to just include vital information and never what everyone else needs to know, yet each time you scold him for it, his unbothered expression never falters, waving your complaints off with a shrug.Â
âHey, Kaveh and I are going to go for lunch tomorrow after our classes. Care to join?â You ask, smiling at him hopefully as your messages with Kaveh sit open on your screen. Alhaitham doesnât think twice before agreeing.Â
ââ ââ ââ â ââ
âIt looks like itâs about to rain,â you murmur, pulling out a chair as Alhaitham and Kaveh take their seats opposite you.Â
âSo it does,â Alhaitham notes, not caring to look too long out the window before returning his gaze to you. âYou have an umbrella, right?â
âI, uh, didnât think I needed one today.â
âDo you not check the weather before you leave?â
âNot everyoneâs like you, Alhaitham.â Kaveh teases. âItâs no problem, Y/n, if it rains I can walk you back to your dorm.â
âOnly if you are okay with it,â you insist, âI have no problem walking home in the rain. I love the rain.â
Alhaitham intervenes with a raise of his hand. âNonsense, youâll catch a cold. Weâll walk you home.â
A soft but genuine âthank youâ slips from your lips, neither of you wiser to the way Kaveh eyes his roommate suspiciously, not missing the use of âweâ in his sentence and the implications the collective pronoun has. For it meant that Alhaitham is willing to take precious time out of his day to perform an act for someone that he is not indebted to do. Not that Alhaitham is inherently selfish, per se, but he is a man of routine. He wakes up every morning and takes five minutes to scribble on his stupid whiteboard in the kitchen what he has to do for the day and strictly abides by it, not even straying two minutes off schedule.
Willingly volunteering his minutes? Kaveh finds that suspicious.Â
âSo, howâs your architecture assignment, Kaveh?â You ask, breaking the blond from his daze whilst Alhaitham pours glasses of water for the table, starting with your cup.Â
âA nightmare,â he sighs, sinking into his chair. âI still have so much to do, you know my professor didnât like my blueprint? How ridiculous! I hope that man steps in a puddle and wets his sock.â
The grey-haired pipes up with a remark. âI canât wait for it to be done, our living room is a mess right now.âÂ
âHey, I am the one that cleans that living room, thank you very much. Your bookshelf is still a mess even though Iâve asked you to clean it five times.â
âIf it bothers you so much then why donât you do it yourself?â
âIâm the only one who-â
â-Iâm going to go to the bathroom,â you murmur, cutting the conversation before shuffling out of your chair, seemingly eager to do so.
Kaveh turns to the grey-haired again, âand you just scared away Y/n.â
âSorry no one wants to hear about your architecture project.â
âY/n literally asked, asshole.â
A rebuttal sits on the tip of Alhaithamâs tongue- as it always does when it comes to bickering with his roommate, but it dies out when an intruder comes to the table. âExcuse me, I hate to interrupt,â he begins, âbut the person who just got up, is that your friend?â
âYeah, why do you ask?â
âOh, I just wanted to drop this off, mind passing it over for me?â The piece of paper he was holding lands in Kavehâs hand. âThanks, bro.â Is all he says before strolling away, out of sight but definitely not out of mind.
The blond does not hesitate to open it up, chuckling in amusement when reading the content. ââHey youâre cute, hereâs my numberâ it says. What a bitch! You didnât like his vibes either, right, Alhaitham?â
âHold on, what does the note say?â
Grabbing (snatching) it from Kaveh, the grey-haired has half a mind to rip the note apart, a certain sense of distaste washing over him that intensifies the long he stares at the guyâs handwriting. His eye is twitching. Why is his eye twitching?
âHey!â He hears Kaveh call. âDonât scrunch it, thatâs Y/nâs-â
Alhaitham stuffs the ball of paper into his bag where heâll recycle it later even though something irrational within him tells him to burn it. âY/n wonât miss it. You said it yourself, heâs a bitch.â
âSure, but why are you doing-â
âHey!â You interrupt, sliding back into your chair with a grin on your face. âSo, what did I miss?â
âNothing,â the grey-haired murmurs, assuming his crossed-arm position. Kaveh side eyes his roommate before agreeing with a hum. âLetâs order something now. We want to beat the rain, right?â
ââ ââ ââ â ââ
This meeting for the Sumeru Society might have been one of the most important ones of the year thus far, with almost every committee member expected to attend. After all, the annual ball was a big event that always had the largest turnout, and the amount of planning that goes into it to ensure its success is almost triple that of its other events.
So why werenât you here?
âWhy did you leave the meeting early on Friday?â Alhaitham asks as soon as he sees you.
You pause briefly, eyes widening and eyebrows raising. It must have been the way that Alhaithamâs voice raised a pitch towards the end of the question, demonstrating a nervous break in character that was not at all typical. Cool and collected would be the defining words to describe Alhaitham, as well as someone who does not care for the menial activities of others, so what is he doing asking you? And why does he care so much?
âI, uh, had dinner with someone,â you confess, continuing to grab your books and laptop, missing the way his features contort into something un-cool, and very un-Alhaitham.
âWhom?â
You murmur the name of some other guy, who he vaguely recalls to be your project partner.
âWhat?â Alhaitham snaps.
âI didnât think missing out on some of the meeting would be a big deal! I got another committee member to explain what I missed,â you justified. âBesides, thereâs no big events going on right now, so I thought-â
â-That you could abandon your tasks and go have fun with someone else?â
Alhaithamâs not really sure why he said that. Heâs not angry that you skipped a meeting; there are larger things in the world to worry about, heâs angry because you spent time with another guy that wasnât him.Why not go to dinner with him instead? He spends it every night with Kaveh, and you are far more favourable than Kaveh. Â
âIs it really something to get mad over? I already told you, I got the meeting notes and everything-â
â-Youâre an executive of the society, Y/n, more is expected from you.â
âSeriously?â you ask, âhow come you didnât bat an eye when the vice president wasnât there the other day?â
âBecause she was sick.âÂ
âOkay, fine! what about the subcommittee? theyâre not always there either!âÂ
âTheyâre subcom. Whether they miss a meeting or not is not crucial.â
âSo, itâs just my business that you care about?â You ask, eyebrows furrowed, disbelief clouding over your expression like a mask.
Again, Alhaitham doesnât know where these punches are coming from and why heâs throwing them against you so viciously, but his heart is tightening defensively with a burning emotion that heâs been feeling more and more recently, and his first instinct is to lash out, to protect himself from it.
Perhaps itâs because foreign things that he canât understand terrify him and you, all you ever do is make him feel things that heâs never felt before and he canât understand why.Â
âYouâre not that special.â
A flash of hurt gleams in your eyes and Alhaitham knows now that heâs royally fucked up. âYouâre an ass,â you grumble, about to walk away when he intercepts.
âListen to me!â
âFuck off!âÂ
âY/n-â
Youâre gone before he can get another word out, retreating figure stomping away whilst his chest weaves into knots; something that no amount of deep breathing can calm. It doesnât help that the minute he returns home, Kaveh is onto him like some sort of parasite, curious over the tense air surrounding his normally-composed roommate.Â
âHey, welcome home- whoa, whatâs gotten into you?â The blond asks.
âNone of your business,â Alhaitham grumbles through gritted teeth, taking his shoes off and throwing them aside haphazardly. Kaveh doesnât miss the way Alhaithamâs jaw is clenched, or the strain in his hand when he brings up a hand to run through his hair, or the very subtle and minute twitch in his cheek.
The blond ignores all signs that he wants to be left alone, and instead, follows the grey-haired to his room after he swung the door open.Â
âWhoa, whoa, whoa, hold on, letâs talk about this-â
âTalk about what?â Alhaitham growls.
âWho pissed in your black coffee today?âÂ
âNo one. Now get lost.âÂ
âAw, come on, you know what they say. Getting things off your chest is always beneficial.â
âThereâs nothing on my chest, go away.â
âYou sure? no stress, no deadlines, no love interest making you tear your hair out-â
â-No, no, none of those!â
âThen what?â
Alhaitham steadies himself by resting his elbows on his thighs, hands clasped together as he exhales loudly. âI got pissed and took it out on Y/n, whoâs mad at me now.â
âHuh? Why so annoyed?â
âBecause Y/n went to dinner with another man.â
Itâs silent for a while. The sassy quip that he expects from Kaveh does not happen. Instead, the blond merely smiles, a satisfied, knowing grin that slightly irks him. âYou know, Iâve been waiting for the day you realise you have feelings for Y/n.âÂ
âWhat? Where did you get that conclusion from?â Alhaitham sits up straighter. There are a lot of things he knows, and he knows for sure that he does not like you in any way beyond platonic. He doesnât have any time to spare for love. There are scholarships he still needs to apply for, internships to be interviewed for, research projects to submit- nowhere amongst the minute hand of the clock is there space for love.Â
âOh come on,â Kaveh sits down on the bed beside his roommate, leaning back on his hands. âYouâre not as smooth as you hope to be sometimes.â
âIâm serious, I donât know what youâre talking about.â
âYâknow the sooner you accept you have feelings for Y/n, the easier life will be.â
âLife is already easy and there is no sooner because I donât like Y/n like that. Now get lost. I have stuff I need to finish.â
Kaveh shrugs, standing up with a soft âsuit yourselfâ, taking seven steps before heâs out of the room. Alhaitham lets out a sigh that has lodged itself in his throat for too long, and the feeling of reprieve he gets is short-lived before heâs flooded with a certain tightness again. Maybe he did have a weight on his chest after all, not that heâd ever admit it to himself or Kaveh.
He gets up from his made bed with a grunt and decides to push aside all distractions. Time is unforgiving, and if doesnât finish his assignment by this Friday then heâll be a little less than pleased.
ââ ââ ââ â ââ
Alhaitham feels like he canât breathe.Â
Youâre sitting alone at a library desk, all focused and concentrated on your laptop screen with your headphones on, blocking out any outside voice as you type away. He wonders if he should say hi, maybe try apologising for the way he acted last Monday- who is this guy thatâs approaching you and why does he look so familiar?Â
And why are you smiling so happily?
You beckon to the seat beside you and the guy readily complies, taking the chair beside you like he belonged there, like there werenât other candidates that should be there instead (heâs not talking about himself. definitely not).
He hands you one of two coffee cups heâs holding. What kind of right does this guy have to give you a coffee? Does he even know your order?
He feels like a bit of creep keenly watching you interact with someone else from a balcony of the library, but the book and laptop in front of him lies forgotten, and in a rare moment of weakness, Alhaitham canât find it in himself to return to his tasks, pursuit of knowledge momentarily forgotten. He canât push aside the bile that threatens to rise, he canât loosen his grip on the couchâs armrest, and he canât blink for a second in fear of losing you from his sight.
(Youâre laughing. Why are you laughing? How can you look so pretty laughing and why doesnât he ever get to make you laugh like this?)
Alhaitham is losing his damn mind. So much so that the first thing he does when he sees you again is corner you.Â
âYou shouldnât talk to that guy anymore.â
Youâre backed against the brick walls of the time-worn building that your shared lecture always takes place in, and Alhaitham, spotting you like a hawk, put you in this precarious position as soon as the two hours were over.Â
He canât breathe. Itâs been almost three weeks since you last spoke to him and youâre staring up at him like youâve done nothing wrong, blinking once and twice at his uncharacteristic display of subtle aggression.Â
âWho?â you mutter, shaking your head to try and grasp reality once again. you hug your laptop closer to your body. âWhatâs this about?â
âI said you shouldnât talk to that guy anymore.âÂ
âWhat guy?âÂ
âYour project partner.â
âReally?â you mutter in disbelief.
He nods, teal eyes shining at you firmly. âReally. The projectâs over, you donât need to talk to him anymore.âÂ
âI donât recall ever giving you the right to dictate who gets to be in my life or not, just like how you canât tell me what to do with my time.âÂ
âIâm looking out for you, so stop trying to make me sound tyrannical.âÂ
Your mouth hangs open as you furrow your eyebrows, growing more and more frustrated with each second. So much for thinking that he wanted to resolve the awkwardness between the two of you. âIâm not even going to argue with you,â you murmur a quick âjerkâ under your breath before brushing past him.Â
Alhaitham, however, is not willing to let you go as easily as you wish, quick to chase after you. Not that you go far anyways, turning around to face him again in the spaciousness of the vacant hallway. âWhy do you care?â You ask, exasperated. âYouâre Alhaitham, you donât let trivial things like who I hangout with bother you, youâre cool and collected and rational, and I just donât understand why youâre acting like this.â
He doesnât understand either, not the erratic beating of his heart, the stubbornness of his mind, nor this undisputable urge to keep you all to himself. Is it normal to want to hide someone for selfish reasons?
Trailing off, Alhaitham is slightly humiliated that for the first time in his life, someone has witnessed him coming short of an answer. No logical conclusion, no explanation, not even a satisfying quip, just plain, suffocating silence.
âRight. When you do have an answer, let me know.â You walk away.
ââ ââ ââ â ââ
Your last rebuttal still weighs heavily on Alhaithamâs mind, even two days later as he and Kaveh are seated for a lecture in a shared course. His thoughts are scrambled like never before, the messiness of it all making him feel uneasy because for once, he doesnât have an appropriate answer to a question.
Why was he acting like a temperamental teenager? What you did with your life was up to you, and indeed he has no right trying to change that. More importantly, why was it so hard to apologise for the stuff he said-
âSo, howâs everything between you and Y/n?âÂ
Kaveh turns to him with widened eyes whilst Alhaithamâs poker face doesnât move an inch, deceivingly apathetic.
âGood, weâve been hanging out a lot more recently,â the other guy says, who Alhaitham quickly recognises to be your project partner and distaste rises in his stomach like bile.Â
âAye, good for you, man! So when are you going to ask Y/n out?â
âNo way, bro, not yet. Iâm such a wimp, but I hope I grow the balls to ask soon because I really like-â
â-looks like you got some competition!â The blond nudges Alhaitham, and if it were anyone else, they would not have glanced twice at the grey-haired who seemed unmoving and uninterested. However, Kaveh is not anyone else because he noticed the darkened look in Alhaithamâs eyes instantly, anger seeping into his composed gaze as his nose scrunches in disgust.Â
ââ ââ ââ â ââ
âSo, you and Alhaitham still arenât talking?â Kaveh asks, leaning on the table of the restaurant with curious ears, hoping that he can grab some answers out of you as to why there was a stalemate between you and his roommate.
âNope,â you sigh.Â
âWhy not?â
âIâm just-â you pinch the bridge of your nose, âIâm just waiting on an apology from him.â
âAn apology? Why? What did he say?â
âHe didnât tell you?â
âYou know how he is. Always insufferably secretive, so no, I donât know anything that happened.âÂ
âAlhaitham just said some hurtful things to me, and he was being weird when I told him I was going to dinner with a friend of mine. Just kept being in my business.â
âReally?â The architecture student quirks a brow, confusion plastered on his face. âThatâs not like Alhaitham at all.â
âI know, right? He kept trying to be like âdonât hang out with himâ and ridiculed me for not playing my part as an executive of the Sumeru society,â you complained, âlike sorry I have other things I want to do.â
Kaveh nods in understanding as the conversation briefly stops when the waiter comes to drop off utensils at your table. As soon as they were gone, however, you begin again.
âAnd even though he was all up in my business, trying to tell me what not to do, he then said that I wasnât special, which is so confusing because like-â
â-hold on. Alhaitham said that you werenât special?â You nod at his parroted claim. âTo him?âÂ
âYeah. Stung like shit when he said that, especially since I thought we were friends but guess not,â you murmur sadly, fiddling with the fork.
Later that night, almost immediately after meeting you over dinner, Kaveh barges into his roommateâs room, not even changing out of his outside clothes. The sudden intrusion shocks Alhaitham who was busy typing on a document, textbook splayed open beneath him but momentarily forgotten as the blond takes a seat on the bed.
âWhat the- not even a hello?â The grey-haired asks, confused by this uncharacteristic silence of Kavehâs. Itâs pretty normal for the blond to barge into his room without notice, but it was not normal for him to be so quiet, practically brooding on the mattress. âWhatever. Where have you been? Have you eaten yet, because I made-â
âWhen will you just confess to Y/n?â
The mention of your name causes a spike in Alhaithamâs heartbeat and he swivels around instantly, attention fully directed towards his roommate. âWhere is this coming from?â
âY/n told me everything that happened between you two by the way-â
â-what, when?â
âTonight, we just met for dinner.â
âAnd you didnât tell me?â
âWhat would you have done if you knew? Showed up and made things worse?â He doesnât say anything in retaliation, merely shutting his mouth and furrowing his eyebrows. âWhy did you say that Y/n wasnât special to you?âÂ
âI didnât,â Alhaitham sighs, very loud and very perplexed. âI didnât mean for it to come out the way it did.â
âDonât you miss Y/n? You two used to hangout so often.â
âI do, of course I do!â He exclaims, burrowing his face in his hands.Â
âSo why arenât you apologising?âÂ
âBecause whenever Iâm around Y/n, Iâm not who I normally am,â he mutters, âespecially everything whenever that project partner is around-â
âJealous, much?â
âIâm not jealous.â
âOh come on, youâre ridiculous. Stop pushing away your feelings and just be honest with yourself, Alhaitham! Y/n is not just a friend to you and you know it.â
âBut, we are just friends-â
âSo you mean to tell me that if I hung out with someone else- like if I hung out with Cyno, you would be pissed?â
âWhat? No, of course not.â
âThen why is it different with Y/n?â Once again, Alhaitham doesnât have an answer to the question, sitting as still as a statue hunched over his desk. âFine, Iâll spell it out to you. You like Y/n, more than just a friend!â
The silence leftover from Kavehâs outburst is tense and full as the grey-haired lets the words sink in.Â
âIâll let you think about it,â the blond murmurs, voice softening dramatically as he stalks out of the room. Before he closes the door, however, he leaves a few final words. âJust- be honest with yourself, Alhaitham, and I wouldnât delay trying to talk to Y/n.â
A sharp click rings through the room.
Alhaitham is no stranger to being alone, for who needs the company of others when you are happiest by yourself? Yet, in the weeks that you have not been speaking to him, a cardinal urge as been growing each and each day, wanting him to do something so atypical of him: to reach out and make the first move. Every passing day doesnât lessen the thoughts that plague his mind, rather, they make him more and more impatient, because what if you get swept away by your project partner?Â
(What if heâll be too late? What if you wonât know of these powerful emotions that are steering through the storm in his heart? What if you wonât know just how badly he was been wanting you- wanting to see you, wanting to apologise, wanting to see you beam at him like you always would.
What if you wonât know that he adores you, especially now that heâs figured it out?).
ââ ââ ââ â ââ
A rain droplet falls and lands on your nose, another lands on your forehead, then another lands on your lip then more and more keep falling from the cloudy sky, falling through the leaves and landing on the bench you were currently sitting on. Goodness, you should have checked the weather before leaving your dorm. Why was it now out of all times that it had to rain, what would Alhaitham think after he finally decided to reach out to talk?
Taking your phone out to message the grey-haired about relocating, an umbrella is suddenly held over you, stopping the gentle drizzle from falling onto you. Looking up, youâre greeted by a familiar face that you have been missing too much recently.
âHello, you,â you breathe, voice gentle and quiet and Alhaitham feels like he can finally breathe after so long, the scent of rain washing away all perplexion.
He nods at you in greeting before offering you the bouquet of flowers he was holding. A gorgeous arrangement of pink of white stare prettily at you and a man even more gorgeous expects you to accept it.
âFor me?â You ask.
âFor you.â
âThank you, theyâre so beautiful,â you take his gift with gentle hands, holding it close to your chest.Â
âI want to apologise,â he firmly states, getting straight to the point; very Alhaitham of him. âFor treating you the way I have been recently.â
You beam at him, so bright and so gorgeous that it renders him speechless, a feat pretty difficult when it comes to someone like Alhaitham who has a whole dictionary of words, in multiple languages too. Somehow, they all flock out of his mind the second you smile at him. Â
âI accept your apology, thank you for reaching out, must have been hard for someone like you, huh?â You tease, standing up from the bench.
âWell, I had do for someone as special as you.â The grey-hairedâs voice is deceivingly confident and assured, but you know better, especially when he looks away to hide his expression with his neatly styled bangs.Â
âNo need for the flattery, you know, Iâve already forgiven you.â Thereâs a moment of silence that occupies the air, caused by Alhaithamâs hesitation as he fishes his brain for the courage to ask you out. You speak before he can get a word out, however. âI got asked out the other day.â
âBy your groupmate?â
âHe has a name, you know, but, yeah. I rejected him, though,â you laugh awkwardly, almost like you were trying to cope with it by playing it off. âDid you know that he would do that?âÂ
âYes. I did.â
âIs that why you were so adamant on me not hanging out with him?â
âI guess you could say that. We can talk more about it another time,â he tells you, voice gentle and caring to mask the subtle hit of jealousy he feels in his chest, scolding himself for letting someone else confess to you before him. However, itâs a minute sensation in comparison to the triumph Alhaitham feels knowing that you rejected the other party.Â
âWe have a lot to talk about, donât we?â
âWe do, but I want to ask you something first.âÂ
You nod, hugging the bouquet closer to your chest, anticipation heavy in the air as you spur him to continue.Â
âIf I asked you out, would you reject me too?â
A mere second passes by where you donât respond, yet the second stretches out to what feels like eternity as Alhaithamâs stomach churns. Patience is something he doesnât lack, but how can he be patient when his heart wants you so bad?Â
Then, you take his hand, and the heavens sing at the feeling of your hand in his. âI wouldnât, but are you asking me out?â
âAre you free right now?â
âI am. Why?â
âLetâs go out then. On a date.â
âI'd love to.â You rise up to place a lingering kiss on his cheek, one that has his heart racing with joy rather than frustration.
The smile you earn is gentle, shy, but says more than Alhaitham's words ever can.

Chapter 1 : Mirage

You loved him and he loved you , everything was perfect ....
Till she came in the picture.
Â
You tried to convince your heart that they were just co - workers and friends but how can you ignore the pain in your heart when you see how good they look together ?? Â
  Â
And it would've been better if he had told you that you are the one he loved, she is only a friend even if it was white lie.....
But when he kept quite on every new news of her being his fiance you understood that you lost him and now with broken heart you left him .
It was not important to tell him as he rarely came to you now and you thought he will be happy that you made his work easy.
But you broke the most when you saw his pics of kissing her getting viral.
As there was nothing to say you left without telling him , you were afraid .....
Afraid that you will loose yourself if you will meet him.
You just told Jin-ah that you are going on a long trip and then you disappeared.
It didn't took the little girl long to understand that you are not on a fun trip but on a trip for search of new life a life away from his brother .
She loved you very much, since she first meet you. She was able to see that your love for her brother was sincere,
she was very angry on her brother...
how can he cheat on you....
how can he let you go and not come to meet you.

Sung -jinwoo was very tired when he returned home , all he wanted was to see your cute little face all excited to jump over him and smother him with your little kisses ; and her little sisters reaction as always on this.
"Ewwww!!! Get some room you two!! "
she said pouting with disgust but trying to hide her smrik.
He smiled on remembering the flashback.
Â
But when he entered the apartment he was hit with a bad feeling.... the lights were dim and there was an unusual peace in the apartment.
He started searching for you as he knew Jin-ah was at school right now but there was no one inside .
His heart was pounding badly he was scared the strongest hunter was scared ...
 Â
scared to understand and accept the reality ....
  Â
scared to accept that you knew what he did ; he tried to calm his heart by telling himself that you are just gone out to shop you will come back soon.
He was getting mad with the silence in the apartment.
He was pulling his hair, his shirt was all wrinkled when he heard the gate open ; he run for the gate only to meet his sisters cold gaze......she understood what had happened but all she did was started shouting at him that how much you loved him that how much you suffered all the while when he was enjoying with Cha hae.
He was shocked by this outburst you saw that fake news??
You believed he will cheat on you?? With that Cha hae???
No He have to clear this misunderstanding before its too late.
He was kneeling on the floor trying desperately to call your number , tears in his eyes but the number was no longer available.

hello so I know there is a 0% chance youâll write this (bc no body cares ab me) but can I please have killua calling reader clingy in a argument and then it hurts her and then he comforts her (ignore if you would like lol)

Understand people will care for you once you start to care for yourself. Don't put others ahead of you.
-You honestly don't remember why you two were arguing.
-However you were to stubborn to give up your opinion.
-Killua, needless to say, was losing and started using personal attacks against you since he didn't have a very strong point.
-It became more of him insulting you rather than a discussion that you two disagreed on.
-"You know, maybe we wouldn't be arguing if you weren't so clingy. Don't you understand how annoying it is, to have you complain how much you want my attention? Why can't you just leave me alonr like everybody else?"
-You were heartbroken at that comment. Clingy? Sure, but you thought he said he loved you clingy side. He craved your attention.
-A few more words were spoken after that, you barely said anything have that comment. Killua didn't even notice.
-You said you needed sometime by yourself, and left into your bedroom.
-You locked yourself in and then proceeded to sit in the bed, pulling your knees up to your chest.
-I sat there thinking 'why would he say that? Did he seriously mean it or was it just in the heat of the moment?"
-About 15 minutes of this, you hear a knock in the door. You open it up to see Killua with a gulitly look.
-"Uh, Y/N I'm sorry about earlier. I...didn't mean it, any of it. I really just don't want you to be sad anymore."
-He looked up at you again and opened hia arms. "Could I... Get a hug?"
-You nod wrapping your arms around his body.
-You two just sit in comfortable silence in one another's embrace.
