nina zenik — daughter of hecate (greek)

powers:

can manipulate the mist to cast glamours/illusions upon people to make them appear different and trick both mortal and non-mortals alike

has the innate ability for magic and can cast any spell she's capable of; the power and effectiveness of the spell depends on her confidence and health

can control and summon certain types of dead, such as spirits, ghosts, or souls of the damned (necrokinesis)

matthias helvar — son of mars (roman)

powers:

higher stamina, speed, and strength than the average demigod. has faster reflexes and can dodge/parry otherwise lethal attacks that would kill/injure anyone else.

able to perfectly wield any weapon he chooses.

can bond and commune with wolves, mars's sacred animal.

wylan van eck — son of hephaestus (greek)

powers:

can create small sparks and explosions with his hands like lit gunpowder or firecrackers/fireworks

can detonate explosives such as grenades, landmines, bombs etc. from a range of 1500-2000 feet by reaching out through a form of telekinesis and triggering them. can similarly disarm any explosive

I know nobody (probably) would have any idea what I’m talking about when I say that it’s Monument 14 Day. As in the *exact* date Emmy Laybourne set her book series on, September 18th 2024. Anyways, I thought it was pretty cool and wanted to say something in case someone has actually read the books 🥲.

SBG Makeup Headcanons:

Ashlyn is probably decent at it because she does it for recitals but other than that she doesn't really wear any. She's hesitant with other people doing it on her, and she's kinda picky about which products they can use. After a while Ashlyn finally agreed to let Taylor try a makeup look on and she nearly exploded with joy.

Taylor absolutely looooves makeup. She probably wears minimal makeup to school but loves experimenting with looks in her free time, and uses literally everyone in the friend group as her model. She probably can't afford super expensive stuff and uses drugstore brands, but has a few Sephora products that she loves and uses for special occasions.

Aiden is THE makeup guru of the group, you cannot convince me otherwise. He will wear most extravagant looks for no reason, they'll plan a hangout and he will show up with neon graphic eyeliner and glitter eyeshadow just cause. Aiden probably hangs out with Taylor and they do makeup looks on each other. He's kinda rich, so he probably has a lot of high end makeup that Taylor loves to borrow.

Tyler doesn't really wear anything other than concealer to hide his dark circles from Taylor, but he doesn't mind her putting makeup on him for fun. Red did confirm he likes doing hair, tattoos, piercings, etc, So maybe he would be good at makeup idk.

Similar to Tyler, Ben doesn't wear any makeup on the daily but is fine with it being put on him by Aiden or Taylor.

Logan probably doesn't wear it because of his past of being bullied, but is secretly glad whenever someone asks to put it on him.
