... video games with bellies is kinda fun...

For one, there's using bellies as like seats. Maybe the gamer wasn't paying attention to how much they were snacking (or maybe it's already after the fact), and they wind up using their own big gut as an impromptu bean bag (or someone else uses it as such, or a cozy and noisy back rest). Playfully bugging their friend by shifting or moving their belly against them, or wobbling it if they're on top of it or something

could go the 'take a shot' way, like each time someone dies they have to eat a whole plate of food or something, like their belly growing larger and larger as they struggle through a difficult game... maybe accidentally getting thrown off my a burp or hiccup once or twice.

And for more direct vore ones, could do the obvious 1v1 where the loser gets eaten and the winner moves on to play solo player... or could do another two player game with one person playing handheld in the other's belly. When the other person starts winning, the predator can shake or lie on their belly to try and throw them off, and the other can punch or kick at the stomach to do the same (and they also might have to beware the rain of incoming snack foods too)
