I'll try to put only my original ideas here but some of them have been influenced by other posts

•hange's actor is non binary in real life

•eren's actor was a child actor that played various background child characters in many movies but aot is his first leading role

•levi's actor is a professional acrobat and does all of his stunts himself

•this resulted to him getting injured on his leg during shooting that one chasing scene in season 3 pt 1

•erwin's actor is very respected in the industry and has an academy award

•mikasa's actor is part Japanese and is related to levi's actor

•zeke's actor was really goofy and a huge fan of the manga

•he was really excited when he was able to act with normal clothes instead of the suit they made him wear as the beast titan

•armin's actor was cast because of of his soft childlike voice that isayama was looking for

•jean's actor was a child model and continued doing modelling during and after aot

•he absolutely loves his character and was really excited to watch him grow and develop

•erwin's and levi's actors knew eachother before aot and are really close

•they make a lot of eruri jokes on set and act as if they are in love on purpose

i think aot ending soon has finally dawned on me and i’m getting p emotional 😭😭😭 to help me cope, i’ve just been thinking abt all the characters in an actor au and they’re all actually okay and are just acting, i’m in it as well bc why not 🙄💅🏽 but there’s not a lot of actor au aot stuff on tumblr!! they’re all so cute tho ughhh

my favorite headcanon with that is that in the scene that historia punches levi, he wasn't supposed to smile, but he kept breaking and laughing or grinning so eventually they just kept it in.

mikasa and annie are best friends and actually knew each other before they started filming.

connie takes smoke breaks between scenes and always posts selfies of him freezing his ass outside in a really attractive hoodie to his insta.

if eren is ever asked who he ships his character with, his immediate answer is always jean.

erwin and connie are smoke buddies.

hange is also a fashion designer who has modeled their own clothing before. the scout uniforms were made with heavy input from them.

when ymir and historia announce that they're dating irl, yumikuri is trending for two days on twitter.

levi and mikasa are also cousins irl and didn't know the other was going to be in the show until they were both on set.
