- extremely manipulative in the same way. both put on a front of being bumbling and clumsy so people wouldn't suspect their true nature (martin being totally unqualified for the job and elias being. yknow.)

- lied about their ages so they wouldnt look suspicious

- deeply practical and logical people but conceal it to get what they want

- manipulated peter lukas together into taking L after L after L

- not normal about jon jarchivist

- frequently use jon jarchivist as a living weapon (portable gatling gun/apocalypse trigger)

- not opposed to playing god and think they get to decide who lives and who dies

- winners of the idgaf war in s4

- generally petty little bitches and are at their coolest and sexiest when they're being morally bankrupt

- both deliberately got someone suspected for murder (one of them actually got the suspect arrested and surprisingly it wasnt elias)

- smugness meter through the roof when they're deliberately fucking shit up. does not end well for either of them

- constantly underestimating each other despite their knowledge of manipulation tactics and it fucks shit up for them both but they hate each other too much to stop
