My grandmother asked me to make this for her today so I decided to share it with the people of tumblr as well! It's a mermaid that's based off of a lingcod :D

And this one is just kinda a random one, but I really love the shading and the girls dress :D

More mermaid art! Today's mermaid is a a betta fish mer with a koi pattern! It's been so long since I've drawn any sort of mer that I've forgotten how fun it is TvT

Also someone on my last post asked about what the purpose of the key was for, and I just feel like the mer people wouldn't really know what the intended purpose of the items are, so they kinda just wear the random items they found or display human things they think are cool looking to all the other mer folk (if that makes any sense) :D
