Been working on Green Arrow for a good few weeks now & I'm happy to say that he's pretty much completed! (Gotta iron out a few small things, but that'll come later)

Mans needed a new face design BAD, cause istg all of Spong's faces were the EXACT same for whatever reason- (Credit to @seaswine for helping me out with a lil face concept!)
