Since Thomas day was yesterday for me, I'll just be reblogging this.

Ay! New Thomas design finally made! Thomas is now 16 years old and with a lot more magic training under his belt.

This is one of my favorite fanfic's and the story is about exactly this- FIC HERE. Watching the characters figure out how to even tell their ass from the ground is just so good, reading engines how to person is amazing, one of my fav concepts.

Concept: Trains being turned into humans through ✨magical bullshit✨ and suddenly having to adjust to their strange new squishy forms. Having legs instead of wheels, no longer being confined to railroad tracks, needing food instead of coal, etc. Hijinks and shenanigans ensue. :)

The ideas and opportunities for their human drivers to take them on cute tours of the island, teach them how to person, show them how to sleep and they feel SO comfy all wrapped up in fluffy blankets on their driver's couch, not to mention teaching them how to bathe/get dressed/use the bathroom

showing them what a hug feels like

New smells, new sights, new sensations, being able to see their driver's face so up close and personal

I'm most proud of Zak's design, having trouble doing Zeb's design right, still figuring out Zip and Zug.

I kinda wanted to make something for 1/1 but since I had already updated Thomas's design I thought I'd go with Skarloey. So here's his updated design, with the laws passed and Skarloey owed a large check the first thing he and the others did was go to buy clothes that were comfortable to faun without needing to shave thier fur, Skarloey decided to go with an 18th century look since he always liked the look of bow ties.
