top surgery recovery has given me a lot of time to think, which is both epic and not. Been thinking a lot about past selves, past experiences, and how they all led up to me being the person I am today. I dont like the “I was born in the wrong body” rhetoric because I think it removes the agency for trans people to self-determination of our identities, nor do I like trans identities to be reduced to our bodies. I was that little girl, and I am not ashamed of her, nor was she ever my enemy. We do not have to reject our past selves to validated in our current selves, and I will continue to cherish the little girl in my head because she helped me become the person I am now <3

i’m 5’4-5’5, with green eyes and curly brown hair thats mid back length. i have quite a few freckles all over my chest and have a bunch of faded ones on my nose and under my eyes.

personality wise, i am an extrovert and love to hangout with friends. my friends say i am a mix of life of the party and the mom friend. i can be shy when you first meet me but becoming very talkative very quickly. i am super friendly and not afraid to go out of my comfort zone. i love to be traveling and going on random adventures. if i could i would be tanning outside all day, every day(wear your sunscreen friends). i am a sucker for all dogs, i would lay my life on the line if it meant i could sit in a room full of puppies. i love to read while laying out or when my anxiety is getting to me. i enjoy taking my dogs for drives with the windows rolled down listening to music. i live near the ocean so i enjoy a quick beach trip. not sure if this adds anything but i am also a cancer! thank you!:)

Your not quite what Crosshair expected when you were assigned to him. For starters your tiny thought had had learnt that no matter the size someone can be quote deadly if trained right.

You are the polar opposite of him. Out going, enjoys talking with the rest of your team and even inviting everyone out for meals and drinks.

But he also sees how caring you can be when need to be. After he had been burnt you had cared for him for the coming weeks not really leaving his side and that rubbed off on him. He hadn't ever had a natborn let alone someone care for him like this.

He enjoyed listening to you read when you thought he was asleep. Listing to you're voice almost puts him in a trance.

It's only then does he start to take in your features and find that he thinks your adorable.

On many occasions he has pulled up he's squad and another clones who have tried to hit on you. He won't take it.

He becomes very territorial over what he believes is his and God forbid anything happen to this little bit of happiness he has found in this godforsaken galaxy.

He wants to learn as much about you as he can and for starters he wants to take you somewhere with nice beaches and not the raging truant that is Kamino.

His body hurts, more then it normally does after missions. He can feel the burns across his body, he wants to move but every twitch of his muscles makes him feel like he's back on fire. "Easy commander, don't try to move" he hears as his eyes flick open to the dark room. They flicker around looking for the source of the voice only to find you wringing out wet clothes before placing them over burns.

"Where are we" he chokes out in a grumbles. "Back on Kamino Sir, you where badly injured, I've been caring for you for the past few cycles" you reply as you take a seat beside him.

"Commander permission to speak plainly" you ask only for him to grunt out a positive. "What happened out there was a shit show, you nearly died along with two others, they knew we were coming. We need a better strategy if we are going to capture them" Crosshairs listens to you talk and the both of you spend alittle chatting before he falls back into a restless sleep.

"She hasn't felt her hands shake in years, it’s so easy to dissociate & maintain a calmness about her. After all shock and trauma are familiar friends now. It sits low on her chest, drops the feeling in legs until the ground has moved to her knees." You read in the dim lightly of the room. Crosshair asleep in his bunk. You voice is light as it cares thought the room.

"Everything was going so wrong, none of this was meant to happen. It cracks a well built composure until she’s sobbing and gripping to the wound that’s pierced his flesh. She can’t stop his adjustment to troll, but the Doctor doesn’t know how to fix magical beings." You finish the page only to hear movement. Looking up you see Crosshair sitting up in his bunk looking at you.

"Continue, it... it is relaxing to listen to you read" he says which makes you smile and pick up on the new page .

"Knowledge is failing, breathing becoming quick intakes until she thinks she might be hyperventilating. The rain doesn’t help, she can’t see how badly he’s hurt until her body is a shield from the weather." You read eyes flicking to your commander. "What is this called." He ask as he begins to sit up. You drop the holo pad and rust to his side. "Commander please don't try and move it will just put you in more pain"

"I've been still to long I need out of this room" he hisses as he stands with quite a bit of effort. "Commander let me help you then" you reply as you help him stand and slowly the two of you walk towards the door of the room.
