Been getting into some 4 panel comics!! I think im gonna get back into Tumblr...

I didn’t want to relog onto Tumblr, but I figured I’d pop in to speak up about a little thing called art theft.

A popular YouTuber recently used some of my art in a video without permission or credit (thank you to Sygdom on Steam for letting me know), and in the process of trying to deal with this, I popped around to a few other Problem Sites to check for other incidents.

What I found is this RedBubble user who is using a 🔥 lot 🔥 of popular pieces of fanart from the community:

Please spread the word around to help me get this pile of garbage taken down, for all the artists involved.

I no longer do public art anymore, and one of the biggest reasons was the disproportionate theft versus support and engagement in the time leading up to my self-exile.

The Terraria community has been a very large contributor to the theft side of the problem for years and is part of the reason I left these parts even before giving up art overall.

I pray for a future where people learn to respect the artists who bring enrichment to their lives.

I’m one week post op and stressing about having to miss 3 weeks of work.
