black lives matter today and every single day. i havent used this acc in a while but i want to remind u all to sign petitions, make phone calls, use ur voice, and understand that the justice system set in place in the us is corrupt and was created to keep black people marginalized!! its ingrained into our institutions and we need to acknowledge it and work to change it!! educate urself, do not expect black people to educate u. they are fighting for their lives and the LEAST u can do is donate to their efforts so they have the funds to keep protesting, JOIN THE PROTESTS and use ur white privilege to protect them against the ¢0ps who are getting violent on them when they are being peaceful, stop acting like protests are fun outings, educate urself and ur loved ones who are uneducated, and STOP BEING PERFORMATIVE!!!!!!! if posting on ur ig story is the only thing u are doing u are not doing anything at all. call out ur loved ones for their racism and educate them. do everything u possibly can!!!! if u are unable to make donations or leave ur home at this time, share links to donate so people who are able to can!! sign petitions!! send emails and make calls to demand accountability for the p0l1c3 that are abusing their power. please understand that just bc this is the way things are, doesnt mean thats how it should be!!! take a stand and use ur voice, stand in solidarity w black people and fight for them. u dont get a cookie for doing this shit, be a decent human being without expecting praise in return. sending u all love at this time and please remember there is still a pandemic going on!! take necessary precautions at all costs and stay safe. i am rting every resource i can find on my twitter, if u want to see it u can request to follow me at twitter.com/pushinghoney thats all i have to say for now, please elevate black voices and dont speak over them and remember that all lives do not matter until black lives matter!! 1312
