Well... a muse usually refers to a source of inspirationOn Tumblr, it refers to your Ocs, Original Characters,A municipal refers to land or town things, like the municipal police, sooo one is an authority figure that's in reality and the other is a fictional character...???Jk, I know you meant mun.Mun refers to the artist, the person behind the screen. They decide how the characters will respond and why.So a muse is like the puppetAnd the mun is the puppeteerFor most blogs, anyway!It can slightly vary, like how some muns see their muses in reality and can ask them how they'd respond, or some muses are based on the mun's friends, so asking a friend how they'd react to something could help the mun decide how a character respond.Or it could be just the standard processThey make a character and think of how they'd react if they were said character in that situation!
