Let's get straight to the point without further ado.

We know that Futaba has spiritual powers as a result of her past life. But here's something I noticed: she gets it after her mother's demise.

And Mototaka seems completely fine with whatever Fu reveals to him about being an onmyouji, youkai, their bonds and even the fact that they are involved with the Imperial Army, even if temporarily. It's almost like.... he knows everything. He questions absolutely nothing about onmyoudo or youkai, and isn't even a tad bit curious.

What if it has something to do with Fu's mother? She could possibly have been an onmyouji or youkai herself, which would explain Fu's powers and how mysteriously she died. That would also explain the very little information we get about her from a Event Story (it was some event featuring Kuro and a boy who joined Kuro's troupe). And what if she got used by the Army? She just disappears so mysteriously and there's just so little we know about her.

It would be rather awkward to jump to conclusions. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

𝑨 𝒅𝒂𝒕𝒆, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒏𝒂𝒎𝒆(𝚃𝚘𝚒𝚌𝚑𝚒𝚛𝚘 𝚡 𝚁𝚎𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚛)

-"Are we there yet?"...He kept asking this question a million times, you don't know if it was for the purpose of teasing you or because he is curious, or maybe both. You didn't answer him holding that little basket of yours walking between shrubs and bushes trying to cool your nerves from his childish attitude but, you can't deny that you loved that side of him.

It all started when you went to the Yuri household, asking your Kitsune lover to join you on a date. He was shocked at first, usually he'll ask you to go on a date or a tea party or some luxurious activity but this time, you boldly come and ask the aristocrat fox to join you. "Oh, so the little lady's going to entertain me this time? Very well, I shall try to clear my schedule then." Toichiro said with an amused tone, it was obvious that he was excited to see where you're going to take him.

Both of you kept on walking for half an hour now, seems that the destination is way too far from the capital, but seeing you looking left and right makes Toichiro feel a bit worried, "are you sure about your directions? I'm afraid that our endless walking will cause us to get lost." He sighs stopping on his tracks not sure of where to go next, you stopped on your tracks too looking at him "I've been visiting the location for a whole week to remember the road very carefully, and I'm completely sure of the route we're taking right now." You said while making your way to Toichiro and holding his hand looking at his violet eyes "So please, well you keep going with me? I want to make sure you have fun today." You said again, trying to reach his violet eyes until you notice that they start to get soft "well, how can I say no when you're giving me these looks?" He said with a light chuckle and hold yout hand in exchange allowing you to lead the way this time until both of you reach the place in question.

He won't show it but, Toichiro was actually happy that you're trying so hard to make this date successful, he noticed how determined you are for the sake of making him happy, it was like returning the favor for all the time he tried to make you feel the same way, even though to the social class difference between the two of you, he didn't mind a very humble date so long as it's you who is taking him to it. After another 5 minutes of walking, your smile start to wide and you took your hand from Toichiro's and start running forward like a child. Toichiro start to smile to and followed you to who-knows-where.

When he took another step he was stunned by the scene he is seeing right now, it was like he went to completely another world, a wisteria flowers filled the whole erea with its amazing bright color, dangling from its trunks shining with the light of the afternoon sunshine, the smell was very strong and captivating like a pleasant luxurious perfume, Toichiro's eyes went wide after seeing this, he didn't know how to react to this, his feelings were mixed between shock and joy, he can't react at all, "so, what do you think?" You asked him interrupting his surprise moment "I found this place a while ago and found the wisteria flowers and...they just reminds me of you." You explained, of course Toichiro's name have the meaning "wisteria" in it so it's easy seeing this flowers will remind you of the man you love since he have the same name, a smile on bhis face he started walking towards you to hold you in his arms.

"You always keep surprising me, my little fox." He whispered in your ear, your cheeks flushed red after hearing that new nickname he gave you.  The last time he gave you a nickname was when you both expressed your feelings for each other, you didn't know how to react to it, especially after Toichiro pulled back from his embrace to look at your flushed face. There was his distinctive smile that indicated that he was enjoying what he was looking at. "Anyway, I made some snacks for us so...you know...we'd have time to spend together here in this place." you said trying to change the subject and Toichiro chuckled for your lack of tryst, Then he went to the basket in your hand, to take out the sheet and spread it on the ground, "Good for you that Shizuki will not be able to find us here, so rest assure, not a single soul will boycott our private date." Toichiro said while he sat down on the sheet patting a spot indicated that he want you to set next to him.

You didn't hesitate to accept his invitation and went to sat next to him but even before your body touch the ground, he grabs you by the arm and pulls you towards him so that it looks like you're sitting on his lap, And you didn't have much time to comprehend what just happened, until you realized that your lips have meet together with his own, his kiss was full of desire and love at the same time, you weren't able to pull back so you let him deeping his kiss for you.

When he pulled away he smirks triumphantly "I like when you make these expressions." He said teasing, you blinked once, twice, many times trying to understand what was that but failed, you shook your head trying to compose yourself while Toichiro was hiding his laugh at that reaction, "you're such a tease Master Toichiro." You said, intending to put the part *Master* for the sake of irony, but you can't lie...you've always loved this in him.
