(if you're trying to figure out what the hell Oswald is holding its his remote not a gun or a syringe 💉. I also added a little by making him slightly melt (my little head canon is that when Oswald gets stressed a lot his ink or paint slightly melts . I also added Wakko into this because I thought he would fit in bit my good friend of mine really like Wakko and Animatics so I thought I'd combine those things together.)
