Sill Mad That They Set Up Tech/Phee And Then She Doesn't Get A Scene Where She Deals W Tech's Loss, Like
Sill mad that they set up Tech/Phee and then she doesn't get a scene where she deals w Tech's loss, like WTF. They needed to give her more depth.
Like the thing is what I hate most about 'happily ever after on Pabu' is Phee is barely a footnote in this season. She is the WHOLE REASON the Batch have somewhere to stay, to bring the freed clones and the Force kids and the cadet kids, and she's barely there this time.
She has less screentime than Rampart or Hemlock.
And like, yeah--I'm gonna call that bad writing. Because it is. Having black characters serve as nothing more than providing safe places for others to hang out at and otherwise removing them from their own narrative place is really awful.
A good 1/3 of the season happens on that island and she's absent for 99% of it. That's bullshit.

That was awesome but I'm disappointed the Zilo didn't eat Rampart (I know Zilos consume electricity idc)

The important questions 🙌
One of the questions I have that was left unanswered... Is he wearing booty shorts, leg warmers, and socks? 3 pairs of tall socks? Socks and two bicycle shorts? Seriously, what's going on there.

Ok so idk if this has ever been officially confirmed in canon but Katarn armor which commandos wear is A LOT more resistant than normal trooper armor.
Legends Katarn armor is blaster proof & strong enough to withstand grenade blasts even at close range. And yes the Batch are commandos, Gregor assumes they're CCs like him from looking at their armor. We can assume this is true given that Gregor survived the blast at the depot.
So can we please appreciate that Echo had to weigh blending in at the base vs risking his physical safety in shitty TK armor.
Knife in the Back
So I’ve been wondering if the knife actually hit Echo or just got stuck in the armor. He was thrown back when it hit him but he hardly showed any other reaction to it.

When he pulled it out it looked as if it might have gotten stuck at the backpack.

But when he’s back on Pabu we can see clearly that it did, in fact, hit a weak spot and hurt him.
Ouch!

He doesn’t show any restrictions during combat but when he rests for a second or two you can see that he moves the shoulder as if he needs to deal with pain. The adrenaline probably kept him going.
