RUN: Chapter II

Jeon Jungkook hops from bed to bed, sleeping with as many beautiful, rich women as he can possibly find time for.  He’s young and attractive, with a silver tongue that gets him practically anything he wants.  So when his friend and boss, Kim Taehyung, tells him it’s time to settle down, Jungkook takes it pretty badly.  And when he finds out that the woman he’s destined to marry is, in fact, his little sister’s best friend, he is less than impressed.

You have spent your entire life trying to forget the way you feel about Jeon Jungkook.   So when you find out that Jungkook is to be your husband - and that he is anything but pleased about it - your world is thrown into chaos.  How can you survive a loveless marriage with the man you are hopelessly in love with?

WARNINGS: Language, some violence and eventual smut.

Your wedding came and went like the wind. 

It hadn’t been a large affair - barely more than fifty people had attended - but your mother had cried of course, and so had Jungkook’s mum, and at the end of it you were Mrs Jeon.

Your new husband had kissed you at the end of it - gently, quickly, like it didn’t really mean much - but you couldn’t help it that your heart skipped at the feeling.  Your first kiss with the man you’d spent most of your life loving, and it was like vapour.

And now here you were, stood in the foyer of Jungkook’s apartment, wondering what the hell you were doing.  You felt like some kind of imposter - a woman only pretending to be Jungkook’s wife.  You tightened the hold on your suitcase, the one your mother had made you pack only a week prior.

“Most of your things will be sent over in the days after you marry,” She’d told you, eyes mischievous, “But you’ll need something special for your wedding night.”

You scoffed. 

Your wedding night had been anything but spectacular. 

Bangtan had splashed out on an incredibly expensive hotel complete with matching robes and expensive champagne, but you’d spent most of the night alone.  You hadn’t been able to bare much of the reception, claiming a headache only an hour and a half into the festivities, and though Jungkook had seemed less than happy about it, he’d told you to make your way to the hotel room without him.

Of course, when you’d arrived all you’d done was to get into bed and cry yourself into some kind of dreamless sleep, feeling like nothing could ever make you happy again.  Hours had passed before Jungkook joined you, and when he did, you didn’t mention the smell of perfume on him, and he stayed far, far away from you.

You shook your head furiously, trying to rid your mind of all those horrible memories. 

One day, you hoped, you’d have beautiful children, and then you could shower them with all of your unrequited love.

“Are you listening to me?”

Yay, I JUST got my blog back and saw you answered my ask. Anyway, thank you for clearing up what Jimin meant. I thought he was implying Kiko changed him (I mean he did, you just said that) but like in a bad way. 

I couldn’t access my blog for the past week and I was so mad... Thankfully I keep a note with all the fics I’m reading, oldschool y’know. The “you never know what might happen so let’s keep a file with all the names” cynic me really thought it through. I had to create a new blog cause I thought I wasn’t getting this one back.

So this MH update... Oh my God, I think some angst is on the way and I really hope OC and JK can continue being friends... JK is obviously still hurting about the Kiko situation, and jumping into a new relationship isn't the smartest thing to do. I'll say it again, he DOES love OC but I don't think he has romantic ROMANTIC feelings.. I mean, he IS attracted to her, duh, he's said it himself BUT I don't think he's either in love with her nor ready to love her the way she deserves... He just needs comfort and he's being a little short sighted about what all that sweet talking is doing to our girl.

And OC, my babygirl... She's just getting confused by his actions and words. I mean, how not to? Unless she's a brick of ice, she's bound to develop some sort of romantic feelings towards him. She already loved him as a friend, so it's not hard for those feelings to evolve into something else.

Oh and also, Jimin? His little insight about JK not being JK when Kiko was around? I hope I got that straight, and if I did... Damn, I'd love to see a little more about their opinion on JK's previous relationship.

Sorry about my little rant, I was ecstatic when I saw the MH update. I literally dropped everything I was doing and went to lie down on the couch to read it.. lol

About Jungkook, you really explained it well! I don’t think I’ve to add anything else to it, you’re right! About Y/N to say it this way... she’s just happy she’s getting some😳 and she’s enjoying how that feels like with Jungkook, since her previous sex life wasn’t that great she’s fully enjoying this. But yes, she had noticed some things has changed (not necessarily feelings but the way they act around each other... well, everything will be explained later in the story) and she’s wondering if Jungkook noticed it as well. That’s why she wants to talk to him in the first place. I can’t really say much, not wanting to ruin the next chapter for you but I really hope y’all will understand some things more! The thing with Jimin and what he meant by saying he’s “different” with Y/N than Kiko is exactly how he described. He just sees that even if they’re “dating” they still bicker and mess around with each other, the only difference is that they kiss and touch each other more intimately (which is a part of their plan sort of, and Jimin doesn’t know about it). He didn’t mean anything bad by saying it, he was just simply talking to his friend and voicing out his thoughts. Jimin isn’t blind and sees the difference between Jungkook–Y/N / Jungkook–Kiko. Jungkook used to be very lovey-dovey around Kiko and he cared about so many things, wanting everything to be perfect for her, when with Y/N... he’s still the same best friend who pokes her and makes fun of her. (Just a little insight what Jimin was hinting at) Anyway, I enjoyed reading this ask and I hope I explained some things to you and anyone who was wondering about the same thing. You know, as I was reading I kept wondering if the other members might be included in this story and oh boy, I'm so happy about what this chapter enlighted.. The emotions they both go through, the awful abuse poor Jimin has to suffee, the almost lost trust... Ugh! I really hope Erin doesn't flip because then I'm losing faith in humanity..

synopsis:  a world of dragons, demons, devils, gods and ghouls- humans were of small number. you’ve lived on the outskirts of your human village in the woods ever since you could remember. living alone in a small cabin with nothing but woodland trees, ponds, lakes and animals was like a small paradise- with the occasional bump in the road. as someone who’s studied and experimented with nature to make all sorts of concoctions- your home was ideal. it didn’t matter that your village didn’t like it or that they rejected your life of medicine. what did matter, however, was the dragon stuck in a trap not too far from your home that you just discovered.

a/n: heh i didn’t actually proof this teaser, so the spelling errors? we don’t acknowledge know them 

When you could see the clearing ahead, you slowed your footsteps and slowly crept up behind a tree to peer around it.  As you did so, your breath caught in your throat as you gasped and slapped a hand over your mouth to keep from choking and making a sound.  You spun around, nearlying dropping your basket from your arm as you hid behind the tree you peered around and pressed your back firmly to it’s trunk.

Your breath shuttered, shook, halted and repeated.  You couldn’t remember how to breathe properly as you tried to be as quiet as possible.  Around that tree trunk and indeed caught in a metal trap was no animal.

It was a dragon.

BTS Confirmed To Attend 2020 MAMA; Will Perform Songs From Upcoming Album

BTS is officially performing at this year’s Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA)! On November 5, CJ ENM announced, “BTS has been confirmed for the lineup of performing artists for this year’s 2020 MAMA. As BTS has put on a number of legendary performances [at past ceremonies] that earned the cheers of their fans and will remain in MAMA history, people are already looking forward to finding out what kind of performance BTS will show at the 2020 MAMA.” CJ ENM went on to reveal, “Through their performance at this year’s MAMA, fans will be able to see BTS perform songs from their new album ‘BE,’ which is due out on November 20.” The 2020 MAMA will be held on December 6 in an “untact” (contact-free) format.
