This fic by @tacitwhisky is one of my favorit JonsaAU fics.

Summary: Jon speaks the words of the Kingsguard kneeling in a sept of seven glass walls before seven southron gods that are not his own. Barristan Selmy touches his sword to either of Jon’s shoulders and Jon swears to serve a king he hates, to forsake lands and titles and to never sire sons or know a woman’s touch. “Stand vigil till morning,” Selmy tells him when it is done, and drapes a white cloak over his shoulders. “We will have need of you at the crowning of good King Joffrey and Queen Sansa.”

TLDR: AU where Jon goes to Kingslanding instead of the Wall, there’s no war, and he becomes a knight of the kingsguard even as Joffrey marries Sansa. As Joffrey’s true colors inevitably show Jon is forced to choose between southern chivalry and northern duty.
