Do not remove bullets. After getting shot the bullet itself is harmless. The most dangerous thing it can do at that point is to cause lead poisoning in a couple of years. By removing it you may damage more tissues and make bleeding worse. You souldnt remove any arrows, bullets or other objects from your body unless you sure you can deal with bleeding. So leave it be.
