"Not really, even when I tell you the truth, I have my reason, yet it doesn’t excuse me for trespassing or put it best trying to break in someone property" Vanessa respond with her ears perk down while glancing at the feline directly at the feline as she doesn't believe that empress would think at such, she committed a crime in front of the empress, of course it would result something like this.

"You see...the time piece is not just known for it fuel or it power but it also known for people to betray others if they knew what it can do. My child been betrayed by a few, which resulted her to be conscious on others. I don't blame her though, after all, I been back stab before more than one time." Vanessa spoke as she recalled her moment of being betrayed, those who she thought she could trust ended up hurting her more than one way. Even when giving them a benefit of doubt, she ended up fighting her way to survive at the time she was alive.

Yet she is now dead and got backstab once more from someone else who she thought was a friend to help only to be someone who just used her as a puppet to do his bidding without her knowing.

The Empress’s attention is raptly on the stranger as she speaks. The ability to alter time itself? The Empress feels her whiskers tingle with anticipation. What a worthy ideal… but she doesn’t want to mess with forces beyond her comprehension yet. Not when she knows the bare minimum about this “time alteration”. No, she would have to get her paws on more information… but as for the other fact, a new fuel source is greatly coveted. The Empress draws herself out of her thoughtfulness, shelving the time alteration part for now.

“ Well, in the case of such a powerful jewel… I surely cannot let it out of my sight. After all, the wrong paws could be anyone, ” she purrs, examining her claws. Her tone suddenly becomes more dangerous as she lifts her head and gazes at the dragoness piercingly, “ especially someone who would break into a high-security jewelry store to try and take it. ”

The cat turns slightly and adopts a ready stance, her arm drawing back; she’s prepared to swipe. Her ears angle back slightly and she begins to bare her teeth.

“ Regardless of any supposedly ‘noble’ intentions, you still snuck onto my property. Had I not caught you, minutes later you would have been stealing my wares as well. Did you really expect me to believe you only wanted one jewel? ”

“c'mere. let me give you a hug." - hattie to vanny (a little scared, but still trying to see if kindness will work after all!!)

The ice queen froze as she glance at the child, this was a first time someone offer a hug to her, specifically that is an alternative of her hat child. "I...o.k then." Vanny respond as she goes to Hattie and would accept the hug with open arm.

She was still surprise from hearing this, so far the queen have recalled her encounter with other alternative who....got angry, some scare and runaway and one being on guard while keeping on eye on them. The ice queen couldn't exactly blamed any of them

"Oh! No no not really! You took me by surprise is all." Vanny blushed as she wave both of her hand, letting out a nervous chuckle. She honestly didn't expected to meet moonjumper especially when she was just exploring around, wanting to know the differences between her subcon forest and their subcon forest.

"Ah! I'm queen Vanessa but everyone call me vanny." Vanny bowed at the blue moon being with a awkward smile.

Maybe? Time ended up slipping away from MoonJumper when they were trying to figure out if there were similar glowing mushrooms on top of the trees. So far the only one that the could find was on the tallest tree. 

“ Was I interupting something? “

"Why yes I am! I see someone been explain about the other alternative timelines or explore there themselves." Vanny spoke with a cheery smile, even though she have met some alternative people who aren't afraid of her or attack her, it still feel nice talking to someone who doesn't react either at such.

Moonjumper tends to have the effect of surprising people. Sure, Snatcher does it quite often! But Moonjumper seems to have the habit of doing so.

In return, their bowing back. Sweeping back their coat so that it wouldn’t end up bundling against the ground. Floating head tilting towards the side as they adjust their moncule. 

“ Are you from another Subcon? “

“Ah...well I guess I have to keep in mind then.” Vanessa spoke with her ears perk down as she have to take notes that just because most look fine mean they’re really are....which thinking about it got the ice queen more concern than she should be. though her head perk up and turn to alucard the moment she was asked about those bandits, vanny simply smile. “Oh I made sure they won’t, I may have punched them unconscious while I broke the conscious ones leg, you know as a warning by telling them that if the next time they try to mug me again, they wish I broke their legs.....I may have over done it now thinking about it....” Vanny spoke as she couldn’t help but feel bad, she was pretty mad that they try to mug her but maybe she shouldn’t have go that far to break their legs.

Vanny just smile and shake her head "oh goodness no, just because we introduce each other doesn't mean I'll take you to my place. I barely know you aside names, why would I lead a stranger to my kingdom, unless they're serious need for a doctor." While taking a glance at Alucard to top to bottom.

"As far as I can tell, you're still standing and looking healthy." Vanny as she shrug it off, again not really bother how he speak, he wasn't the first person to act such an asshole as she met plenty during her past life and after life, he not the first and sadly he won't be the last.

"I'm just walking by and hoping to find someone to talk to after almost ambushed by some bandits."

Vanny eyes shrink when being suggested to do crimes, not the first she heard few certain people saying that to her but it still taken her from surprise.

"Thanks child, still it might leave quiet an impression to your other friends if they see and know me." Vanny spoke as she was hinting one guy that she know that won't be utterly please. Snatcher of all beings, depending if this snatcher friend with this certain hat kid. Maybe they're a family? The ice queen didn't know but she know that the snatcher won't be liking one bit if he see her.

"Still, I do like to go watch the movie and do a little shopping trip." Vanny added as she glance at the kid with the hat

Oh , but what did he know ? Vanessa seemed like a very nice woman at heart , even if they had a very unfortunate meet - up previous .

Now Hat Kid finds herself face - to - face with Vanessa and trembling at the thought that she could become a frozen statue akin to those through the halls . She had tip - toed through the mansion to bring sweets and a bouquet with a complimentary card that read ‘ you r kool ^v^ ’ , &&. she felt very much uncool in contrast to the kind message she was giving .
