can we all just stop the glorification of being productive, and focus on being mindful instead??? For a while, I had this obsession with being productive each moment of my day. It drove me nuts. Now, I just strive to be mindful. I don’t scroll through social media or procrastinate anymore. Not because I try to be productive, but because I am mindful of the things that don’t serve me and I see my purpose on every action.Change your focus. Life isn’t about productivity, is about mindfulness.

Especially, if you are self-teaching yourself. Or else, you will end up in a pit of inconsistency.
