Late night drives

about: matt and y/n decide to go out for a late night drive.

Walking out to the car, hand in hand with matt, he walks me to the passengers side and opens the door for me. He does this every time yet I still get all flustered because of it.

Sliding into the passengers side, Matt shuts the door and walks over to his side, gets in, and starts the car.

Driving around Boston late at night was always one of our favourite things to do together, ever since we moved to la our late night drives became to much due to the traffic, and it would tend to stress us out, so we decide to keep this a Boston tradition.

A couple minutes into the drive I feel him place his hand on my thigh, not in a sexual or controlling way, just as a way to calm himself down, remind him that I'm here.

I put my hand on his and almost instantly he turns his hand over and interlocks our fingers.

Looking up at him, the moon hitting him perfectly, I couldn't take my eyes off of him, and of course this man notices, how could he not, i made it quite clear I was staring.

"you alright sweetheart?"

Sweetheart. oh god, this man makes me crumble.

As I said this I could see the pink flush across his face, and it makes me happy to know that, no matter how long we've been together we can still make each other feel so happy inside.
