The doctor is a series of story where people go see a Doctor but the crazy old senile Doctor keep on making mistake about his patient. But the Doctor is never wrong.

Randy's trip to the doctor takes an unexpected turn when he discovers he's pregnant with twins while preparing for a bodybuilding competition.

Randy, a 30-year-old bodybuilder, walked into the doctor's office, feeling unwell. His rugged face was pale, and his muscular physique seemed to droop slightly.

The doctor, looked over Randy's files. 'Just some morning sickness,' he declared, trying to reassure Randy.

Before Randy could respond, he was overcome by nausea and vomited into a bucket. The doctor continued talking, mentioning something about the first trimester.

Randy started feeling better, but his belly began to expand, stretching his shirt. He looked at the doctor, confused, as the doctor rambled on about an upcoming bodybuilding competition.

Randy's body began to grow, his muscles bulging and his clothes tearing, leaving him in a tight black Speedo. His once lean body now sported a small belly.

The doctor brought out an ultrasound machine. 'Let's have a look at your baby,' he said, as if it was the most normal thing in the world. Randy's belly grew even more.

Randy finally accepted what was happening. He looked at the monitor and saw two babies. He was pregnant with twins. He could hardly believe it.

The doctor finished the ultrasound, pronouncing that the babies were doing great. Randy's body changed again, his belly growing larger and his butt widening, preparing for the babies.

Randy waddled out of the doctor's office and found himself backstage at a bodybuilding competition. He felt a twinge of pain in his back, but he was ready.

Randy was up next. The audience was buzzing with excitement for the pregnant bodybuilder. He could hear the crowd cheering, their applause echoing throughout the room.

Randy stepped onto the stage, his muscles glistening under the spotlight. His belly was huge, but he moved with the grace of a bodybuilder. The crowd roared in approval.

Randy completed his routine, feeling a sense of accomplishment. He was a bodybuilder, and he was pregnant. He was breaking boundaries, and he couldn't be more proud.
