How i mastered the art of persisting & how yall can too

hello my luvs, lemme tell u, its been a rlly eventful last 2 weeks in terms of me undergo a drastic shift in my mindset and WHEWWWWW, i thought it was time to share with yall

storytime

this past year i told myself i would adopt a strict mental diet where i wouldn't let doubts stop me or anything and lemme tell you, it was such a rocky road. There would be periods of me affirming that i was a master shifter, seek validation from the 3D and then start dwelling in my old state again. This cycle of giving up continued until i came across these posts. I then deeped how i've been overcomplicating manifesting & shifting to the point where i would give up so easily on my new states because "persisting was too hard” when it rlly wasn't. Anyways, lemme share my favourite tips & advice i learnt.

THE ADVICE & TIPS

stop associating emotions w/ states

Once i stopped associating me doubting, being frustrated, etc with my state, i found stuff x10000 EASIER!! I be affirming when i'm sad/frustrated because my emotions do NAWT define me. If something happens in my life, i allow myself to acknowledge it then i affirm on loop that "everything gets better" and the very fact i am a master manifestor.

manifesting will exist whether u like it or not

whenever i feel like "giving up", i remember that no matter if i "give up" on my desires or not, the law of assumption will still operate in the same principle of dominant thoughts materialising ur reality. So that really made me think, why would i not take advantage of knowing about the loa and manifesting everything i want? Like once you find out about the law of assumption, there is no turning back so u might aswell utilise it.

you can never lose your "manifestation powers"

Sometimes i be having thoughts "what if i lose my manifestation powers" and its like?? i will always be able to manifest easily & so will you. You can never "lose" the ability to manifest. Its a LAW. Meaning you will always be able to do it

pick a staple affirmation & loop it no matter what

After utilising robotic affirming, i've felt so much more FULFILLED then i ever did. Trust me when i say, pick one affirmation (e.g. "i am a master shifter") and keep affirming through your doubts, random thoughts, etc. Litreally when you deep it, affirming is basically thinking and thinking is super duper easy. So picking one affirmation and continuously repeating it is so easy even when you feel like your having sm doubts (trust me, once u get in the habit of js affirming, things feel sm easier).

you don't need to believe to manifest

Before some of yall come at me, lemme tell yall something. When i got more serious about the loa this year, i overconsumed a sh!t ton of loa content stating in order to manifest your desires and it made me feel so frustrated whenever i felt doubts/overwhelmed when affirming for my desire. The belief bit will follow natrually while persisting, dont focus on beliving in ur manifestation, keep repeating you have it & your belief of it will feel more natrual as you keep repeating it (if that makes sense)

the 3D isn't the end, keep persisting

I made a post about this but to keep it short & simple, your 3D circumstances aren't permanent. Just because you may be experiencing the opposite of what you want in the 3D, doesn't mean it will stay like that forever and your manifestation "won't work". Keep affirming bb <3

How to persist in your desired mindset *ੈ✩‧₊˚༺☆༻*ੈ✩‧₊˚

Learn to persist and not fall back into undesired states

. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁

If you desire to persist, you need to have an idea of your desired mindset first. Your chosen set of subconscious beliefs. Most popularly, you engrave this belief into your subconscious through affirmations. So start using whatever way of affirming you prefer. You can affirm robotically, you can give yourself a pep-talk, you can write diary entries,…

Having “negative” thoughts is normal. Instead of classing them as such, I want for you to understand that all thoughts are neutral. They are simply ideas for you to approve or disapprove of. If you do not like an idea, do not engage with it. Just tell yourself, “I’ve acknowledged this thought, but I don’t like it.” And then re-affirm your desired assumption instead.

This might take some discipline at first. Especially if you’re a person who tends to spiral when faced with negative thoughts. Do your best to observe them neutrally. Try to let them go. They cannot control you, and they will not engrave themselves into your subconscious if you don’t desire for them to. Simply let them pass. They are just ideas. Nothing more.

The more you do this, the faster you will begin to automatically re-affirm whenever faced with undesirable thoughts. You’ve trained your brain well enough, that it acknowledges these thoughts and redirects itself without you even putting any effort in anymore. Your subconscious can now easily put the pieces together and adapt to your desired mindset, as it knows which ideas you approve of, and which you don’t.

What to do if you do end up spiraling? Or if you are experiencing “negative” emotions?

Feel them. It is entirely normal to feel stressed and having to let it out. It is entirely normal to feel stress in an emotional way. You are still consciously aware of your human body. You are still going to experience human emotions, and that is okay. Simply re-affirm that these emotions are a reaction to stress, and that you will feel recharged and at peace again, once you’ve let it all out. Remember that it is not a permanent state, and therefore it will never hinder you from manifesting or shifting. Don’t assign undesirable causes to your emotions.

You are not frustrated because you “did not receive a certain thing that you wanted”. You are feeling frustration because you are physically stressed, and because you deserve a break.

You are not sad because “something didn’t work out the way you wanted”. You are sad because you are physically overwhelmed, and because you deserve to recharge.

Persistence doesn’t mean ignoring the physical aspects that make you human. It means observing them in a neutral way and giving them a new meaning that doesn’t drag you down. One that doesn’t target YOU as the cause. One that acknowledges your physical body, but keeps it separate from the infinite power you hold.

what is it? : It is the revision of past, changing how something has happened in your mind to benefit you right now.

Let's say your friend cheated on you with a mutual friend. It upsets you, but you've already decided to forgive them for it. You can use the law to revise the past and see the scene in which your friend was loyal to you and honest with you. By imagining this scene, you experience the emotion of being loved and respected, and you can also believe that this scene is the past instead of the one that was previously.

It works with everything and anything. The only thing is you need to believe yourself in that scene, to be the person who experienced that version of the story. Then the event will be replaced with a new one, in your mind.

U can have a shitty day and still manifest otherwise. Like so rejected u. Thats your beleif. Start thinking that he literally was obsessed with u before u even tell him about your feelings.

SO JUST DROP THE OLD STORY AND THATS IT.
