Literally just another casual individual relaxing and looking for things that I love on the internet. May be just a lot of My Hero Academia stuff though. :P Definitely a Tokoyami and Uraraka fan

Feeling moments ago: ☹️
Watched clip of Tokoyami and his Ragnarök move, and him just being his kick-ass self.
Feeling now: 😃
*studies list multiple times*
No, not a single lie found!
Very sorry if this is offensive, genuinely, but isn't Being Drunk one of Demo's only character traits?
Is it a racist stereotype? And if so, to which part of his heritage?
Having an addiction is not a personality trait. It's not a character flaw either. The problem here isn't someone being offensive or engaging in perpetuating a stereotype, it is the fact that you see someone with a drinking problem and think "this defines them as a person".

☕️🍮Tickletober: Counting 🍮☕️ A Loving Boyfriend (and family)
Uraraka’s been insulting herself lately and Tokoyami uses a silly yet effective way to get her to stop.
Ler! Tokoyami
Lee! Uraraka
Length: 🎃
@khonaker
———————————————————————
“I’m just not very pretty, that’s all.”
“Oh, I hate these chubby round cheeks!”
“Stupid tummy pudge…”
“Oh, nothing. I’m fine. It’s not like my bare bones room is super embarrassing or anything!”
“Ow! Ugh, my feet hurt! These shoes are too small. My feet grow really fast I guess, I don’t know but I hate these Sasquatch feet. Why don’t I just get another pair? Because I can’t afford one right now, that’s why! And don’t you dare tell the Senseis!”
Tokoyami had heard these comments and similar others throughout the week, and he’d had enough.
Dark Night: Ochako, will you come here please?
Songbird: Sure. Everything okay?
Dark Night: Yes. 💜
Uraraka walked into her boyfriend’s room, shut the door behind her, and squeaked.
He stood there with a displeased look on his face.
“We need to talk,” he said. “About—”
“But you said everything was okay!”
“And it is. Just because we have to discuss something doesn’t necessarily mean there’s a problem.”
Uraraka frowned. “Then what is it?”
Tokoyami paced the length of his room as he explained, “I’ve overheard some of your self-deprecating comments this week,” he said, then proceeded to recall each of the comments he’d heard. “And I am going to make sure I convince you that those things are true.”
Uraraka, who’d sat on the bed while he was talking, managed to look up from the floor. “W-what? How are you going to do that?”
“By tickling you,” he said simply. And with a snap of his fingers Dark Shadow came out and held her arms above her head and made her lay on her back.
“Fumiiiiii, you don’t have to do this!” she whined.
“Oh, I think I do. And judging by that look in your eye, you don’t mind, do you?”
Uraraka’s blush reddened.
Tokoyami chuckled. “I thought so. Now, five comments, five areas that get tickled. I think I’ll start with your lovely soft tummy,” he said as he straddled her. He pushed up her shirt slightly and started to tickle. “Laugh for me, Songbird.”
Uraraka burst into bubbly giggles, wiggling what that she could. “Ahahahahahahaha! Fumihihihihihi! Plehehehease!”
“Please what? You’ll have to be more specific. Ah, perfect! One comment about your tummy, and one belly button,” he said, tickling it gently and chuckling when his girlfriend let out a ticklish squeal and drummed her feet on the bed.
“Eeeehehehehehehe! Nahahahahat the behehehelly button! Hahahahahaha! Pleeehehehease!”
“One comment, one tummy tickle, one belly button, and,” he paused momentarily to kiss her forehead. “And, one very happy girl.”
She beamed.
“Now how about these ribs, hmm? I suppose I could just tickle you there once but I think I’ll tickle you for as many ribs as you have, to make up for those self-deprecating thoughts I’m sure you had.”
“Tickles, tickles, tickles!” Dark Shadow said.
Uraraka snickered at the silly faces the entity was making to get her to laugh.
Meanwhile Tokoyami played her ribs like a keyboard and lost count a dozen times over. “One….two…three…darling stop laughing, you’re making me lose count!”
“I cahahahahahahan’t! Ahahahahahahaha!”
“Then I guess I’ll have to start over!”
“Noooohohohohoho!”
Tokoyami finished her ribs by giving her tummy a ticklish kiss.
“Eeeeep! Kehehehehe!”
“About those feet of yours,” he said, nodding at Dark Shadow who moved and held her ankles together instead.
Much to her surprise, Tokoyami didn’t start tickling her right away. He got up and reached for something underneath his bed. A shoebox. He opened it, revealing a pair that was a brand new version of her favorite pink sneakers.
“My Light, you didn’t!” she gasped, sitting up.
Tokoyami blushed, his feathers puffing out a bit at the ironic but very much loved nickname. “I did,” he said, straightening up. “And I won’t hear any complaints about it.”
Uraraka blinked back tears of joy. “Oh,” she said, sniffling. “You won’t!”
Tokoyami smiled and rushed over to hug her, laughing with her when they both fell down on the bed. They cuddled for a little while, then —
“You’re not gonna still tickle my feet, are you?”
“You know I have to.”
“But it’ll tickle so baaaad!”
“That’s rather the point, darling.”
“Ahahahahahaaaa! Nahahahahaa!”
“Your feet are perfectly normal, the only abnormal thing about them is how unbearably ticklish they are.”
“Stahahahahahap ihihihit!”
“Stop what? Stop teasing? Because I know you don’t mean stop tickling you,” Tokoyami teased as he scribbled her arches and the balls of her feet. “Oh, look! Five bad comments about yourself, five toes to tickle! How perfect!”
“Gehehehehehehe!”
“One…you are magnificent and the prettiest thing I’ve laid eyes on.”
“Ahahahahahahaaa!”
“Two…your cheeks are adorable, and the perfect size for your face shape.”
“Eeeek! Hehehehehehe!”
“Three…you need that “pudge” to protect your internal organs. I think it’s perfect. Besides, if I wanted to date a skeleton I’d go to a graveyard.”
“PFFFT! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!”
“Oh, thought that was a good one did you? Hahahaha!”
“Four…what matters is who you are, not the state of your room. And neither one is anything to be embarrassed or ashamed of.”
“Hahahahahahaha! Okahahahay! Okahahahay stahahahap!” she giggled, though it was clear she didn’t mean it.
“Not yet,” he said. “I’ve still got one more toe to do. And then the whole other foot! Hahaha! The look on your face! I’m only kidding. I’ll be nice and just give it a quick tickle. Now where were we? Oh yes, five…your feet are the perfect size for what you need and absolutely beautiful, and wildly fun to tickle. The perfect size for me too. I don’t have to work very hard to get you giggling. Tickle, tickle, tickle!” he teased, quickly scribbling her other foot. “See what I mean?”
Uraraka laughed and squealed happily, feeling extremely happy and loved as her boyfriend countered the lies she’d told herself, even if she was getting tickled. Which she honestly enjoyed. Dark Shadow tickled her some too but went back into Tokoyami after he finished with the tickling of her feet.
Then, he tickled her worst spot as the second to last grand finale. Her armpits.
“AHAHAHAHAHAHA! FUMIKAGE NOHOHOHO! NAHAHAHAHAT AHAHAHA THEHEHERE! AHAHAHAHAHA!”
Uraraka laughed so hard she began to snort, making Tokoyami laugh so much at both the silliness of the situation and adorableness of his girlfriend that he was unable to keep tickling her there.
He stopped after that and gave her a small break and cuddled with her, making sure she was alright and whispering sweet nothings in her ear.
“You are just too cute.”
“I love you, you know.”
“My precious Songbird.”
She hummed happily and snuggled into him, then giggled when he began to kiss her neck over and over.
“Last spot,” he explained, then giggled when she kissed him back and tickled under his chin, making him chirp quietly.
Eventually the two calmed down and just lay there, enjoying holding each other. They stayed like that for a good ten minutes, when suddenly Tokoyami’s phone buzzed. “Come on,” he said. “I have something to show you.”
Uraraka got up and followed him back to her room.
He opened the door to reveal that the entire class had decorated her room ceiling to floor and wall to wall with her favorite colors, posters of her favorite music artists and movie stars, along with some cute furniture, curtains, a carpet, and loads of stuffed animals on her bed.
“SURPRISE!” they yelled.
“You’re the sweetest, Uraraka! So we wanted to give you a room that’s just as sweet as you!”
And for the second time that day, Uraraka’s eyes filled with happy tears.
Those are characters that could definitely been given more love and attention. In fact, everyone that was mentioned by the other responses definitely could’ve used more time.
I also feel Hagakure needed more screen time. If done right, any stealth or recon missions she does could be the most suspenseful and a breather from the average rock-em sock-em episodes. Her quirk had one of the most dynamic changes alongside Midoriya I felt, from thinking she was just invisible, to being able to manipulate light. How did she come across that? Even watching her trying to manage life as an invisible person could be interesting and relatable. Something I feel Midoriya could help her connect with and make her feel better about herself with.
I’m honestly torn between Shoji and Tokoyami. Everyone has already covered why Shoji needed more screen time, and those are my reasons too. And I know Tokoyami has been given some screen time. But what I noticed: he only really picked in screen time when he worked with Hawks. We see him getting stronger and cool new moves and he puts Hawks on a high pedestal…but we really don’t know about him as a person. Through Tokoyami, we get to know more and more about Hawks’s life, but Tokoyami feels like an afterthought or an accessory. I don’t care much about Hawks, I want to know more about Tokoyami, why he chose to be a hero, how life was for him, the relationship dynamic between him and Dark Shadow, that kind of stuff. And since both Shoji and Tokoyami are friends with “the background boys” (Sato, Sero, Ojiro,Kouda) we can see get glimpses of their lives and thoughts as well.
Speaking of Sato, I honestly feel he could have gotten some attention too. He could’ve had a similar experience Kirishima had and feel his quirk is one note and that he’s simply a poor man’s All Might, only overtime he gets stupid. Perhaps at some point his quirk will evolve to where he combines sugars with other basic foods and it would produce different effects other than strength, like speed or intelligence? He could also showcase it being perfectly fine to being a burly, hulking guy and be good and talented in what is considered “feminine” such as baking or sewing.
While all the girls needed more love and care, I do feel Momo needs it the most, with Ochako right behind her. This girl is has a lot going for her (very wealthy background, most intelligent person in 1-A, impressive quirk), yet somehow she’s always receiving the short end of the stick, mainly when she is suppose to come across as a leader of the class in battles. She has too many L’s for my liking, where she should’ve been for formidable or on par with much of the main cast. So first and foremost: FOR GOD’S SAKE LET HER HAVE A FEW VICTORIES UNDER HER BELT. I also would like to have seen her relationship with Midnight, as I honestly feel the two of them would have a dynamic parallel to Izuku and All Might.
Again, just my choices.
Let’s play a game:
In a world where Hori went through with his (alleged) plan of dropping Katsuki’s relevance after Kacchan vs Deku 1, what four characters would you have wanted to get more screen time? I’m this scenario, each character would get 1/4th of Katsuki’s screen time, which may seem like a little, but then you remember that this lil shit has been shoved everywhere and anywhere so there’s more than enough time to expand on other characters.
Here’s my four- Tooru, Denki, Mezou, and Mr. Compress. Tooru, Denki, and Mezou can touch upon having quirks that are undesirable and that pose problems in their everyday life (Tooru’s invisible 24/7, Denki’s quirk leaves him Brain Dead upon overusage, and Mezou has to live with being judged for his appearance to the point where he wears a mask cause his smile made a little girl cry). Meanwhile we could’ve gotten more insight into Mr. Compress’s thought process. Why did he decide to follow in his great grandfather’s footsteps? Why did he decide to kill people when his grandfather was just a thief? Things like that.
