I think I just found an anxiety hack

Here's some context first: The usual recommendation is to "take a deep breath" but I would always have to force myself just a little too much to stay relaxed. This made it difficult to get the calming affect that I was trying to get in the first place For SOME REASON pushing my tongue to the roof of my mouth makes it so I can comfortably take a deeper breath and easier.
