Hi, im answering this and your other ask for a hand tutorial
Im not really the best person to ask for tutorials simply bc im not all that good at in-depth explanations on how to do things. Plus there are many people out there who can do a better job at teaching u, most of whom you can probably get a better understanding on the topics at hand
Tho i can give you some tips, i really do suggest you watch tutorials from professional artists that really know what theyre doing. Actually, Ethan Becker has some neat ones on youtube. I learned most of the stuff i know now from him
Heres a link to one of his tutorials about how to draw mouths
Anyways my tips are this:
1. Use dynamic references - kinda helps with understanding anatomy a lot more if u use refs like objects in odd angles, dancing poses, angry teeth clenching (no kidding, i legit learned how to draw teeth bc of this)
2. Use nagative space - the negative space is basically the one that doesnt have lines or blocks of colors. This applies more on teeth but its basically filling a space completely black or whatever color, and then erasing bits of it. Its a shortcut that helps with depth
Kinda like this:

3. Less is more - group things together. Its kinda like drawing hair. U dont need to draw each strand, just like u dont need to draw every teeth or every finger. It makes things easier for you in the long run. Plus the way ypu group things help add personality to the thing ur drawing

Welp those are my 3 tips hope this helps in some way! Good luck learning!!
