Yes he does. He has a strong and loving bond with his dad. He sees his grandmother in Tarzana twice a month as he bonds with her.

Oh yes💵💵💵 Cameron is rich but he's old money rich. Comes from a financier/law/medical family background. Extremely rich grandparents, a caring dad who is a multimillionaire surgeon and physician. He is a trust fund heir.

I read Chapter 3 of Vulnerable, and I actually like the way you wrote out everything in regards to how lavish Cameron lives and going all out on his birthday in a Bel Air Mansion. But how this is gonna affect the story in terms of his friendships?

Chapter 3 was full of lavishness wasn't it? Lol🤣

But honestly speaking, I took inspirations from Crazy Rich Asians, Sex and Vanity, Dynasty and Gossip Girl when writing this chapter since these 4 series/novels rotate around wealth, upper class and elitism. Cameron's lifestyle and upper class upbringing are based on Nicholas Young's upbringing minus the whole intermarriage with 3 clans.

(That is with the Lawrence-Weinsberg-L'Etoile clan in my fanfic AU which I will post soon with my Karate Kid AU fanfic)

But yes Cameron lives lavishly thanks to his grandparents wealth that has generated and has been passed on. Plus Cameron's dad is a well known surgeon and physician who made his own grand fortune. Cameron is used to this since he goes to numerous parties and in his earlier childhood period he grew up around his grandparents hosting parties and regal banquets in their Encino Hills manor.

How this affects the story is the negative and tense dialogue between him and Kyler. It is noted in the story that Cameron doesn't like Kyler and part of him blames himself for becoming popular😢😢 because it made Kyler associate with him and boosts his own popularity. This will affect the story starting the next chapter with rumors of Cameron's and Kyler's "fallout"
