I finally watched "The Timeless Children" and I now get why a lot of people don't like it, because I'm one of them I'm afraid.

I heard River say that line in the Husbands of River Song episode and got distracted thinking, "Well the Master probably has a suite there. Actually it would be funny if Missy *was* there. The Doctor really wouldn't have time for this on top of everything else."

Summary: Something happened to Donna Noble during the year she lost. Out of the corner of her eye, she can just see another string, a second connection... but for whom? And why can't she remember?

Reccer's Notes: In this story people can have more than one soulmate, including platonic ones, and Donna doesn't quite realize it, but she's lost hers. It also a little glimpse at what it would have been like for Donna having her memorizes erased after that one year away with the Doctor.
