You can always find Elliot hanging out in Sebastian's shop, either on his shoulder or the little alcove next to Sebastian. Sebastian doesn't really let the scientist leave even when they want to help the expendables since Elliot is providing information from all his time working for UrbanShade. The little sea bunny on their lap belongs to Nephixii !
