Parties weren’t your thing. You never willingly went to one, unless it was for friends or family, other than that, you weren’t really interested in them.

So what the hell were you doing here at one right now?

The answer is Kim Minji. your best friend, and roommate. Everytime she gets an invite , she almost always asks you to be her plus one. And it always ends up with her getting wasted and you having to carry her back home.

You warned her that if she got shitfaced at this party, you’d never come to a party again. She agreed, happy that youre partying with her once again.

So here you were, standing in the kitchen near the drinks beside Minji, who was chatting with one of her friends. One of her hands were occupied with her drink while the other one was chilling on your exposed waist.

You were totally focused right now. Okay, you weren’t. You kept staring off into space, blindly watching the people in front of you dance to the booming music thats playing.

You focused on the smell of fruit punch mixed with alcohol, the dimness of the kitchen, and how the lighting faded from that to purple into the living room.

The party was a vibe to say the least. Minji must’ve noticed you spacing out, lightly squeezing your waist, you flinched looking up at her. She looks down at you a smiles fondly, “Are you alright, yn?” She asks, turning her attention to you.

Confused on why she stopped her whole conversation just to ask how you were feeling, you move your head to look beside her and see that her friend isn’t there anymore. How long has her friend been gone, and how long has she been staring at you?

“Are you sure? If you’re ready to go home just ask me, I’m not drunk at all right now.” She asks once again, pushing the loose hair that was in your face behind your ear, your cheeks heat up at the simple yet domestic action.

“Y-yea im okay.” You say looking around to avoid her eyes, “Im a little cold though, should l’ve brought a jacket or something. Was it always this cold in here.” You ramble, unaware of the smile on Minjis face, she loved when you rambled.

Catching the silence, you look up at Minji to see her taking off her hoodie she was wearing, leaving her in her simple black tee. Damn she looked so good right now.

Taking you by surprise, she puts the hoodie over your head, making sure to take you cup out of your hand first.

After she helps you with the hoodie, she puts her hands on the island behind you, caging you. She was so close to your face you could smell her coconut perfume, and feel her breath on your forehead. You were going to die.

“Um thank you, this was kind of you.” You manage to say, avoiding the intense eye contact she was giving you at the moment. You couldn’t handle it.

“You’re welcome, though why’re your cheeks so red? Are you drunk?” She questions after observing your face up close, shes never seen this much color in your cheeks before. It was seriously so cute. Unknown to her, her hot breath against your lips now was driving you crazy.

Before you could answer, someone emerges into the kitchen, it being her friend. She seen the position you two were in, raising her brow. “You two about the kiss or what?”

After you three approached the living room, everyone was infact waiting for the two of you. Getting embarrassed, you clear your throat. The situation didnt get any better either.

Hanni takes the seat next to another girl leaving one seat left. Minji obviously sits there, pulling you to sit on her lap. You blush at this.

She relaxes in the seat and moves her hands underneath her hoodie you were wearing, and places them on your waist once again, making sure to move them up once and back down to relax there.

You turn around to look at her confused and she just smiles and tells you that her hands were cold. Shrugging this off, you turn back around and the first person begins to explain the rules of the game.

Basically you have to spin the bottle and whoever the bottle lands on, you have to go in the closet with them for 7 minuets. Only 7. If you don’t you take a shot.

During the game, Minji would tighten her grip around your waist, pulling you closer than you already were. She was basically cuddling you at this point.

It was finally Minjis turn to spin the bottle, you felt the warmth of her body leave as she stood up to go spin. You couldn’t lie, you were abit nervous for this because you simply can’t see her going to the closet with anyone but you.

After what took ages, the bottle was done spinning and it did infact not land on you but Hanni. Not impressed with this outcome, Minjin scoffs, so does Hanni. You suppress your smile after seeing Minji grab the shot from the party host gulping it down, and wiping the excess away from her plump lips.

She hands him the glass, as he refills it she begins walking back to where you were, noticing this you quickly get up letting her get her seat back. She pulls you down again, but before she could get comfortable, you were notified that it was your turn to spin.

Everyones eyes were on you, because you never participated in the kind of games, your body stiffens.
