It's so hard to find good bllk manager (especially if its fem) y/n... Some make them too kind and pure and soft and others have them be too hardcore to the point it feels kinda forced

I think the way I would write a fem bllk manager would be for her to be extremely chill and all smiles even when she casually mentions decapitations and openly talks about her bloodsucking fetish. I need her to tell one of the players "Kill yourself" with the cutest giggle ever like she didn't just advise him to do a flip off the Blue Lock building. And everyone else would be completely okay with it and would be like "Awww y/n's so cute today again" because they are so used to their manager's insanity.

If there's also a manager competition in Blue Lock in the AU I need there to be toxic yuri incorporated with no questions asked. Just an ongoing competition where y/n and ie Manager A are having a full blown death threats battle until they stop arguing and just make out before going back to pulling on each other's hair and clawing their eyes out.
