do I get jealous when I see them doing better? ofc. it's human nature to feel envy and see what they're doing and make you think about what you're doing. I'm not really one to be competitive as I grew up in an environment where having competition felt toxic, especially when your friends are involved.
I realised that I can't do what my friends are doing and rack up tons of notes and followers. what they do is completely different from my style and to be honest, I am still finding out what I like to write and I don't like to write.
like i said, it's humane to feel jealousy to see someone close to you doing so so well and you're getting the bare amount of attention. I'm sorry anonie but when it comes to this, I really don't any tips for you when it comes to posting because I am not very consistent and post whenever I feel like it hence why I think I don't get as many as notes and followers as I'd like.
consistent posting is key, I've learned and there's no easy way to get better at posting. just remember why you're doing it and not mainly for the big numbers. tho that maybe a bonus ;)
