My disabilities do hold me back. And I’m tired of pretending they doesn’t.
I am learning to accept that’s okay. It’s okay if I can’t do things. It’s okay if I can’t do a lot of things. I will do what I can but never at the sacrifice of my peace or health. Maids, cleaners, janitors, and sanitation workers are all the most important people of civilization by far. Even 12 hours without them is VERY noticable and they simply need to be highly compensated for it
